We're proud to announce that we're bringing the Nintendo Life StreetPass Zone to this year's Eurogamer Expo in association with Nintendo. The expo — which is due to take place at Earl's Court in London — is already sold out and will attract over 70,000 visitors from September 26th to the 29th, making it the largest event of its kind in the UK.
Each day will see a selection of multiplayer tournament challenges in which players can win a selection of cool prizes, including eShop credit to spend on their 3DS consoles. The challenges will be based around titles such as Star Fox 64 3D, New Super Mario Bros. 2, Mario Kart 7 and Monster Hunter 3 Ultimate. We'll be announcing the full line-up of competitions in the near future.
The Nintendo Life StreetPass Zone will be located next to Nintendo's stand at the expo and will also boast seating and charging points so you can top up your 3DS console's beleaguered battery. It's also going to be the perfect place to meet other 3DS owners, grab those vital StreetPass hits and finally finish those pesky puzzles.
Are you planning on attending Eurogamer Expo this year? Let us know if you have your ticket and make sure you drop by the Nintendo Life StreetPass Zone to say hello!

Got my tickets ages ago and I'm really looking forward to it. I just saw Nintendo announced their games so I'm very eager to try Super Mario 3D World and Bayonetta.
It was nuts at last year's event for street passing and the 3DS hadn't really taken off in the UK at that point. My friend would clear out the 10 and instantly get another 10, all day long.
@Peach64 I wish that 10 limit was lifted, I was the same last year - constantly having to clear out the hits!
The friendship between Nintendo and NL is growing. <3
Woo! Shall look forward to Streetpassing many of you over the 4 days. But yes, clearing out the hits became a constant chore. It even ended up crashing my 3DS on a number of occasions...
How funny, I had a dream last night a big Nintendo truck passed me on its way to an event, I flagged it back & got on board! Weird. Would love to attend something like this, none in N. Ireland?! Lol
I got about 130 street pass hits in one day at Eurogamer last year. Would have got more if I could clear them out fast enough.
Wowzers! That's awesome! I hope everyone who goes has a great time & I look forward to seeing the photos after haha
WOW. That's so awesome! Enjoy it, guys!
Wish I could go but I live in Canada. Would have loved to get lots of streetpass hits. I live in rural Ontario and rarely get hits.
wow thats reallly cool how did come about may i ask
Good work, Nlife crew. Team pX (well, me) will be there to pick up some sly Streetpasses and lose at Mario Kart 7.
Sorry...I mean Team pX will be there to check out the Xbox One and report on it in a professional manner.
See you all there!
Sigh London.
At least Manchester has a Comicon.
@C-Olimar London is pretty easy to get to! Just think of those people in the US, sometimes an event can be in their country, and they can still be a full 48 hours driving away from it.
i will be there!
@C-Olimar It's like, 2 hours direct from Preston! Must be, what, 90 minutes from Manchester! Irrelevant now as it's sold out, but still.
That's really great for you guys at NintendoLife having such a solid relationship with Nintendo! I know you're primarily a U.K. site but we'd love to have a NintendoLife event here in the States, too!
@CasuallyDressed I don't particularly want to go to London is part of the problem... plus the monies!!!
@Peach64 Yeah, sucks for them
SOLD OUT.......lame! Enjoy guys.
These things never happen where I live. I can't even get a street pass from the supposed new relay stations here in NA. Have fun everyone who will be attending!
YAY
Wow, congrats NintendoLife! I so wish I lived in the UK right now, but alas, I live in the US. I did visit London once, perhaps I should have waited 10 years for this expo lol...
Well I'm jelly I want something like this in Canada.
Sold out??? Crud I would have definitely attended! Buggerooni!
Very exciting that Nintendo Life have a spot there this year. It's a real shame that I can't head down, I suppose it's just too far...
I'm surprised about this, Nintendolife and a lot of posters tend to Hate Nintendo (with the capital H).
Whoot! See you all there!
I'll be at Eurogamer on Saturday and may pop into Waterloo for some extra 3DS goodness. See you at your booth! It was NintendoScene last year. What happened to them?
