@jco83 I'm saying literally made in Scotland. The boys were in NYC when 3 was made if I recall correctly. All the same I'm pretty sure the main reason they weren't featured on the stamps is the violent nature of the games rather than where they were produced

@KitsuneNight Rockstar wasnt into it or the Government decided it would be a good idea not to associate with Rockstar based on the violent nature of most of their games.

Either those things or that only the original 2 GTA games were made in Scotland. Not bad games but arent exactly classics on the level of GTA3 and onward.

If the 5th Smash character is a Pokemon I would probably guess Rillaboom because there are no stand alone Grass Starter pokemon. Should've been Decidueye

If it's not a Pokemon I would say Doomguy would be my frontrunner. DOOM was a huge part of video game history and Nintendo seems to have a very positive relationship with the current DOOM team.

@DockEllisD just massively popular and free and a bunch of people just got their first switch so they are gonna load up on anything free and see what this whole "Fortnite" thing is about. Makes sense Fortnite is definitely the most popular FTP game on any game system.

@Kaori-chan it either doesnt count or just not enough people have Switch online for it to make a dent. I remember seeing the NES games on the list way back when though. I think the fact that any founding switch owners downloaded tetris99 ages ago so it wouldn't make a dent

@First_Amendment assuming they think I'm pompous for saying I listen to audiobooks rather than music or maybe they like the music in rocket league and considered my take harsh. I would like to know why but it doesnt bother me

@First_Amendment Ahh I thought it was just spotify like the hulu or youtube apps. I sorta get that I remember playing my own music in GTA on the original Xbox. I listen to audiobooks while I play games and rarely play with game sound unless it's an RPG where the narrative actually matters. I cant imagine playing rocket league listening to that horrible in game music. I guess the spotify thing just isnt something I want but I understand your point.

Tetris 2 was a colossal failure. So many games you could've put on the list over Tetris 2. Alligator Pinball, Pokemon Pinball, Pokemon Crystal, Pokemon Gold/Silver. The original Tetris is the only one that belongs on this list.

When this list first came out it gave me nostalgic feelings for GB Donkey Kong. So I immediately bought a copy and a Super Gameboy(Tetris and Pokemon Pinball as well) because I have a SNES but no Gameboy anymore. Also the obvious that Super Gameboy is the best way to play GB Donkey Kong

@thesilverbrick I think the Switch Lite, LM3, Holiday season, and Pokemon are huge contributing factors to that. Switch is just suited to a way broader audience

@liljmoore while she doesn't have the thong thing going on Bayonetta is a very sexualized character by design. If you searched for Bayonetta in a image search you are likely to stumble upon some Rule34 type photos very quickly.
