Re: Shin'en Multimedia Defends The Wii U Hardware

FireMario887

@AMR and @Eric_DeGrechie, I really do appreciate seeing users who think Other M is awesome. AMR, I too would like a new Metroid game similar to Other M, for that would be fun. Eric, I too don't understand why Other M was hated, sure it was a linear and all, but it's a new kind of Metroid (Which is an awesome kind) that is different and that I think is perfect.

Re: Review: LEGO City: Undercover (Wii U)

FireMario887

Great writing on the review. You really describe your opinion and the features pf the game smoothly. I think it is a great game that has its limits and some technical issues, but it is otherwise great. 9/10.

Re: Shin'en Multimedia Defends The Wii U Hardware

FireMario887

YEAH! GameReactor speaks the truth! I personally think that game consoles' main purpose is how well and fun the games are. That's what the game console generations started out as, gaming! The Xbox One is focusing on specs (Which are cool, but) which is not what is supposed to be focused on. Computers and smart devices should be where specs are focused on. For gaming consoles, games and how creative they are should be the central focus. I know that watching videos or talking on social networks are fun, but games were what gaming consoles were built for. I'd saw that Nintendo is on the right track focusing on games.

That FAST game does look fun.

AMR@: I actually really liked Other M, in fact, I'd give it a 10. The gameplay is amazing and very fun and has great visuals. The cinematic visuals on the Wii U would be Ultra-amazing!

Re: Consumers Go Crazy For Wii U Following Xbox One Reveal

FireMario887

WHOA! The Wii U really boosted its sales after seeing the Xbox One presentation. If I were Nintendo, I'd also be nervous after seeing the presentation and make a decision to step in something; specs, games, it doesn't matter! I am surprised to see the lack of backwards compatibility on the Xbox One even though there is a variety of great 360 games. Just because there was few interesting Xbox (The original) games to go on the 360 games doesn't mean that 360 games are the same way. Gamers are likely to have different opinions between games and the 360 games are different! Just because there was little interest in backwards compatibility for the 360 doesn't mean that the Xbox One should automatically be the same way. The Wii U is winning in the way I see it.

Re: Microsoft: If You're Backwards Compatible, You're Really Backwards

FireMario887

Backwards compatibility is one of my favorite features of the Wii U! There are a number of Wii games that I love playing; even TODAY! There is Metroid Prime 3, Metroid Other M, Twilight Princess, Mario Kart Wii, and I was going to get Sonic Unleashed (Wii), but I couldn't find it, plus I wanted to make sure it was a unaminous decision among my dad and my bro (Who of which wanted Injustice: Gods Among Us, and I want to them to be happy. I actually enjoy Injjustice). I hate how the Xbox One will lack backwards compatibility, because there is also of number of 360 games I like playing (Sonic Generations, Batman: Arkham Asylum, The Force Unleashed, etc.). That maybe the one thing I will 100% DESPISE on the Xbox One: the lack of backwards compatibility.

Re: SEGA Teases Sonic Lost World Characters

FireMario887

Uh oh. Some of those outlines seem, eh, crazy. Rayman design seems logical though Ubisoft has no play whatsoever in this. I may have to admit, that center dude (Is he a bull?) may be a neat guy. Hopefully some of them won't end up annoying like Amy, Cream and Cheese (>), Charmy, and a few others. Once I saw those outlines, I thought, "Oh no, more annoying Sonic characters." The recent games were still very fun and I can't wait to see how much fun this one will be.

Re: Talking Point: The Wii U's Next-Gen Challenge Starts to Take Shape

FireMario887

It appears that the Wii U has had some victories over Xbox One and PS4, like Miiverse and backward compatibility. Though prices are a bit confusing. It seems reasonable that the Wii U costs $300-$350, but I dunno about Xbox One and PS4. I joked after I watched the Xbox One's presentation that it would cost $750, but it will probably be $300-$400 cheaper than that, lol. The controller for the Wii U is just awesome and I like the Wii remote and nunchuck too. The Xbox One controller is simple and neat along with an improved KInect bar is great too. Both the Wii U and Xbox One can do multi-task, however, Xbox One seems to do so better while the Wii U's multi-task deal seems to just playing games on the gamepad and watching TV on the TV's screen. I hate how EA hates the Wii U and will never add any of its major games to it. I had trouble playing an EA hockey game demo on the Xbox 360, but I just need some getting use to. When it comes to online capabilities, I actually don't know who wins. The Wii U has a free internet connection while I hate the paid Xbox Live subscriptions. The online gameplay is pretty much similar for both consoles. I don't have much info about PS4 and I don't really care about it. The Wii U and Xbox One seems to be at a similar pace of victory.

Re: Poll: Do You Follow and Watch Rival Console Reveals?

FireMario887

That Xbox One is pretty, eeh, LEGENDARY. The new and more accurate kinect sensor really makes things awesome. Multi-taskin' is also great. The size of the thing is just incredible, and did you see the near real graphics for some of the upcoming games? I mean, Call of Duty Ghosts (Sorry if I'm spoiling a new Call of Duty game) had graphics that was greater than anything I have ever seen; they got every detail of well... EVERYTHING.

I did not see the PS4 presentation and had little interest in it.

I can't wait for Nintendo to blow my socks off with its upcoming titles. I am highly anticipating a number of titles (Sonic: The Lost Worlds, Mario and Sonic at the 2014 Sochi Winter Games, The Legend of Zelda: Wind Waker HD, the new Mario 3D title, and much more). The E3 deal could hopefully lead to an Wii U Metroid game. I'm hoping for another first-person Metroid game. The Metroid Prime trilogy seems to have the only first I have ever liked, and the like of Prime 1, 2, and 3 is VERY large (Well, I personally think that all three titles are near perfect).

The news about the VERY high-tech Xbox One is very incredible and I can't wait to learn more. I can't wait for the new Nintendo games too.

Re: Reaction: Our Thoughts on Nintendo Direct - 17th May

FireMario887

I was a little disappointed, but some of the news was just great. The first few showings like New Luigui U, Mario and Donkey Kong: Minis on the move was quite interesting, and, the thing that excited me most, the new Sonic game! Sega had major success in colors and generations and Nintendo has always impressed, so Sonic: The Lost Worlds is really interesting to hear about. The new winter games looks neat too. The middle was really stuff I didn't have much care about, however, the end was great. E3 will be held in around 100 Blockbusters around the U.S and Canada and could be the potential for a Wii U Metroid game (Yes! ) The upcoming Mario Kart, 3D Mario game, and new Smash Bros. are also great games to hear about. I'm really excited for the new Sonic games and the future Nintendo releases. Most of this is awesome news.

Re: Nintendo Direct: Watch The North American Presentation Live

FireMario887

Two things:

First few games shown:
The first few games shown looked really neat. Mario and Sonic at the S-whatsit 2014 Winter games looks like it has great graphics. That idea for a sport that uses different vehicles is also pretty creative. The idea of Mario: Minis on the move 3D that allows you to build your own levels is awesome! I can't wait for Sonic the Lost Worlds, I really liked colors and generations.

Metroid at E3 possibility:
E3 being held for the U.S and Canada is a pretty neat idea. I hope that a surprise Wii U Metroid game will be revealed. I would like to see HD on Metroid, especially after seeing the cinematic graphics of Other M. The gamepad is certainly the best controller for Metroid.

Re: Super Metroid

FireMario887

This is now on the Wii U eshop. I had a great reunion. Though, there's (I'm infuriated) no community on Miiverse even though it's out. The other virtual console games have communities and they're all out! The game is great as usual, but the lack of a Miiverse community is disappointing. >

Re: Sakurai Spills Some Beans On Super Smash Bros. 4

FireMario887

@Silverbullet89 Yeah, I sorta think that Samus is my favorite nintendo character too, even though I'm a guy. Good idea for different suits instead of different colors for the characters! As I said on my profile, I'm a big fan of sci-fi, especially Metroid. Samus is one the few #1 favorite female characters I have.

Re: Review: Transformers Prime (Wii U)

FireMario887

@TwilightV I watched the first 3 three episodes in YouTube, and they proved that no tv show can be as awesome as it! I would recommend watching the ones that wheeljack posted; they have HD visuals and no commercials.

Re: Video: Latest Miiverse Update Continues to Improve the Platform

FireMario887

I noticed how the communities were sorted on miiverse. It is pretty cool! Quicker loading times also help! I am also excited for the miiverse app. Could it possibly be coming to the kindle fire hd, because that's the touchscreen device I have. I am so annoyed when Apple devices get all the apps, and miiverse is the safest social network I know. I post an awful lot on miiverse, so I would really like for the app to also come to kindle fire tablets.

Re: F-Zero Available To Download Now In North America

FireMario887

Finally something else! I kept waiting for the $0.30 game of February! I can't wait to order it. My question is: Does it release tomorrow at Europe or here in North America, or neither? I just bought Sonic and Sega All-stars racing transformed ffor the wii u and it is awesome! I would like to add another racing game to that enjoyment.

Re: New "Batman Arkham" Title Due in 2013

FireMario887

Awesome! I would look forward to a sequel after enjoying two strong titles of Batman fun. Yet I really hate how these cuss words keep on coming up.... Other than that, I love the combat and sneaking skills. The detective usages also contribute to the series powerful reputation. A sequel would be highly appreciated.

Re: Review: Transformers Prime (Wii U)

FireMario887

The tv show is one my favorite things to watch. Though I knew this game wouldn't have near as much quality as the tv series does. While I may never get this, I long for a season 3 due to the series's awesomeness.

Re: Talking Point: Wii U's Graphical Grunt is Laid Bare - Shall We Play Games Now?

FireMario887

Why is there so much people that complain about the Wii U? I guess we all have individual minds that have different opinions. I for one like the Wii U and its graphics. About the third party games, the Wii did have a moderate amount of good third-party titles. The third-party games I liked was Sonic Colors and other Sonic games. I loved the idea of creativity that Nintendo has with its devices today. Some games to prove the game cube and its graphical powers is the two Metroid Prime games. Even Zelda: Twilight Princess proved to be visually impressive on the game cube. One more thing, I am excited for the new Zelda and Mario games, but I am still bummed by the lacking of a Metroid announcement.

Re: EA: Excited About New Generation Which Is "Yet to Come"

FireMario887

WHAT?!? Almost every gaming company that published games for Xbox 360 and PS3 Published games for the Wii U. In fact, isn't Mass Effect 3 on the Wii U and was published by EA. I for one think that the Wii U's technology is awesome! I guess every person is an individual... At least there is other third-party gaming companies...

Re: Yarn Yoshi

FireMario887

@ReshiramZekrom You're right.

Anyway, this game looks like it could be neat. No as pumped for this as I am Wind Waker HD, but still maybe a reasonable game. Hopefully it ends up better than Yoshi's Story. Wait, it maybe different due to it having the developers of Kirby's epic yarn.
