They'll think about it. Means "we'll do it next generation". Just like serious online play on the GameCube. Playing from behind once more huh Nintendo?
Hope Sega is working on a follow up to Colors/Generations. I don't believe Lost Worlds furthered the franchise as in it just added another unnecessary gimmick that took away focus from the core Sonic formula. The hedgehog is still playing catchup to Mario.
Next year they ought to have an e3 demo for everyone at home to download. Put a play or time limit on it. Would be fun to try Splatoon for me that way. I know what SSBU will play like for the most part but Splatoon would have gotten all of our attention if we had a short demo or duration of e3 playthrough.
Project Guard and Giant Robot don't excite me right now. Both are bare bones right now and definitely have gamers wondering why they don't just announce new entries in franchises that have not seen the light of day in more than a generation. Plenty of them that date back to the NES too.
Though Mario is portrayed as an "everyman" he actually is super rich when you take into account his old castle from SML2 and his business endeavors like the Cement Factory and his toy company. Plus tons of ads for his companies within the Mario Kart series. So yeah seeing Mario treat himself with a Mercedes isn't a stretch.
I know I was glad to have them make games outside of the bald-space marine, car racing, and sports copypasta genre that the dude-bro gamers seem to not notice the difference in.
If only they dropped that darn Gamepad like Microsoft dropped Kinect. Might even free up some power on the Wii U. Sorry but Project Guard, Giant Robots, Splatoon, Smash, Yoshi are all possible without the Gamepad. The one that could see trouble is Kirby but the Wii Remote could adequately handle it.
The Miis are generic characters. In every game they are included in besides the Wii series they take on characteristics of the most balanced/average character.
Nintendo making use of the Gamepad?! Maybe 6.0 will coincide with Smash Bros. and the GameCube adapter. If they allow GameCube BC and/or VC oh boy look out.
They should just dump the pro controller, make a new Cube pad with an extra Z button, a select button & a home button. Make it wireless & compatible with all GameCube, Wii, Wii U and VC games. That's enough dreams made true right?
Not paying that price for a knockoff. Either get the license or make a unique product. Mario's M is distinct. Can't just slap the typeface you got from daFont and sell it for more than what Nintendo offers.
Nintendo is very careful when they farm out there characters to other companies. Sometimes you get misses like the CD-I games or Other M but other times you get hits like the 2D Zelda handheld games or F-Zero GX.
Bought Mario Kart DS as my 1st WFC game but the snakers absolutely broke the online experience for many people. My favorite WFC game was not even a game. It was the Everybody Votes Channel on the Wii. If I had to pick a game it would be the last Mario Vs. DK on the DS. Great community.
Played Trauma Center New Blood and uploaded a couple of scores. I remember when the WFC was so cool and new but the frustration of finding reliable connections or just lack of excitement when playing online kept me away. Ultimately I like local multiplayer or single player experiences.
Wouldn't they want people who aren't Animal Crossing fans to play this? So that they can hook them in? But it must be a beta test so you'll need the OCD powers of AC fans to truly test out the game.
I don't like the fact that it's almost 2 years since the Wii U was announced and the definitive Gamepad killer app has yet to be produced. Wii Sports launched the Wii and Skyward Sword took the Wii Remote to the next level. Sad that we may not see them build on that for a few years.
All Nintendo needs to look at is their Super Smash Bros. roster and realize the opportunity those characters create outside of games. Especially beyond the Mario and Pokemon franchise.
Good. I'm tired of waiting for the jingle then click the user name, wait for all the Miis, wait for menu icons to load. The Wii was so easy and fast. The 3DS is as well.
I've only gone physical with some games though I believe that some games are more conducive to the easy access digital versions allow like Pokemon & Animal Crossing.
Way to go Nintendo. Cause you don't need the sales from the rest of America. Cause I'm sure all 18 million or so New Yorkers have a Wii U and you are not in a financial predicament.

Vaati from the handheld games would be pretty cool.

Re: Talking Point: Keeping It Simple Helped Nintendo Triumph At E3
Microsoft is like "we've had people of all ages play our shooters for years. In fact they're mostly under 14 years of age mentally and/or physically."

Re: Philips Secures Wii Patent Victory Over Nintendo in the UK
Let's let them make a new Zelda game. We'll just label it as a comedy game.

Just get those N64 and GameCube games out there. Heck maybe even some hard to find Wii games could make the cut.

Re: Appeals Court Upholds Nintendo MotionPlus Win Over "Patent Troll"
That illustration of that person just looks disturbing. Like a grown man in a baby's clothes who should not be reaching back there.
Re: Mario Maker to Include Additional Graphical Styles, Sharing Levels is "Really The Whole Point"
Would be cool to include Donkey Kong, Yoshi & Wario styles. If anything more than other 2D games like Kirby & Metroid.
Re: E3 2014: Nintendo Hopes to Share Metroid News in the "Near Future"
As long as they handle it better than Other: M. That or have two separate styles like Mario. 2D Metroids on 3DS and 3D 1st person on Wii U.
Re: E3 2014: Hyrule Warriors Not Part of Zelda Timeline, More Like an Avengers Spin-Off
@Manaphy2007 Mentioning the CD-I is grounds for punishment.
Re: E3 2014: Hyrule Warriors Not Part of Zelda Timeline, More Like an Avengers Spin-Off
So they are along the lines of the dreaded CD-I games but without the horrendous everything of them.
Re: E3 2014: Quickfire Shigeru Miyamoto Video Focuses On His Three GamePad Projects
@Icarus423 Better than the genres most game companies work on bald space marine, car & sports yearly rehash.
Re: E3 2014: PDP Shows Off its New GameCube-Styled Wired Fight Pad For Wii U and Wii
Love them. Must have 1. Doing what Nintendo hasn't. If only it could double as a pro controller. I'd pay extra for that functionality alone.
Re: Club Nintendo Rewards Updated for June, Led by Kirby Once Again
Need to spend like 400 coins. Looks like Dream Land and Mario Party for me.
Re: E3 2014: Bayonetta 2 Comes With The Original Game, As Well As Link And Samus Costumes
Paging EA and Warner Bros. THIS is how you release a game to an audience that did not see previous entries in the franchise.

@Phantom_R Tell that to Duke Nukem Forever
Re: Slew of Capcom Titles Announced for North American and European Virtual Consoles
Still hoping Nintendo does that unified account thing. Would be nice to play some of these on both systems for one price.
Re: GameCube-Style Wii U Controller, the WaveDash, Seeks Kickstarter Funding
@unrandomsam that would be a great selling point for me. Still have a few Wii VC games I'd like to get.

Metroid fans telling all the Zelda fans to beware. They might shoehorn an overly emotional personality into your beloved Link.
Re: PDP Confirms the GameCube-Inspired Wired Fight Pad For Wii and Wii U
It lacks a C-stick. I often power up my smash attacks but not all the time. Also no rumble.
Re: Reminder: Nintendo's Wi-Fi Service on Wii and DS Closes on 20th May
