Loved hearing all these tunes, was just awesome. Whilst I was a little disappointed there was no Nintendo music it kinda makes sense. I imagine a big reason they were initially so keen to be involved was due to a tie in with the opening of Nintendo Qorld as well as the 35th aniversary of Mario. I'm guessing Covid threw all those plans out and maybe it simply was no longer worth the effort. Shame tho.

Really happy that Shantae got a mii costume. I never expected her to be a fighter so I'm extremely happy. Plus a Half Genie Hero song is awesome! Love the music in that game. Must be pretty exciting for Wayforward.

Keen to grab her. Gonna be a painful wait for pyra and mythra tho.

I'm actually playing through it for the first time atm. I'm enjoying it overall however there are a lot of small annoying issues that add up and hold it back. Love the art style and music, but find the large amount of slow text real annoying and the pacing is pretty bad. I even find myself skipping cutscenes just cause of how of a slog they feel. It's definitely a good game and I respect what the devs made but there's so many small annoyances that can sour the experience. I also think the comparisons to Zelda may have hurt it as it really isn't that much like Zelda at all tbh. Enjoying the game and love the many quirky things, but there were few moments where I felt I was ready to drop the game move on to playing something else.

@FX102A Just had a look at the comment section at pushsqaure and oof, its rough. I was hoping people would be more understanding about the delay of the presentation and simply think "oh well, just gotta wait a bit longer". Yeah it sucks but its not the worst news really.

Whilst I don't condone the violence and rioting, I can understand why it's happening. Years of injustice and oppression with no change brought this and it certainly doesn't help having a pandemic at the same time. I just hope after all this, real change comes along for a better society for all POC around the world. Stay safe everyone!

@FaroreAbhorsen I was able to find 849 koroks seeds but I eventually caved in and checked a guide for the last 50. I think its warranted after 585 hours of play lol

Personally, one of the biggest reasons why I want to buy new games (despite having an unfinished backlog) is because I want to be involved in the "current" conversation. It's awesome being able to talk to a bunch of other people, fanboy and discuss stuff. I feel like you kind of miss out on all the hype and chatter if you don't pick up something at launch. I mean it was amazing hearing about everyone's different experiences with BOTW when it first launched.

@Ralizah Cool, glad to know I'm making the right choice. The general sentiment I've been getting is that although the anime is fantastic, there's lots of details that are missed and that some of the side characters lack some development.

Yes! Super happy about Stein's;Gate. I've heard so much good stuff about it. I was considering on watching the anime first, but knowing this is coming to the switch, I'll gladly wait.

Loved the fact that this update added the gallery. My favourite parts of games are usually when you get to see the artwork created for the games themselves. Also love the fact they actually add a fair amount of lore to the game.

I knew the switch was doing well, but I never realized it was doing that well XD Congrats Nintendo!

@Danpal65 Had the exact same thing happen to me. Just randomly checked the app store and went "Woah! It's already out!". My excitement was then quickly crushed. Was soooo depresssing

Although I do appreciate them taking the time and effort to make sure the switch version performs well, it's kinda been tiring waiting for so long. Honestly my hype for this has kinda died out. Mario Odyssey doesn't help things either XD

Also love stuff like this, getting to know what happens behind the scene is really cool. I'll definitely be checking out more of her work. This looks like a real mess. I hope there's an actual reason for all these wires rather than Nintendo just being Nintendo. Seriously tho, this isn't making me too optimistic about Nintendo Online Infrastructure.

To be honest, the concept of the switch isn't very surprising to me, rather it's the way it so easily become a part of my lifestyle with it's hybrid nature, various control schemes and awesome games that truly surprised me. I think it's becoming my favourite console of all time! XD

I should probably get some sleep before watching the spotlight at 1.30 am... but knowing me, I won't be able to sleep due to the hype. Looks like it's gonna be an all nighter! XD

Although I don't think it will happen, it would be really awesome if ARMS became an eSport. Also interesting how BOTW and ARMS shared several tools during development.

It was an impressive effort but I feel like the majority weren't fooled. Josh from thebitblock creates some awesome things. Too bad he can't create a good personality for himself. Really not a fan of this guy.

Sounds good to me! I loved the BOTW formula. Only thing I want more of is dungeons though.

I haven't heard of this game. The art style looks gorgeous! Gotta keep an eye on this one.

I wouldn't be surprised if they do come out with a the SNES classic edition. Although, I would have thought they would currently want everyone's attention focused on the switch. Especially considering virtual console still hasn't been released. Anyway, here's hoping Nintendo don't misjudge the demand for the SNES classic and that we can all actually get one!

It's pretty cool seeing how durable the switch is and the lack of a glass screen probably helps. Although it kinda hurts seeing someone do this on purpose. Idk, my switch is just too precious to me! XD

@maceng Yeah, I get you. At first I honestly didn't really care for it. I loved the lore and aesthetic, but the game play looked kinda dull. But after playing it, it's totally changed my mind. It's a lot faster and frantic than you realize, I was really taken aback. It went from a 'meh' title to a day one purchase. Hope you get to try it soon!

Although the trailer was cool I wish we could get a better look at that map that was shown at the beginning. We know that there's lore in this game and it would be cool if ARMS had a different world compared to our world.

Probably a new IP. I'm hyped!

I really hope they don't replace Cereza/Bayonetta. She's such an awesome, funny, badass character and I I would be so disappointed if they replaced her.

Never had this problem in this first place and tbh, hadn't heard until really recently.

I'm really enjoying the game. Having it being portable is really good. Love just lying in bed, just peacefully playing the game.
