Veteran YouTubers Mega64 has uploaded another video in which they bring characters from video games into the real world. This time round its everyone's favourite plumber getting the treatment, with an 'exact replicat" of Mario straight from upcoming Switch game Super Mario Odyssey.
In the video we can see 'Mario' running around the streets trying to possess humans and other objects (including a bin) with the power of his hat. It shows that Mario may not be well equipped to actually take on the real world.
Other video game franchises to receive the Mega64 makeover include Super Mario Bros. 3, The Legend of Zelda: Skyward Sword and Luigi's Mansion.

Ha...funny. It would be funny if he did a BOTW video. Paragliding off buildings perhaps. Though that would be dangerous and likely to get him arrested. He could do a skit of it and jump off a tree or a rock. Maybe do some cooking with unusual ingredients and results. Or hit someone with a weapon(fake of course) and have it shatter into little pieces. Blue water balloons to replicate the bombs. Have someone give him a pointless sidequests for 5 bananas as a reward. There's lots you could do.
I didn't know mega 64 was still at it!!! I love their stuff! This one was great, they have an old splinter cell one that used to be my favorite!
I love this and I love Mega64.
It's NOT FUNNY AT ALL !!
How DISGUSTING !!
Gosh... a curse word at the end ?!
Oh, Administrator. We need to ban any Youtube video with cursed words inside. This is Nintendolife anyway, appropriate language is a MUST.
@Anti-Matter Seriously? 🙄
@Anti-Matter C'mon, lighten up.
@Anti-Matter wow. I don't know if your joking or not
That was hilarious
Haha nice video. Love mega64. Still remember watching the E3 2014 Nintendo Announcement, good stuff!
@Anti-Matter Dude really?
@Anti-Matter It was blurred out though.
@UK-Nintendo @Eric258 @Markiemania95
Sorry for all of you guys.
I will be Extremely pissed off by cursed words spoken so obviosly, whether censored or not.
My ears couldn't tolerate that cursed words.
I had ever encountered so many videos on Youtube that I accidentally heard a swearing, cursed words so obviously, even a video of gameplay of kids games (They were swearing for how ridiculous things that they had encountered).
Just now, when I heard that cursed words at the end, I turned off the Youtube video immediately in rage, pissed off by that cursing words.
Oh, for UK-Nintendo, I was Serious when pissed off. No joking.
@Luke64
Ah, sorry I was pissed off.
I hate to hear swearing or cursed words.
@Anti-Matter "I hate swearing and curse words"
"I was pissed off"
Do I need to?
@Anti-Matter I find it amusing that you're complaining about a bad word in a video while saying "pissed off" at the same time. It might not be a swear word but it's considered a vulgar thing to say by many.
@Anti-Matter It never occurred to me that someone could be that offended by swearing in a language other than your mother tongue. Particularly when it's beeped out anyway.
@OorWullie
Ooh... really ?
I have never knew that.
Actually, I know "pissed off" word from Next Top Model episodes when there was a girl was upset and she sais she was "pissed off".
And sorry I didn't knew that, considering my native language is Indonesia.
@ToneDeath
My ears was so sensitive.
When I heard just a bit of "Bleep" sound, even just 1 second, my impression immediately swiftly changed from Neutral to Upset.
For me, it gaves me Eternal Worst First Impression, that will be the worst thing ever and I will Never get impressed anymore by that people or certain things.
First Impression is Very Crucial moments for me to determine which is Accepted and which is Rejected.
In this case, it was Rejected forever. I will never want to see / watch / getting know about his video anymore. Period.
@Anti-Matter A bit of advice, it's best not to use Next Top Model as a guide on how to speak English appropriately.
When the dude was helping him out of the water....and he fell back in...I WAS DYING!!! Good stuff ha.
I feel like a lot of their stuff has been pretty derivative for some time now, but that was actually really amusing! I loved the contrast of the jazzy Mario song with the trash can scraping the ground so loudly and obnoxiously! Well played, fellas!
Mildly amusing. Never heard of mega64 before.
@Anti-Matter the Mario + Rabbids has the word "Hell" in it, you gonna boycott that too?
@Anti-Matter
"I will be Extremely pissed off by cursed words spoken so obviosly, whether censored or not.
My ears couldn't tolerate that cursed words."
It was bleeped out, and his back was to the camera you couldn't even read his lips. I think you are way over sensitive and it wasn't "obvious" at all - in fact, if one didn't have the sound on, you wouldn't know there was swearing at all in it.
I didn't find this one very funny but their Shenmue video gave me a chuckle.
Yanno - that bit at the end, I wonder if that will happen in the game with some enemies?
Lol, this was more fun then expected!
Cool video but could have done without the profanity.
Do people actually find this entertaining? Is this what counts as comedy in 2017? I don't really see much of anything humorous or entertaining here...mostly obnoxiousness and people who THINK they must be funny fumbling around.
On the other hand the role reversal between @Anti-matter and @SLIGEACH_EIRE is 100% pure comedy gold, right there And @Anti-matter's language gaps can present such innocent non-sequiturs that if it came from anybody else would be trolling
I didn't think it was that funny, until the trash can came out, then I lost it lol
I remember their Parappa and Elite Beat Agents videos. Those were pretty funny.
@NEStalgia What would you prefer instead
@jedisquidward Something actually comedic? Something other than really really low budget slapstick? "People walking funny and throwing things at people" seems like humor for young children maybe....so I guess it has that if it's the audience they're going for.
this was pretty cool little video, thanks for sharing @Nintendolife.
@NEStalgia Yes, some people do find it funny.
