Donkey Kong country want to beat it legitimately at the snow levels so far. Great game. Also playing tropical freeze on switch. I feel a run of super Metroid coming as well on my SNES mini. I can’t stress enough how awesome the SNES pad is for these games rather than switch or 3ds controls xxx happy gaming xx

My first gta was San Andreas back in 2004, the amount of content on there was so impressive. It didn’t click with me initially but I got hooked and spent hours in a day playing and exploring. Highlight for me was around 50 or so hours that I realised u could play pool in the bar! Me and a friend used to play 2 player xxx good times but can’t see me goin back xxx

Mmm interesting stuff. I am a 43 years old and I am a video game addict. I can admit that here in words. I play video games everyday not always for hours, I have access to hundreds of games but still find myself wanting to buy more, and making lists. I am single with no kids so I have plenty of time. I do love gaming with a passion and I have tried to change my habits and try new things in this world, but I always come back. I don’t feel I have a problem, but at the same time I feel I do. As I type this I’m looking forward to a fresh run of Mario world on my SNES mini, and maybe getting axiom verge 2 xxxx

Mmmm will get eventually. The first one is one of a few games I have played an hour of and never went back to, it seemed good but jus didn’t grab me. Hey ho still got that carrion to play soon xxx

I think it was super Mario land on game boy as my first Nintendo franchise that I played, did a play through the other day in about 30 mins! Xx simple fun good times xxx

Like many people commenting here the late 80s to mid 90s were a magical place for arcades, with the latest tech a bit of smoke a dark atmosphere was a thrill that has pretty much gone extinct. Console gaming back then was still excellent of course with so many classics xxx but if u want the fastest most exciting time it was a trip to the arcades, I used to go to them on summer holidays and couldn’t wait. I remember once walking 45 minutes just to play alien storm what a time xxxx also as well our first port of call was seeing images in magazines and imagining how the games looked in motion, so when we did, again what a magical wonderful feeling xxx memories xxx

Just finished a link to the past ! Those last few dungeons can be pretty tough so I am pleased with myself! Realised I got blaster master zero on my 3ds so mite give that a whirl xxx

Those top 4 are always in my mind and heart. Today I gave up on link to the past again, got to the sixth dungeon in the dark world but now just too frustrating and too many deaths and feels like a slog,I swear it would be a better game if u took half damage throughout game. Still. A ten from me tho, and I know in a month or so will try again! Xxx yoshi island I think will always be my number 1 SNES game, or Mario world! Xxxx

Skyward sword thought for the day. Skyrim came out at the same time and with its openness made linear Zelda look old fashioned. I am not a fan of Skyrim I am a skyward sword fan! There u go xxx

Tried links awakening on switch again the other week I get to dungeon 7 and think I lose all interest! Xx I remember back in ocarina in 1998 I got stuck about halfway where u had to empty like a blue fire from a jar on some ice or something I had to buy the guide to get past it and still doesn’t make sense! Wicked game tho ! I think riding epona in a field will always be a treasured moment xxx

I think u hit on something interesting that back in your youth whenever u had a game u played it to death even if u knew it to be bad. I can relate to that, maybe we all can. Today I am fortunate to have a load of options but even a quite good game I mite not play for long because there is always something better. Is having too many options a good thing. I don’t think so at all, which is why Netflix and all that twaddle scares and bewilders me. Anyway I can’t think of a bad game but I game I feel that need a bit more love that I can always go back to is alien storm on md collection. Great graphics sound and fun simple gameplay and pretty easy! Xxxx

Drift or no drift I dislike the joy cons hate the flimsy ness of the stick and feels like it could break any sec, but as someone said above part of the business model. D pad gaming forever! D pad drift anyone? Xx

@Moistnado will get there one day, I remember a review at the the time said in one of the puzzles there was an innovative use of the home button which intrigues me. Got the ds game as well but again only a few hours in. I think I completed virtues last reward which was v good and has a few different endings. That mite be the only one I’ve seen thru til the end. Happy gaming x

Have that another code on wii played an hour or so, I think every month for the past ten years I have said I will go back and not play any game til that’s done, but I never do! One day! Xxx
