Hope it hits the Switch; not keen on digging up on old Xbox and searching for the games online that are probably hiked up in price due to scalpers.

Definitely curious to give this series a go.

Not difficult, more like not willing to pay Disney royalties and other red tape. I’m glad these games aren’t hitting the Switch, anyway. Overrated and ridiculously convoluted.

This looks delightful, I hope it plays as well as it looks! Keeping my eyes peeled for this one in the coming months.

Really happy to see these games hit the Switch; a shame it’s a limited release (for now?) but the fact that the rumors were true all this time is a huge thrill. I really hope we get more happy shadow drops like these in the coming days; 2020 has been a real drag thus far and to have pick ups like these, brightens things somewhat.

(Also- would Nintendo please make Mario Galaxy 2 available soon and perhaps give us Metroid Prime Trilogy and maybe a 3D Zelda collection as well, to complete the Trinity?)

This game deserves to burn to cinders.

Everyone involved should be ashamed for working on such a loathsome project.

To be fair, the sole villain in this story was Square Enix itself but to see the creative/development team willingly deliver such a half rate product in the first place, just makes them accomplices to the fact.

I hope this game rots into obscurity forevermore.

Good; that was a shady move on their part. Now if we can cause a big enough fuss to get the Metroid Prime trilogy on Switch, that would be great.

Really hoping we eventually get Super Mario Galaxy 2 to complete our 3D collections...

What a happy update indeed. Can’t wait to get home and test these new bits and bobs out.

A fun direct overall; will definitely grab these remasters. I just hope we get Super Mario Galaxy 2 later down the line.

@Clyde_Radcliffe Mario Paint on Switch would be killer. What I really loved about that game as a kid was the music maker and the overall music in game. It’s such a warm and nostalgic jam that I can still remember it to this day, despite me playing it back when I was around 6-7 years old when it was released on SNES.

I’ll probably grab this when it hits PS4/PS5 and later for Switch if it ever gets the green light. Looks like a fun game too; loved JFG on N64 back in the day.

Ehhh. This doesn’t sound that great; I prefer the darker, looming sense of dread in the first two games and the feeling of complete isolation in the mansion out in the mountains.

@jtmnm sadly even if you did purchase another WiiU, I don’t think the online service is available to purchase some of those titles you wanted. I might be wrong though. I share your sentiments though.

@nintendopok I don’t play either of those games. I usually played Smash online and that’s it.

I’ll believe it if they actually give us games we actually want and add in some GBA/GC/N64 classics as well. I disabled my NSO subscription and my wallet couldn’t be happier.

Here’s an idea, Nintendo- disable the NSO and give us a proper virtual console instead.

This paywall to rent games is ludicrous as it is asinine... listen to your consumers!

Such a pity it’s not as polished as it looks. Still- I’m sure it’s fun in spontaneous bursts. I might get this when it’s on sale.

I have this on my PS4 and it plays beautifully; love it to death! I will get the Switch version eventually, granted they patch the Hell out of it and make it as stellar as the other console ports. Here’s hoping that is sometime soon in the near future or we get a proper sequel/future series of these games.

Rather have this on my Switch, tbh.
