You can play the original sonic games on a pregnancy test at this point, rereleasing them again is really dumb when they can, idk, make a new game.

Also I find it kinda funny how everyone here won't buy the game unless it has a physical copy, makes me think there are a lot of old heads on this site.

I have a lot of fond childhood memories of my Wii and ds (yes I'm gen z) but I think I've played more Nintendo games than ever on my switch, so it's one of those two

@SS25 Lego star wars (and all Lego games for that matter) are iconic for being goofy abd not taking itself seriously, if that's what bothers you then the game was not made for you

Gimme a Nintendo direct and an Xbox showcase and I'll be a happy camper

I grew up with the Wii and ds entries and have put the most hours into 8 deluxe so I would have to put those above double dash, but I do commend it for being the most unique.

@RubyCarbuncle they'll put it on sale, they've put just about all of their big titles on sale at some point. Besides, I'm okay with waiting since I'm still entirely invested in Elden Ring, not to mention Skywalker saga coming out in a couple weeks

I just want the retro/ tour tracks remade to match the visual and quality standards of the current mk8 deluxe tracks which is 5 years old. Shouldn't be too much to ask of a billion dollar company.

I'll get Lego star wars day one on my PC, and play the Mario kart dlc when that comes out. I'll probably wait on Kirby, maybe get it over the summer if there's nothing coming out during that time that interests me.

It looks like they polished up the visuals a little since Arceus. Unfortunately that needed a lot more than a polish, and the next gen still looks last gen if you know what I mean.

The starters look pretty bad too, but maybe they'll grow on me. My biggest hope for this game is that they fill the world up with things to do unlike Arceus, and I like the sort of Spanish style.

That being said, it really sucks that they're still doing the two versions, It doesn't really affect me personally but damn I feel bad for the fanboys who are burning 120 bucks every year just for pokemon, they need a break.

There was a better version that was also on Reddit before this one that had Kirby's fat cheeks on the back. I want that one.

Not being able to play defense is a huge bummer, but the offensive gameplay and team management is fantastic, and is definitely worth the three bones.

I don't see why they would, I don't think they view Microsoft and Sony as direct competitors

@anoyonmus we'll definitely get dlc, so I think we'll get character packs from the shows, I wouldn't be surprised if the madalorian is already gonna be in the game. As for Kirby, yeah it'll probably be as easy as it always is. That's why I'm hoping it's meaty, if its still super easy but I can sink over 20 hours into it I'll still pick it up.

@anoyonmus Lego star wars will probably be the next switch game I get, unless Kirby turns out to be a masterpiece that is challenging and has more than 10 hours of content, which I'm hopeful for but I'm also not holding my breath.

Good, In glad there's nothing appealing this month on switch since I wanna dive into dying light 2 and elden ring. That being said I haven't bought a switch game since dying light in December, and before that it was Metroid dread. Really hasn't been anything good lately

More dying light, I beat the base game and didn't realize there was dlc, so that'll be my weekend

Would this be a good first game for someone who has never played Pokemon before? I've always been interested in the creature collecting but the gameplay always looked slow

I was planning on getting this for my PC anyway, as I dont ever plan on buying a cloud game. I do think the port of the first one is pretty solid though, it's been fun to revisit it on the go

There ain't a chance mk9 is coming this year, or even on the current switch. It'll be on the pro or next gen system, which is years away

The only tactics game Ive ever played was Mario and rabbids, which I loved. I'm gonna get sparks of hope, but maybe I should try some other games in the genre, advance wars looks pretty cool
