In 7 years time, PQube probably paid some milestone advantages. I expect PQube to demand their investment back before any publishing rights are being transferred.
So Mojiken Studios is looking for a new publisher. I hope they find one, as this game looks unique and promising. Plus I really would like to see a rising support for the Indonesian gamedev community.

It would be a nice customer loyalty service to have a sale before this all happened. Especially for the WiiU customers who were loyal to the brand.

Would expect the Jimmy act to be more like a immoral Ace Attorney, instead of a side scrolling platformer.

At GDC, someone said the Wii was 2 gamecubes duct taped together. Sold over 100 million units. Sometimes although you have a point, you are not seeing the bigger picture.

From my experience, you can't compare a Nintendo title to a 3rd party title. What N does, doesn't automatically mean that another developer/publisher can also do that. Besides that for N the costs are considerably lower to do this reprint with patches. Especially with 28M units sold and still selling against 2M for M+R

2.3GB + 1.5GB DLC = 3.8GB would have fitted on the same 4GB card, from an outsider standpoint.
I guess it was easier/cheaper to only order Gold edition boxes with the same, already approved, card with standard build.

Awesome, great concept, great art. Shame this IP belongs to EA, as I would even help developing this into reality.

The gameplay trailer is much better to look at. Nice pixelart, although the amination isn't bad as well.

Understand and admire the labor of love on this project and the wish to publish for Nintendo platforms, but 3DS was already there when Wii was roaring and WiiU had yet to launch. You can't expect eternal support for old systems when your game is scheduled to launch in 2023.

For those devs with WiiU and 3DS eshop games: convert them to Switch if you haven't done it already. User base is far greater (WiiU) or more (3DS) then your current base. Should still pay the rent.

Bingo Battle in Pikmin 3 for WiiU absolutely gave us many hours of fun battling against each other.

I understand from your comment that you have never delivered a gold master to a publisher. Let alone a game where 80+ entities have to be balanced with each other. The amount of stress and pressure is huge, plz don't underestimate that.

Expect it to go slowly to $35-40 coming years and depending on the next gen console, will rise or fall dependent on opening up for wider audience. Portfolio is going to be broader, not only games, so more steady growth will make it more predictable.

Would prefer that as well, using an upscaler, preferably in the dock. Means the console hardware can stay lean and mean, the filesize of the games can stay 'smaller', so that we can still keep the cards and the same pricelevel of the games. And if you don't need 4K, one can still use the standard dock.

@Zag_Man Can totally see your angle. But then N is competing in an arms race it will never win because it's making money on the hardware while competitors lose money on hardware.
Look for example at gamecube, missing out on lots of 3rd party titles (GTA, SW:KTOR, Dead or Alive, etc) because of hardware limitations. I prefer those original titles above ports anytime.

Gameplay > specs. Don't see why to change a winning formula. Switch is outselling the 4k capable competition. Once 4k Switch is out, there's going to be a petition for 120fps, VR, 8K, haptic feedback, etc. and at the same price as well. Please be realistic.

Hopefully the hollow music isn't part of it.

The purpose of video game consoles is to feel, interact and be played. Ok, it was probably broken. Still a working version in the frame that you could be taken out and played with, would made it complete.

For god sake, hire those people Nintendo! They love the brand and game. Highly motivated and clearly applying for a job.
