We can't even get a map it seems, even though they advertised it 2 years ago. Basically they're taking away anything that could make the Wii U version special, even though those features have been in previous Zelda games!. Well done Aonuma!

@Mega_Yarn_Poochy Actually, I'm sure there are many parents that would buy this game for their children with 3DSs, and people who just like cute 3DS games would also be interested. It wouldn't sell gangbusters, but it would sell decently.

For a game that's already translated to English and what is most like going to be digital-only, it would be so easy to bring it to America.

@SLIGEACH_EIRE I used thirdparty website nowinstock.net to know when the game came in stock on Amazon DE and FR. The site sends you an email as soon as as an item is purchasable.

@Marshi It was always pretty cheap. It's still £43 on Amazon, you can get it for less elsewhere.

@SLIGEACH_EIRE Then you should be happy you saved so much on Xenoblade and just accept you didn't get as lucky with the Fortissimo edition. Or wait and hope it drops in price after release.

I would wait a while on importing and see if the demo won't show up on the American estore, maybe a couple weeks. If it's coming to Europe, it's almost guaranteed it'll come to America as well!

Nintendo is really weird with their release dates... There was like 2 months difference between Yoshi's Wooly World coming to Europe and America. And Fire Emblem Fates only just last month came out in Europe.

@SLIGEACH_EIRE I don't know where you got Xenoblade from, but I had to pay about 70 euro for it on release. 70+ euro is the average SRP for Nintendo's really Limited Editions. (and Amiibo bundles doesn't count). But I dont care because you get swag you cant get anywhere else and they're always super limited, making them extra special.

The lack of translations during battles is an appalling oversight. I can't believe Atlus would overlook this.

If Nintendo were smart, they wouldn't put out Zelda on both consoles at the same time. That and outright REMOVING previously advertised Gamepad features is the ultimate insult to Wii U owners .If they were smart, and cared about customer loyalty, they would give the game about 6 months Wii U exclusivity. Seems fair.

@Ryu_Niiyama Didn't even think of that! With Sheik in the mix, there's unlimited possibility for action gameplay! Magic and arrows with Zelda, and stealthy brute force with Sheik!

I for one could use a deeper explanation for Zelda's secret ninja identity! It's never really been explored beyond Ocarina of Time, where it was a pretty awesome plot twist. Remember good plots in Zelda?! I really hope Zelda Wii U won't ditch a good story for an open-world.

@Ryu_Niiyama Very well written, and I agree. If they're gonna make a gender choice, but then in turn not give the main character any personality, it kind of makes it pointless. Like they're paying lipservice to the idea of a female hero you know.
Just make a new female main character, or give existing (forever titular!) characters like Zelda the spotlight! I'd buy that.

It's getting better with female main characters in gaming, but there's still a ways to go....
