I am a Batman fan and really loved the original animated series in the 90's. The newer series is pretty decent, and WayForward did a great job at capturing the essence of the show. I may have to pick this one up!
I don't get too excited for DSiWare, but X-Scape looks like something I might pick up in the future. I really want a review before I blind buy that game, but the trailer makes it look fun (and also a bit like Tron.)
Haha, funny this article just came out, because my girlfriend bought me WarioWare D.I.Y today since Toys R Us was having a sale and she wanted a game as well (buy 1 get one 50 % off). It's fantastic, and I really want to do some great Nintendo-themed stuff.
I am with Chunky Droid on this one...I have more than enough to keep me busy. I used to hate delays on games when I was younger and didn't work so much. Now that I work pretty much full time, and don't always have the time and money for gaming like I used to, I take advantage of game delays by catching up on my backlog.
@EggMiester: Can't say I agree with you, Runner and Beat are fantastic. I don't think Core and Void were that great, but def give Runner and Beat a try.
Wow...a 10/10! I was excited for this game, but for some reason didn't buy it on day one. This review is compelling me to turn off my computer, buy some Nintendo points and d/l this bad boy...and play until my girlfriend gets home from work (which gives me quite a few hours to spend on my affair with Commander Video.) After watching videos on Youtube, this game looks insanely addictive for completists trying to get all the gold in every level.
@CharlieRod If all else fails, sell your kidneys. It will be worth it, I promise. Luckily, my kidneys are intact, I traded in certain games and got SMG2 pre-ordered for just 10 bucks at Gamestop.
Wow, you lucky Europeans. You're getting a great Bit Trip game early, a discounted DSiWare game, AND you actually get a virtual console game.
packs bags for Europe....but then unpacks bags after realizing its borderline psychotic to move to a far away land based solely on their video game releases.
Every article and video that comes out for this game makes me that much more excited for it. I got 120 stars with Mario over the weekend on Galaxy 1 and I am now playing as Luigi. Who knows, in the next 2 weeks, just out of excitement for Galaxy 2, I may blow through the game as Luigi so I can say I "completely" conquered the game.
Pretty bummed that the VC is getting neglected yet again. However, very excited to download Photo Dojo. I am with BellGoRiiing on this one, the VC was such a selling point for me. It was awesome seeing 3 titles come out a week, and most of the time they were pretty decent...now it's just so underwhelming.
I think a behind-the-scenes dvd would have been much more interesting, rather than some "helpful" videos. I am going to be so glad to own this game on day one, even if us U.S. gamers don't get anything extra.
Wow, the depth in the city and PokeCenter look fantastic. Still haven't picked up Soul Silver, so I may just hold off and get one of these versions, since it's a totally new adventure (played Gold way back in the day.)
The show has gone to crap since Drew Carey took the reigns...he just doesn't have that same appeal that Bob Barker had. Anyways, yeah game looks like utter garbage. My thoughts and prayers go out to you James for having to be subjected to it...I hope you have a quick and safe recovery
I am really glad to see this game got a 9. I know it isn't everyone's favorite Mario title, but it's really great. In fact, reading this has gotten me in the mood to play it, right now.
Holy crap...it's early so at first when I read it my face lit up. I am not kidding you, I actually believed it for two seconds, then I looked at the date, before even reading the post, and just chuckled. Hehe, good one, guys!
I just got the first G&W Collection because it seems decent, but G&W Collection 2's games just don't do it for me, so I will def get the Mario posters, they rock!
Hm, well I like that the game seems very colorful and lighthearted, but the fact that its episodic is kind of a bummer. That doesn't mean I won't pick it up, because a quality game is worth the price, if it does end up costing quite a bit. I'll keep optimistic about it and form my decision once I see more trailers, gameplay, etc.
I have 770 points at the moment, so very soon I will have enough for the Game and Watch collection. Earlier in the year I got the Hanafuda cards...they are a neat collectible but I haven't really played the card game much. 80 coins is very cheap, but the game doesn't look all that interesting to me.
LoL @ that shoulder stand. Imagine seeing somebody sitting on a train/subway using that thing! haha. Also, the first thing that popped into my head when I saw that caveman ad was, "It's so easy, a Caveman can do it." Curse you, Geico and you're stupid slogans.
@WiiPlayer26: Thanks, yeah Kirby 64 has more of a nostalgic appeal than anything. I remember playing it years ago, and it was a lot of fun. I more excited to DL Pilotwings though, never got the chance to play it on the SNES, and I owned (and loved) Pilotwings 64.
Nothing for me today, I was hoping we would get Yoshi's Island or Starfox (snes), but oh well. Maybe I can catch up on some old purchases, like Pilotwings and Kirby 64 this week.
I was dead set on getting the PS3 version, however I am trying to budget my money a bit better. I saw this on goozex, and I had enough points for it, and after playing the demo off the Nintendo Channel, I almost liked the DS version the best. The fact it's portable and the handling felt great, I am pleased to be getting it for free, basically. I may get the PS3 version later down the road, but for now, this version seems really well done.

Re: DSi XL Brightens Up with Three New Colours
I really like the blue one, and the green one is just ok...but that yellow...it looks god awful.

Re: Review: Discolight (DSiWare)
Is this a sequel I can just hop right into, or do I need to play the original classic, Flashlight, to understand what's going on?
Re: Nintendo Download: 24th May 2010 (North America)
While I do love Art Style games, I think that this is a pretty crappy week. I was hoping for a decent VC game...how dumb of me.
Re: Review: Super Mario Galaxy 2 (Wii)
Today is going to be a LOOOONG day.

I would get KSS if I didn't already have the DS version. Bit Trip Runner for me when I get the time and money.

I am with Chunky Droid on this one. If your game title reminds people of farts and/or crap...you are probably off to a bad start.

Underwater Metroid or 2-D Endless Ocean?

While I think it's exciting and I am really anxious to see the 3DS in action. I think October is a little too soon.

I agree. Super Mario World will always be just a notch higher in my book, but SMB3 is a close second.
Re: Pink Floyd's Dark Side of the Moon Gets The NES Treatment
