Got excited that maybe A Link to the Past was being released. I love the original, just not sure I want to drop yet another $5 on a game I have owned a million times over. I may still get it in the future, but not this week. Want to pick up WarioLand 3. I remember being in a bowling league as a kid where we got 3 Game Boy games after you complete your final week, and WarioLand 3 was one I got, so it'd be purely a nostalgic purchase.

I am a little burnt out on 2D side-scrollers at the moment with NSMB U, Ducktales, and a few others I am playing. However, I loved Origins, so I will pick this up on Wii U eventually, just want to wait for the price to drop or at least for me to finish some of the games I am playing.

I like the color of the Wind Waker shirt. It seems like Japan gets much more cool stuff than we do here in the States. I am not complaining though, because I still enjoy my Hanafuda cards from time to time. I like that you can now download 3DS and Wii virtual console games as well. Is Mario Golf (GBC) worth the 150 points? I have 500 and something in my account for this year (already hit Platinum). Also, I havent registered my Wii U or Wii U games, does anybody think I should wait till next July to do so, so they will go towards 2015 platinum?

Great trailer, I didn't even know the release dates for DK TF and SM3D World were November and December. I know what i'm asking for for Christmas!

Looks fantastic. After Sonic Colors and Sonic Generations, it looks like the blue blur is back in form, and going to have another stellar game with Lost World.

Can't wait! I hope it's as tight as the last two Arkham games.

I lost it at "Draw me like one of your French girls". That was hilarious! After just having my Wii U a day, I am still learning about the Miiverse, but it seems really cool, and makes you feel a lot more connect than most Nintendo consoles. I know this is a stupid question, but how do you take snapshots from games to post them on Miiverse posts? Thanks in advance!

$21 for Rayman 3D seems really steep...

That'd be great to see, may push some of my friends towards buying one since they are looking forward to WWHD. For me, I don't regret not waiting, since I wanted to play Nintendo Land. Can't wait to get my hands on this game!

Yeah, I know SS is still $55. The price isn't what worried me, I just was wondering if it was really that great, I know Twilight Princess was a bit of a let down for me. I will prob go with WW, since I always loved the art style, and it looks amazing in HD. Also, love your screen name, I miss playing Turtles in Time!

Yeah, I guess I don't really have to buy it new, as long as I can get one in decent shape. Yeah that is my problem with Nintendo, some stuff becomes rare over night it seems. Like I am interested in getting that Kirby 20th Anniversary Collection. It isn't top priority, but I am wondering if I should get it now while it's $27 on Amazon, before it becomes super rare and doubles in price.

I am getting a Wii U in the next couple weeks, and this is on my radar, for sure. However, I missed out on Skyward Sword on the Wii and still want to play that game. For other hardcore Zelda fans, would you say Skyward Sword is worth waiting a bit longer for, since I would like to pick WW HD up first?

The only thing I do with Gamestop are pre-orders. Mainly because many times I go to buy something "new" and it's actually the display copy, that's technically not been played. However, I had a friend who worked for Gamestop and said that the display copies were played by associates to basically be able to talk about the games with customers, so yeah...it's used. I never treat associates poorly, because they are just doing their job, sure some of the business practices are horrible, but it's corporate that is the root of the problem.

Classes start on monday and I'm working tonight, tomorrow, and Sunday, so it'll be a busy weekend. But I will keep plugging away at Mario & Luigi: Dream Team. I am thinking about downloading Mario Golf for GBC as well, just not sure if I should use Club Nintendo points for it, or maybe spend the $5.

I will gladly download this, because the Pokemon games always have great tunes.

Never got around to playing this. Always wanted to, so I think when I get a Wii U next year, I will make this game my first VC purchase.

I feel like the only one worthwhile is the Majora's Mask CD. I waited till the start of this next year (started on July 1) for the 2014 prizes to register my 3DS XL and like the 6 games I bought the past couple months. I'm kind of glad I did now, I just hope that 2014 has some decent prizes.

The thumbnail for the article makes me want to pick up Hyrule Historia. Anybody that has it, recommend it? Interactive books would be kind of neat, if priced decently.

@Sony_70: I agree with you on this one. I know I go for every game, if its available. Part of that may be that I am old school (im 26, been gaming since I was like 4), so I just always loved physical carts/discs. However, if there were a discount, be it $5-10 for owning it on that ONE console (since it's linked), I would probably buy more digital. I feel like at least if something happened to my 3DS now, I have my physical carts as back up. If I bought all digital, and something happened and it couldn't be fixed, I would be in trouble.

Great review! Been waiting to play a good RPG on my 3DS, and I love this series. So happy I have it pre-ordered and paid off...now, it's just a waiting game.

Had this on my 360. Fun game, especially for a Star Wars nut, like myself.

If anything, it would be SMB2, for me. What has me more excited is that perhaps we will get SMB3 in the near future? That will be a day one buy for me, it's always been one of my favorite NES games.

I remember playing this as a kid, and loving it. However, even with this good review, watching youtube videos, it doesn't seem like it's aged well. While part of me wants to take a stroll down memory lane, I may hold off a bit, because it just seems more tedious than fun.

That ad was so lovably odd. Watching that long has got me even more excited for this game. Stinks we have to wait till August here in the U.S., but it gives me time to finish a few other games before I start devoting alot of time to M&L.

I have yet to get an RPG on my 3DS, and I am a Mario freak, so you better believe I am getting this day one. In fact, I am going to go pre-order it int he next few days. Great article.

I don't like that you have to buy each game separately. That being said, though, I would maybe purchase one of the better ones, being as I live in a rather lively town now. Before, I lived in a very small town and I NEVER had StreetPass tags at the mall, park, anywhere. Now, if I go to the mall 3 minutes down the road (it's a big two story mall) I usually come home with like 2-3 tags, each time I can only imagine how many you would get in Japan or at the Nintendo World Store in New York!

Downloaded the demo, so I will try it out tonight. I was gonna use my Gamestop credit towards New Super Mario Bros. 2, because I love Mario. But now, I don't know. The "New" series is more of the same I guess (still fun), and I like that this seems pretty fresh.

I have quite a few people from the AC:NL thread on my friends list, just never seem to be on at the same time to visit their town. I hate my weird work hours!

Looks like a big week for Wii U. Wish I had one Since I only have a 3Ds, nothing really for me. May get Tails Adventure though...seems interesting from reviews I saw on Youtube. I still have to buy Mighty Switch Force 2, though, that might take top priority.

I don't think the price of the Wii U is bad, really. Like Banker-Style just said, with no games it doesn't seem like a value. When SSBB, Mario 3D World, and other AAA titles come out, it will seem like a much better deal. I know in a couple years, they will start doing different bundles, and lower the price, so I will probably wait for that since I really don't have $350 to spare right now.

I love the art style in Lost World (that screenshot is gorgeous), so I just hope Lost World on the 3DS isn't drastically different from thee console version.

It's funny, I was just thinking about how I want to play the original Sonic over again for about the millionth time. Was going to download the new updated version on my iphone, but maybe I will hold off and wait for this release.

Even though I played (and completed) the Wii version, I see myself buying this a few months down the road. The fact that it is so close to the Wii version is very impressive.

Cool to see the Oracle games being released. Not going to buy them right away, but I will have it on my "to-do list". Since I am just getting a 3DS, I have a lot of catching up to do! I had Ages back in the day, so I am not sure if I should stick with that or try Seasons instead. Anybody recommend one over the other?

Really hoping that the U.S see's SML2 and Zelda as well, on Thursday.

So glad to finally get confirmation. These will be my last couple 3DS purchases for the year, since I just bought Zelda and Star Fox.

This is amazing news! Can't believe how soon it is coming out. I think I am gonna play some Zelda (NES) and Links Awakening DX to gear up for the release. I can't believe they are making it free, also, because I know EVERYBODY would pay for that gem.

500 points seems pretty steep for Cut The Rope. It's a fun game, sure. I just think its weird how high these DSi/WiiWare ports are compared to their iPhone counterparts.

I think after Christmas when Super Mario 3D Land and Mario Kart are out, and other big titles are in the pipeline, we will really see the 3DS take flight. This is a great start, and I am so happy, because it's a great handheld. Give it time, the 3DS is still an infant in gaming terms.

Advance Wars would be GREAT to own again. I remember playing that for the first time on my GBA and falling in love.

Great round table! I usually skip these features, but I love Star Fox, and really enjoyed the banter, so I will be sure to start reading them from now on Friday can't come soon enough to replay one of my favorite N64 titles!

If I get this at all (Sonic has burned me so many times, that I am a little gun-shy haha), it will be the 360 version. The demo was pretty decent. I'll admit, I bet the 3D will look fantastic on this version, though!

Yeah, Pac-Man doesn't seem to exciting (esp when you can get a great game like Gargoyles Quest for the same price). Downloaded the 10 games yesterday, early...and REALLY happy with them. Just so weird playing those games on such a small screen!
