To be honest: I couldn't be bothered anymore. I am 39. I always collected physical. If you don't wait for a couple of months and if the publisher does not bring out a goty edition on card, it doesn't really mean anything. They want us to go all digital. Day one patches show it. So let's do it. They will regret it some day. I don't illegally download software anymore. Since 1996. But somehow they want it back.

I hope everybody will pay for the games. But saving the patches as a necessity seems a bit odd...

Always blame the developer. If can't make it run to satisfaction, don't throw it on the market. It's consumer unfriendly and bad for the brand. Plus it demotivates the whole team.

@Anti-Matter I can totally understand you. I really tried to love them. But somehow it never really "clicked". I feel a bit sorry for myself about that.

Why didn't NAPS do some testing of the game mechanics on real players in all the 15 years? There must be a strong personality in the seat of game design who does not allow a second opinion next to his. I mean 15 years.... all that should be worked on is game design in the first place. Graphics are always second.

This reads like Dragons Lair to me. What a shame.

W&W: Fortress of Fear would be awesome. Why is this game so underrated? The jumping and collision is bad but the soundtrack... love.

No sticks and buttons. Who in the world wants to play like this? Maybe many. Not me though.

The little bits of real-life footage looks quiet boring for grownups. The "speed" of it looks like those one-time-fun battery cars for kids imo. If you have to be 13 to drive, the age of the audience this aimes for seems extremely narrow to me. Might just be the way the trailer is filmed. But honestly: it looks like good idea, not thought through to me.
I hope it will be fun, though!

@KateGray actually hats off for even watching it in the whole. I just want my time back. If someone finds a way to break a game by simple inputs they figured out themselves, fair enough. But going through the code is just lame cheating in my opinion. A lot of work, I have to admit. But just not my understanding of beating a game. They might be good coders later, though. Fair enough for the effort, I guess.

Still, to me it's pointless and boring to watch. I'm old.

@LittleToyTitan did you manage to play them through? I loved all three of them but couldn't beat them until waaay later on in my life. Battle of Olympus still is on my list. It's just too hard. A bad game on hindsight.

@kuliddar no. Covid is okay. It's a short period until humanity can handle it. It's the the dying woods and climate change that should bother us.

Price-wise it's a vr-game w/o VR... it is really boring an short. But a bit nice.

@Ohokaysure no. To boring, to short. I would give the game a 4/10. There is only dialogue an not much meat to the bone. Actually it is a three 😜

Owning the WiiU version, I still don't see me buying this. It's just again a bit too less effort.
