Whether I hit agree or not is irrelevant. I paid for the product, they can't force me to into a contract after the product has been purchased, it has to be negotiated beforehand.

No I exchanged funds with a vendor in exchange for a product. I made no agreement with the manufacturer. The product might have a EULA, but purchasing the product is not an acceptance of those terms unless they are presented to me before purchasing the product.

I think they're talking about ground breaking in a technical sense. Even then I wouldn't say the Switch was a ground breaking idea, like the XB1 and PS4 it's just stronger hardware. Having a video out function isn't new or revolutionary, nor are wireless controllers. The design of the Switch is basically what had to be done for it to be usable.

And as always, people giving a product a free pass because it has the Nintendo label slapped on it. Considering that in the past when LEGO have tried to deviate from the norm they have almost always failed badly, the success of this product will certainly be questionable.

As it is, lots of speciality pieces that have limited to no use outside these specific sets it certainly goes against the ethos that LEGO have built for themselves. Yes, give me minifigures, rather than this. Start with the familiar rather than dive straight into an alienating idea.

Just take them to a Pokecentre, they'll be fine

Actually it should probably be called dark forces 4, here's the quadrilogy:
Star Wars: Dark Forces
Star Wars Jedi Knight: Dark Forces II
Star Wars Jedi Knight II: Jedi Outcast
Star Wars Jedi Knight: Jedi Academy

If we want to take their naming to ridiculous extremes it should probably be "Star Wars Jedi Knight III: Jedi Outcast II: Jedi Academy: Dark Forces IV." a

Jedi Academy features a different main character, but the MC for the previous three games has a large supporting role which is probably why it isn't called JK3

You won't find better lightsaber combat in any other game
