This is the one of three I went for and I've really enjoyed the odd 15-20 min blast I between wind asker sessions. Its a great little side scroller.

I would be hyped for this if I owned a 3DS instead I'll just have to stare longingly at it. Wish Nintendo would release upscaled versions of 3DS games on WiiU.I would pay full price for this!

@CzartD no the emulator I refer to is £2.29 and that whole if you own the game is legal is a myth as you don't own the game you own a licence of a game to play on a particular piece of hardware.

Am I the only one that wants to see a little less conversation a little more action from Shelly Pearce I've seen her in the news of a few Nintendo Websites yet I'm not seeing anything. Like the deal with tesco's the LARGE tesco near my house doesn't sell WiiU games let alone consoles and the "Super" tesco 5 miles away I was in earlier only had Wind Waker in amongst the Wii titles which surely only confuses mums more! There is no advertising and no shelf space in stores. I know its not selling well but if people can not actually buy a WiiU anywhere it doesn't matter how many mums know.

@SkywardLink98 yep but using Nintendo property like Nes controllers images to sell your emulator is questionable at best if not illegall.

don't forget the NES emulator on the Windows 7 phones available from the marketplace doesn't come with roms but lets be honest they are not hard to source.

I think the announcement video for this game wasn't a fair representation of the end game. Everything they they released since looks so much better than the "you can play peach, and a cat which means... Yep you guessed it you can play as a pink cat!" video

I would pay good money for this but agree with the article. Why would Nintendo give them public information on a unannocuned title smells like a PR stunt.

After spending some time with it I love it. The graphics are amazing way better than the sly cooper trilogy (also a cell shaded HD re-release) however having played the sly cooper trilogy recently I can't believe of similar the stealth game play is in both titles. I wonder if there is a story there.

@Dreamcaster-X me too, treated myself to the specail edition. I think late adopters will find it hard to find physical copies of games

The Pikmin update was nice I always like it when we get something after the presentation. I was never going to have the time this year to give to DK so I was ok with the delay. I'd rather wait for the additional quailty anyway

So a third of Pikmin week one sales that's a little bit disapointing. I hope it does better in the US and Europe!

Considering I picked up the special edition for £50.99 that WW download price does feel a little steep. I was also hoping for a link to the past in celebration of its release but I'll pick up the final fights at a later date.

I would have rather have got it on the WiiU because arguably the console life span will be longer than my PS3 however the 8 GB mandatory install may have put me off slightly for the same reason.

GTA's important role in gamings history has been to push the boundaries of game design and taste and it does both exceptionally well. This is both its strength and weakness and while its as well written as any top US TV show I buy GTA just to mess around in an open world environment.

Another thing it does really well is poke fun at pop culture and stereotypes in a very tongue and cheek way. I think this is the reason for the weak female characters. Its a double edged sword because one day we will be moaning that games are to dumbed down to appeal to the masses.

The "fun" part of GTA is using the tools the give you as a gamer creatively. I will finish the story but thats not where the golden moments will be for me.

I'm a family man in my thirty's and will happily be enjoying both GTA and Wind Waker over the coming months.

Just finished W101 so i will focus on beating Pikmin 3 oh and MGS: Peace Walker HD which has taken a backseat to W101, Ducktales and Pikmin.

Nice family line up for a family console this is what the U needs some 3rd party support to back up the epic 1st party titles on the way. Ubi titles are more aimed at mature gamers so acti are giving younger audiences some titles. Throw in the Indies and the WiiU feels like a complete package

Given the money grabbing nature of Activison this has to be a sign the system is not "doomed". Nintendo needs this even if some of us don't.
