Well in all fairness E3 isn't what it used to be and the presentations are just cheese-a-find. But what if... Nintendo had something so large up their sleave that they believed they could steal all the thunder away from E3.

great article, I think selling the Wii to non gamers was successful but they need to change the record(or shout about how powerful the system is 50% more powerful than a PS3 "Nintend-do what play-don't . It worked for Sega! =D) No Fresh software both hard ore and casual, 3DS cross system functionality/eshop purchases and fresh ad campaign. Boom sucess!

I will be purchasing the greatest game ever made... Super Mario World. Because you can never have too much money, or two many copies of Super Mario World =D

I never really got into this the first time round but have to admit this time it has hooked me in. Great little game.

You guys need to stop moaning seriously I still have nes and snes carts for half these games and I don't get a loyalty bonus so count yourself lucky. There is definitely some hard games that would benefit from the save anywhere function. Shadow warriors and super star wars springs to mind. Would love a secret of evermore copy fir my wiiu and yes Mario world 2 needs a vc realease!

This is a real smart move by Nintendo and I hope to see experiances on par with Braid, Limbo, Super Meat Boy, Fez and Runner2 come out of this as a result.

I've voted but ultimatley Super Mario Bros 3 is a masterpiece and will probably win again. Its deserves the top spot too, best of luck to all games though any 8-bit love is mostwelcome

Not NFS, not burnout and not Black this has been confirmed. I'm struggling to think of a bad game this studio has made and they are supportive of the WiiU so nothing but good news here.

If by virus he means that it spread around peoples social networks (very much like rock band and GH) then he would be right. If however he means that in anyway that the Wii was bad for the industry then he would be wrong. The fact remains that my mum owns a Wii and doesn't play games but then again hasn't Nintendo's family friendly appeal been its charm.

Really liked conviction looking forward to this. There is loads of stuff they could do with the gamepad and the gadets (sticky bomb cam springs to mind) but being multiformat I'll curb my expecations.

First party software has always been the biggest seller only Nintendo understand there own hardware. Always have always will. F the haters I've been here before and have nothing but faith in the WiiU just wait until the next of and ps4 start overheating and dying before we see who had the best hardware

Jon Blow, make it so. I agree only game at PS4 announcement that I have any interest in at all. Also would love to see Braid on the WiiU with updated hub on the gamepad.
