@Wolfgabe DooM is made for 60fps... DooM switch was 30fps and playable. This looks more complex.

This is not true. Switch is not selling better than Wii and DS combined. The twitterdude is only talking about consoles (exclusing handhelds, which Switch is also) and marketshare (the last one is logic... they launched a new portable Switch and ps4 is in decline/waiting for PS5).

@SwitchForce it’s hardware.. expensive and you cannot choose them. This is waaaaay worse. Stop defending this. Software is something you can choose. This hardware defects are like a lottery.

Switch Lite users with drifting joycons can throw their device right back at Nintendo hoping for a fix. Waiting 4 weeks.

European owners don’t even get it replaced for free.

The joycon drift is terrible and Nintendo is terrible for not giving standard service for it in Europe.

@RudyC3 that’s just not true. The icon backgrounds are enormous small. Loading is just the amount of games. The slow OS is because of low specs and low memory allocation for the OS.

The Switch is html5 and has themes, but only two colors. It’s just one small check which theme is loaded. The Switch will be fast even with themes because you can always use the current Two basic themes.

I don’t like this type of unfounded defense.

@Shade_Koopa that’s an excuse. I have 48 games on my Switch all act as own apps. Same could be said of most of these features. We do have two themes, so this is implemented etc.

Also, Vita has most of these features and is as fast as Switch

I really hate how Nintendo handles the OS. The old 3DS has about 100 more features like note-taking, browser, netflix, folders, sorting, themes, custom sounds, miiverse, streetpass etc

Switch is barebones... really barebones. Nintendo is making billions with the Switch... time to invest some of this money in adding features and making the experience more rich.

It feels often lower than 30fps because of the sudden switch between 60fps and the drop...

Game is awesome, but these framedrops are just not Nintendo-like and honestly quite shockingly bad.

Knowing Switch Lite screen isn’t much bigger, it just not seem to be a big upgrade for handheld-players...

@DeltaPeng consumers don’t want to pay 80 bucks for a game. If the whole game is on cartridge the publisher needs to upgrade the cart, which is expensive.

Nintendo should jump in and sell those cartridges at waaay lower prices to prevent this kind of decisions.
