I feel the same! All digital is too much for me, can't beat a disc in a shiny case

probably better value swapping to points to use for some Wiiware / Dsi games. Could get about three 1000 point games for the 12000 stars I have. Must be some classics on there somewhere............

I have a 3DS XL, but if I was in NA I would seriously consider getting the 3DS. I am in the UK and think it will be the New 3DS model I will get. So I don't get why you poor guys in America are left with only one option

@Mk_II I kind of gave up after so long waiting. I am disappointed, it was actually one of the reasons I got a Wii U too - thinking it would be just something else you could use the console for. When they said last year, oh its definitely coming soon - and then this. Crazy

I am enjoying my 3DS XL still, but will get one eventually. Didn't know you can watch Youtube 3D videos, another reason to get one. No doubt when Nintendo bring out one of those promos to buy a New 3DS and get a free game, that will clinch it haha

RE4 - probably the best game I have played, and more than once. Enough said.

I have the original, a keeper for me. The new features don't interest me, I got on okay with the controls. Strange they didn't add more levels and other stuff. Pass

@VeeFlamesNL Haha. I think yours must be fine compared to mine, since I found out it affected battery life I was flicking it loads too.

I would like a New 3DS, but might wait until they do those promotions they have done quite a lot - free game or something when you buy one at the right time. Hope you track that faceplate down, I think its a cool feature

@VeeFlamesNL Yeah I have a 3DS XL and have used the switch lots and lots, had since new. I am thinking one day it is just going to stop working altogether :-/. It feels the same as always, it must be sticking somewhere inside somehow as its been used so much. Also, Red 3DS looks great I agree, I like the look of my dark red DSi XL too

The wifi-switch is a great idea. My switch is nearly broke, takes a few goes before it goes on and off, so it must be a weakness they spotted and opted for this.

I really want to know if the speakers are better / louder than normal 3DS XL, that would be great (like normal 3DS level)

well and truly stoked for this! Awakening is one of my fave 3DS games! Probably my favourite series of games ever - period! I agree, a Wii U FE would be unbelievable and another insta-buy!

@ULTRA-64 Good tip. I used to do that until someone said it was bad. But I think it is the saves thing? So will move them to flash. Will be able to get Tekken after all - nice ha.

maybe I am weird, but I just want a phone to make calls, texts, browse emails sometimes (not often). Maybe use the calendar. Then I have a 3DS / DS for games and stuff - I carry both around with me. Why the obsession with mobile phones for games? I tried it, hated it, really hated the battery drain when I needed to use it for calls. Its a load of poope - maybe if you are the type who just wants to play Candy Crush while waiting for a bus for about 5 minutes it might be good for that.

I have my DS with Supercard. I only play games that I have bought, I know I can get a ton of illegal roms somewhere. I think getting free roms takes the value out of the game, I am sure I am not the only gamer with strange respect like that. I put a bunch of homebrew on there, but I hardly use them to be honest. I dunno, I enjoy my 3DS enough to not want Homebrew. Though in Europe, would be nice to have Netflix app like US users do, and an ereader thing might be handy.

I would want the disc version with both games - but got to many games right now. So it looks like this is a limited run of the double pack? Really crazy, I bet a lot of people are like me and probably would get this for xmas
