The loading times don't bother me, never have really - maybe I am too patient ha. Only thing I wanna know is :-

is the speakers slightly better on New 3DS XL ?

Someone on hear said the yellow tint isn't that bad, so hoping thats right. I think I am likely to upgrade, and I never do that normally!

TVii Europe? Another executive promised it would be here this year, which is nearly over. As half assed as it may be, could really do with another option instead of my slowly dying PS3 for media stuff

@Nintendian I never noticed the tint on 3DS XL, compared to the 3DS I had first. Maybe its not so bad. The sound though, did drop. Hope the new versions improve on the sound at least

I dunno, the reported yellow tint on new 3DS is bugging me - unless it is not true?

Thanks @Damo . The only thing I noticed between normal 3DS and 3DS XL is the sound is slightly louder with smaller 3DS. Shame the sound couldn't be boosted a little on the new models . Would be sweet if it was slightly better.

I like my 3DS XL, never found the bigger screens any bother, and I traded it from a normal 3DS. The anti glare screen (though not loads better) got me really. I think I would upgrade to New 3DS for sure

What happened to the comment by Nintendo 'TVii will be out very soon in 2014 in Europe'? I give up too lol (yes it might not be great, but it would be nice to have as my PS3 keeps messing up while streaming on there)

its a great shame. I had the one on the Wii, although I think a Wii U version with gamepad would be better suited. Maybe the Wii Fatal Frame didn't sell enough copies outside of Japan?

Why do so many Wii U games exclude Wii Remote controls? I think this would suit. Call Of Duty on Wii U is better for having zapper style controls. Shame

This was my most played Nintendo 64 game I have to admit. Good memories of a great game. Remake is a nice idea, not sure if it would work though.......

Nice update! Things seems slightly quicker to load and close down back to menu too

one of the reasons I bought it too. Using less energy is good, who cares about polygon count.

Haha. It must be so hard for any company like Nintendo. They have to please people in order to get ahead. I think people are getting harder to please, they move on to things and seem to want more and more each time. And tough economy doesn't help things much......

Err Nintendo if you are reading..........please add TVii for Europe! Long overdue, but I am enjoying the games on Wii U, don't get me wrong

was unsure whether to get Wii U or not. Wasn't initially too into the gamepad. But after just a short time, I would miss it for sure. Off TV play, gameplay elements - I like to use maps and other features on gamepad. I am happy, each to their own as you can't please all though! Would like to see gyroscope feature used more - maybe Mario Kart or something?

Yeah this must affect playing online Wii games on Wii U? Would be cool if it was possible to play them on there, but maybe only makes sense for call of duty games and goldeneye. Theres still a lot of player on the COD games I find. I have the Ghost and Black Ops 2 for Wii U also, but I like to mix it up a bit.

I am into games and stuff, but this looks real cool. If there were more apps of this quality, I would welcome it. I even still use Dsiware diary and notebook, calculator too. All useful

yeah I love Nintendo, I sincerely wish they can turn things around. Seems I am in a minority, wanting gameplay as opposed to amazing graphics. Sad in a way

@taffy yeah so much for TVii coming out this year. I heard it is quite good, still needs some more features, but I would like the option to use it. My PS3 PlayTV freezes sometimes, I would like to think TVii might be a bit more stable

Yeah so out of all my consoles and PCs, I spend most of my gaming time on 3DS and Wii / Wii U hardware. Some of us play games for gameplay, not for admiring graphics. What is this guy smoking anyway? 3DS sales are smoking hot right now

Already crashed on me after a minute lol. For music videos which I mainly watch, it is passable apart from the sound not so much (if on high). The HQ link is bad - I am sure the 3DS can do better at video dispay than this, as the search is quite snappy really.

I said I wouldn't get a Wii U.............now I got one, I am converted! Keep the games coming along and job done I say!

its a good idea to get new users on board. I have had 3DS since launch, had ambassador games and the free game promotion so far, so I am happy. Not sure why some feel they should get it too, its a promotion people!
I would say though, it might be nice for us in Europe to get the same setup as America - I have loads of club stars, but would rather save them for a downloadable DS game than a keyring or something lol

so I am a little curious. Those on this thread that have a smooth running version, are they all using the download version? Wasn't the drive supposed to be faster than PS3 though?

1 million PS4s sold already in just USA? I am biased and would like Nintendo to do really well with the Wii U. Never thought I would get one, but I'm really loving it. And it uses more than 4 times less power - good for the planet! Seems the majority want amazing graphics still. Maybe if Ninty bring out some more games that innovate with the gamepad, and generally top gameplay, it could change a few minds.
