I don't know if this guy sent any images or video to Nintendo along with his request but if he did I'm sure that's what threw them off. No offence but I could make a better looking 2d game and I'm not even that good. Needs it's own art style. The gameplay might be top notch but unfortunately ye world works based on first impressions
This sounds good. I'm getting rid of a load of my old physical spiderman comics via eBay, most from 2004 some from 1970's. Its a shame I can't list them here as I'm selling a box of 62 comics for £49.
absolutely buzzing for this. havent played a decent olympic game for a while. mario and sonic at the olympics 1 was good but too exagurated for it to be taken seriously (it was a great game tho)
@Jeronan yes but its free on every other device. it even says the "free to play" game in the games description then slaps a £26.99 price on it........ shame on you guys.
@techdude moon cresta... great shout out, my stepdad used to have that game in his livingroom in the form of a glass tabletop cabinet in the 90s. i would pick that up on switch in a heartbeat.
Absolutely awesome i will be watching this later, ive always wondered what happened to this game as i believe it was by the same team that made the conduit, but i may be mistaken. last i remember it become a top down shooter style game?? i remember this game and the game SADNESS been shown for the wii. both of which were never released.
Damn time to call time on my created toki game then..........
on a plus note i loved the original toki and i will 100% be getting this will this be the arcade version or TOKI : going ape spit from the megadrive? thats the version i used to play.
i believe itis traditional 8 ball rules here that apply. pot all the spots or stripes and then the black. not the rules wherte you pot the balls in number order then the black. its very similar to the red and yellow pool rules of the uk.
no "story mode" just practice, beginner, hard, expert, hardcore these are all single games and theres the multiplayer etc. i dont mind pool games and the gameplay seems ok. although with the pro controller the analogue input is a little too sharp and the aim keeps going either side of the cue ball instead of the centre where i want it (if you understand that) this can probably be adjusted in the options and i will look into that..........................
can i ask nintendo life to please replace that trailer with th eswitch trailer as the reason i bought this game was for the online play i saw in that trailer. dang i should have bought floor kids haha.
I have just bought this and can confirm there is NO online play. only local multiplayer which is a real shame. hopefully we see an update but i doubt it.
@shani i didnt see it at e3 and i sold my switch and bought a new one so maybe it was shown in a direct suring the time i didnt have my switch, but yeah this is honestly the first i have seen of it.
good tips, ive played over 1100 hours on rocket league in total and still suck (plat 1 is my highest rank) it really is a great game and you wont get good until about 300 hours in. so prepare to invest some time guys
@Aurumonado it doesnt affect it at all. this was my first thought as ive bought this game on xbox and pc already, after buying it on switch i instantly noticed howmuch it felt the same.
its the small buttons and the low resolution that affects gameplay more than it should. great game on all platforms and runs greatly on the switch i just struggle playing in handheld mode due to the small screen size and low resolution. not tried it docked though.
ive just had to buy this digital as im going on holiday today to the only place in england without a game shop. i hate going digital and always prefer retail as i cant justify paying the same price and getting no cart, no box, no artwork. but sometimes you have to do what you have to do
I thought frostbite didn't run on the switch? Battlefront is frostbite isn't it? And it looks amazing too. They couldn't even get FIFA to run on switch as it is frostbite and would need a sizeable downscale.
I dread to think what battlefront would need doing to it to get it to run, plus I've played the beta and didn't enjoy it at all so no thank you EA.
Its been a fantastic year and long may it continue.
I remember the rumors well and was deeply caught up in it. I even created a mockup of how I thought the switch may look, crazy how close I was to be honest.
And come in Nintendo I'm still waiting for this aspect of my design
@Mii_duck 1987 you say? That's exactly my year haha, 30 here with a gaming history spanning from the Atari 2600 right up to the switch, owned every console out since 1988 except for the virtual boy and Sega Saturn.
Thimbleweed park really peaked my interest, I know its nothing like it but i was hooked on a PC game called full throttle back in the day.
Steam world dig 2 looks great and I really enjoyed the first one (although the 2nd is premade kevels as apposed to randomly generated like in the original) if I'm correct? as for sonic mania, well that's just sonic of which I really like. I fear I may gave to buy all 3 along with odyssey, doom, skyrim and LA noire. This year is killing me as a gamer.
can anyone help me. im thinking of selling 3 main retail switch games in order to get some cash for mario odyssey and a few indie titles. im wanting to spend around £30-40 on indie titles
im torn between
thimblewood park steamworld dig 2 sonic mania
i want 2 of them 3, has anyone played these and what do you think. also if theres any other great indie games just let me know, i already have fast racing and snipperclips
Never a truer word spoken. i just prefer pes all round and always will.
the switch version is fantastic, just had my first game docked. ran great although the graphics do become slightly noticably worse (due to scaling) its still not bad at all and so far a great game.
Im a pes player and have always preferred it over fifa. im buying pes this year also on my pc but ive bought fifa for the switch (on the go had me sold) and so far the game is holding up incredibly well.
a great experience so far and i hope the sales match the quality of the game.
I bought this game today and im enjoying it so far.........
@scully1888 Chris i cant believe you are working at nintendo life. i havent seen any other reviews here by you i just checked this review and couldnt believe its done by you................... @Ralek85 and to be fair even pro evolution is the better game of football, if only EA didn't own a monopoly on the licensing rights.
