@carlos82 As I said before, experiences may vary, but the port is clearly unfinished and unpolished beyond imagination, it might be a review-bombing, but Rockstar needs to get the flak to wake up
@Klump_Soul The gameplay experience is different for different people, if you enjoyed your time, more power to you, but when the game has such bad framerate, with such a horribly soft resolution which is so buggy and broken, with some people even experiencing crashes (though that is less likely), it's just not playable and definitely deserves the score it got
@carlos82 You can't be serious, the game is lazy beyond imagination, it's honestly unplayable in the current state on Switch, and not at all ideal on other consoles too, it definitely deserves to have this score
@pitchblack It could be added, yes, but Nintendo has no need to do that yet, they feel comfortable developing games on it, and third parties have upped their game a bit as well, so you won't be seeing any internal upgrades until next year or even 2 years from now
@Jester151 Well PC's have much more in-built storage than the switch, and also, a lot of people, especially collectors like to own the games themselves and keep them forever, so yeah
Ah man, that blue border up top brought me back to the older days, when any Nintendo news was deemed exciting, when times were tough, but we pulled through nonetheless, look at our boy now
@Giancarlothomaz Nope, that is wrong, they just started the 9th generation earlier than the other companies, and that leaves Nintendo with a lot of room for flexibility, the console does not need to be too powerful to be accepted into the market, and then they can later make more powerful models, or you could count this as a generation of it's own, the Switch generation, where Nintendo pressed the reset button and turned a new leaf to get back on track as a reputable console manufacturer
Imagine that game actually coming to fruition, unfortunately we have to make do with bad Sonic game after bad Sonic game, hopefully we'll get a good 3D Sonic game for a change sometime
@Razer Welp, it seems trying to be polite hurts people nowadays, great, I was just saying as many people seem to be interested in wanting to know the story, but thanks for your pointless input.
@Razer Well in that case, it's fine, you don't HAVE to love every single game made, people have their preferences, and musou games aren't for everyone anyways, if you wanna know the story, it's best to watch gameplay videos if that's what you're into
@Razer Wait, did it flop with the demo? Sure, it has performance issues, and is not using native resolution, that really does not mean the game in itself isn't good, the gameplay was just as fun as all musou games have been, and the story seems to be pretty interesting, and I bet it'll be leagues ahead of Breath of the Wild on that regard, and the shortcomings really aren't stopping the fanfare and hype around the game
@BrintaPap True-er than most public figures in the gaming industry, and hey, you can never expect 100% transparency and truthfulness from a company President
@Darkyoshi98 Not.... really, yes, this is a demo, but it is just 20 days off from release, and I don't think they will magically change the resolution scaling of this game, it's a lot of load on the engine, with this game, and is understandable that problems as such persist, I expect frame-rate improvement though
@horizoniki This isn't a spin-off though, I this technically does fall under canon, since it is telling the story of a 100 years prior to Breath of the Wild, the first Hyrule Warriors was definitely a spin-off though, and a great one at that, though that was more about the gameplay and "coolness factor" as Arlo puts it, and not as much about the story
@horizoniki Warriors games really aren't for everyone, and it really isn't worth it if you don't like them, it's best to watch gameplay videos if you really want to know the story, for me though, it's gonna be a day-1 purchase
@Snatcher There is a lot to note with this, of course Breath of the Wild looks better, first off, this is developed by Koei Tecmo, the fact that the game looks this faithful to the visual style of the first game is a really big feat, other than that, the game is not being made with the engine of Breath of the Wild, rather using the same engine used in the first Hyrule Warriors game. On top of that, have you seen all the action going on in the screen? It's absolutely crazy how many enemies there are, stuff happening all over. Honestly, the game looks great, considering what it is, and looks objectively better than the first Hyrule Warriors game, especially with the visual style.
Ah, yes, the Reggie days were the best, remember his first entry, guys? In E3, nobody had a clue of who he was, look at him now. Brilliant public speaker, very kind, very passionate and true. A great leader, a friend of ours, who will always live on as the face of Nintendo.
@Laraishond It is because Galaxy tries to have a more cinematic and kinda realistic feel, though not better than Odyssey in my opinion, yes, it does look very good even today.
@jump I really hope that happens, but it'll never work out, salty gamers and idiots would start complaining about how to "correctly" play the game and some might verbally harass her, just like they did with Skyrim Grandma Shirley Curry
@companyoflosers It's coming out next year, in an unspecified date, possibly mid 2021, by then, it should be out of early access, and, I mean, they let Fortnite in, which is an early access game, so yeah
@elpardo1984 This is more like doing them a service, if this came after a full fledged direct, no one, and I mean no one would've cared about anything shown here, because why bother talking about Indies while leaving out the big stuff? This is just you being salty because Nintendo didn't show off Breath of the Wild 2 news, boohoo
