@Jazzer94 Rayman Legends has sold about 300k on Wii U. It's okay considering the install base.

I don't know how it will play but the visuals look amazing.

Cool game, a bit like a darker Zelda. Did have some AWFUL screen tearing though. It was like playing split screen all the time.
Edit: I was annoyed because it didn't have map on the gamepad but apparently it did. I guess I messed up somehow :/

The amount of hours I put into Tony Hawk 2 was crazy. But scooters?! I dunno... But Renegade Kid, woohoo! We'll see.

I've completely missed this game. Wind waker almost completed so downloading this next week maybe. I really want to support Platinum games and buy w101 as well, I just need more money, darn it.

@PrincessEevee9 I sure hope so but that would require some serious install base growth. To me it seems the 3DS version will be a bigger hit worldwide. This is just my own speculation after observing the Wii U situation from the start. I love my Wii U though, it's already my favorite console of all time and the Wii U version of this game probably will be the better one Not sure if it will sell enough consoles though when so many people already have the platform to play this game. Which is 3DS. 43 million of them.

Man, the 3DS version will sell a significant amount of copies. I'm still not hyped because I have never ever played or even tried any Smash Bros. game. Seriously, what's up with that?

@kevfrei Slide pad for movement and aiming with stylus. Circle pad pro support also, I think.

I would love to go digital but financially it doesn't make sense at all. The prices in the euro eShop are RIDICULOUS. You can get a retail copy of Arkham City for 10-15 euros, in eShop it's 60 euros. For the price of Wind Waker HD I got a retail copy with the Ganon statue. As long as physical is cheaper I will stay with my discs.

This Mutant Mudds/Treasurenauts thing should be a complete franchise. T-shirts, plushies and stuff. I mean, the visual style is just what you need: simplistic, wacky and quite adorable. Go Renegade Kid!

Nintendo Direct AKA slightly newish info about same old games. Yeah, will check it out anyways but not holding my breath. I want to be wrong but I just don't think they have anything special in their back pockets. Now or in the near future. I'm slowly getting more and more pessimistic, I see.

@WYLD-WOO I think the aiming/crosshair difficulties have also been a factor. If you have the crosshair on level with the screen, you can't really aim because if you look at the crosshair you will see the enemy doubled and vice versa. I guess the only solution is to position the crosshair farther (like Renegade Kid did according to the 3D screenshots) but it will probably still cause some trouble. Still looking forward to this big time. Cult County too.

Yes! If this is as good as it seems it will be day one for me too. I remember some news about gamepad functions being quite basic though. Or maybe I remember wrong. Dunno.

Never played this so definitely gonna get when this hits the euroshop. I get so much Turtles on NES vibe from the car and the dude.

Nice things again. As a citizen of Finland I can just watch you guys ordering this stuff. On Wii I was at least able to gather stars and use them to "buy" WiiWare and Virtual console games. Now I can't even do that.

Or does someone have any ideas? I do have stars on the UK Club Nintendo, I just can't use them.

@rjejr Yes. I really can't understand why they don't come up with more demos. I would think it has a reasonably big impact. Although some demos can put you off like W101 did. I'm sure it's a great game but the demo was not that great. But all in all: more demos please. I'll download every single one of them.

To be honest, I wouldn't have bought the U if it was just an HD console with a regular controller. I've also been completely happy with it. I think the best thing with the original DS' second screen was just the map/inventory thing and the same goes with the gamepad. I HATE "pausing" the game to check the map or inventory. It's so much easier to check the gamepad and/or moving items on the touchscreen. Also stuff like hacking in Deus Ex was awesome and of course ZombiU.

That's all I need and pretty much all I want. To me, there is no problem so I am not too interested in the solution. Maybe I'm just unusual but I definitely love the gamepad and seriously think it's the best thing to happen in gaming in a long time.

I don't really know why I sold my GBA. The display was horrible but I kinda miss it I also had the opportunity to play the games I missed on DS but sold that as well. Well, gotta get with the times I guess

@dsparil Oh god, Last Window was awesome. Maybe even better than Hotel Dusk: Room 215. Also 999 but I could just buy it for 3DS to play.

@gatorboi352 Off-topic but I must say Deus Ex: HR made awesome use of the gamepad. Hacking and reading e-mails on the gamepad while keeping eye of your surroundings on the big screen was so great. Solid game all in all.

It's been long since I played the original so will probably buy this. A sequel would be great though.

This is not about one man. Maybe the world around us has just changed and all people want is cinematic and forgettable nonsense. I hope not but sometimes it definitely seems like it. Sigh....

@AJWolfTill Yes! Project Zero 2 was awesome. Actually both PZ2 and SH: Shattered Memories are some of the best horror games I've ever played. Absolutely loved both experiences.
Edit. And I mean the Wii edition of PZ2.

I loved Dementium 1, 2 and Moon so anything related would be great. Has anyone else thought about the problematic crosshair on 3DS? It probably won't work since you see it doubled if you look at your enemy and vice versa. Maybe laser sight or something would work or just melee weapons like in those Cult County screenshots.

"Missile toss"... doesn't get more bada*s than that! I used to play lots of Track & Field so I kinda have a thing for these kind of games. Although I would worry about the well-being of my controllers The old NES gamepads got so scratched

Blacklist is totally worth it, I already got it though. Black Flag is tempting as well as Rayman and maybe Duck Tales. Unfortunate that the sale is so short. I'm going abroad and don't really have the money now :/

@Jollykarp I hear you mate. I'm almost paranoid about these things. If I scratched my 3DS or the screen on my gamepad I'd probably abandon gaming as a whole

@goonow He will never be able to pay it back. With a sum like that the interest alone is more than a normal person can pay. Probably his finances will keep him poor the rest of his life so one statue is pretty cold actually.

Like @aaronsullivan said, holiday 2015 is the most realistic release date for the new Zelda. Smash bros will also probably get a delay or two since the development time is already over 9000. It's pretty obvious that Ninty exclusives won't keep me busy enough and third party support is what it is. So I will probably need to purchase my first Sony console ever.

I'm horror all the way, so Master Reboot is a must-buy. I tend to like that kind of games even if they're flawed techically. It's good to be a gamer with all these awesome games

@Unit_DTH Conduit 3 would rock. Also Ubisoft should make Red Steel 3, although at this point it wouldn't make commercial sense at all. RS2 was awesome.

I could see sales of 250k a week which means over a million a month. Keep that for a couple of months and we have a reasonable install base which means even more games and sold consoles. That is actually possible IMO.

Looks great! Speaking of titles, my favorite is an 8-bit hidden gem "Kabuki Quantum Fighter". The concept made really little sense.

I'm really close to the end of Deus Ex and Darksiders 2 will be next. Also ordered Splinter Cell. All of them on Wii U obviously. At least I'm not the one to blame for the lack of third party support

I'd love my Wii U to be my media center but my tablet is just too convenient, leaving the U obsolete for anything else than playing games. Which is the main and only reason I bought it so I'm not complaining But still...

A hundred consoles may seem like a lot but it's nothing for a corporation like Ninty. Also this kind of stuff makes people smile which always has an impact. A great move if you ask me.

If the U doesn't get enough games in the long run I'll probably get PS4 sooner or later, probably later. If these skins try to approach me, I'll get a restraining order though The NES was never popular because of the looks.

I'm still to download the first one but it seems to look so beautiful on 3D that I wouldn't even consider the pc version. Good for pc gamers though!

You know what else would be nice? Some new games. Yeah, a weird idea but please consider, dear Nintendo.
