The people who “attack” the game are not the problem
There is a real problem with the whole industry with companies who are declaring that every criticism as attack and fill free to lie to and attack their fans and taking the quality of games down

@Darknyht it is beyond me the reason this game is so successful, I guess “benefit of the the doubt” “switch craze” and the “false marketing“ all played a role in this

This game will lead us to lazier game in the future.... it is sad what Pokémon become in recent years....

@Darknyht bro, idk if you played, but this game “open world” aspect is a dead world where Pokémon appears from thin air when you go close enough, you don’t see them in the distance
Same in cities, You might see hundreds of meters before you inside a city, but the NPC won’t appear until you are close enough
The whole world is freezing when you climb a leader....
And this is just the tip of the iceberg....

This thing sold like mad, as it seems it might be the best selling Pokémon game since gen 2, 100% the most profitable game in the series (maybe but gen 1, idk)

And yet, this is not a great game, nothing good compared to previous games, gen 6 and 7 weren’t great in terms of the series, but this was straight up insulting

I am allowed to criticize a product that didn’t deliver what was promised and expected

If you had a hard time to buy a console as a kid, you should understand the how important it is to get quality in return for your money

And if gamefreak want us to pay for an AAA game, they should give more content and better everything than the 40$ games, not a lazy game that was delivered to us fulled of promises that weren’t delivered at all

If they want to go pay extra for a dlc, they should give even more content

And god dammit, why do they sell us a 15$ a year 10MB cloud service????? This is unbelievable practice....

So now Refusing to pay 90$ (Before Pokémon home costs....) for buggy and incomplete game with less content than a 2007 game that cost 40$ with graphics that aren’t as good as a 1998 games with a world that only become alive once you are close enough.... even in cities.... is being over privileged? I played every Pokémon game, including this one (took my friend copy) and this is not one of the best.... especially in switch 2020 ow standard

Fire emblem
Star fox
And more....
This is enough widely recognized franchise to make a Nintendo multiverse of movies that can collaborate all to for a smash bros movie at some point (just throwing ideas now but still)

Some of them might not be as big as some Disney franchises, but they are big enough and with parks and movies will become much more recognized really fast....

But it is up there, and Nintendo lately started investing a lot in growing, both with games and making movies parks, stores and more....

@LUIGITORNADO I have been to a lot of Disney parks, and I don’t mean scared as in actual panic mode

But Nintendo is the one of the very few brands that can actually rival Disney in term of recognition, and Disney parks are on the decline as even the new Star Wars park did way under the expectation of Disney and the other parks that slowly losing momentum

Having someone like Nintendo to compete with them all of a sudden in both the Parks and the Movie department is a threat that is starting to build itself and might hurt them in the future

Disney is scared of Nintendo at the moment:
Even in the US, kids recognize Mario before they recognize Micky Mouse
Nintendo theme park might hurt the Disney parks.... a lot....
Nintendo started making live action movies out of there IPs (Pokémon detective pikachu, Mario 2021 and more in the future) to appeal to both kids and adults
Opening stores all over in order to strengthen their brand

Disney probably have no intention making to help Nintendo become bigger faster, and allowing Sora in Smash will give Nintendo attention from more people....

They should keep a small team to keep improving the game while the team that build it should move to new project
