Re: Review: Pokémon Sun and Moon (3DS)

Can't wait, can't wait, can't wait! The other reviews I have read are all giving it 9's. So far, this has been the most in depth review I have read. I have Moon preordered and am dying to pick it up. I am still playing the demo too, lol.

Re: Feature: Our Spooky Halloween Gaming Plans

I have been waiting forever for a physical copy of Fatal Frame MoBW. I had such high hopes. Now, I'm just going to purchase it from the eshop.

For Halloween, I started Luigi's Mansion. May start ZombiU later tonight. I'm a little too old now to go trick or treating, so I'll just play games and hand out candy (if there's any left, lol).

Re: Editorial: Rediscovering the Gems of the Wii U Library

The Wii U has been a magical system for me. My favorites include Tokyo Mirage Sessions, Mario Kart 8, 3DWorld. Also, revisiting great Wii games (SMG, Paper Mario). Amiibo interaction has been fun too, along with Miiverse communities. I have put many hours into the console, more so than PS3/4. I intend on getting a few more years out of my Wii U. Love that little thing, lol.

Re: Pokémon Sun and Moon Themed Solgaleo Lunala New Nintendo 3DS XL Model Confirmed for North America

I really want this. I don't have a 3ds, but I'm really tempted to purchase one. I know it's at the end of its life, but I would still find a lot of enjoyment in it for a few years. Right now, it's a toss up between this and the Mario 3D Land one. The 3D Land appears to be the better deal, but I love the look of this one. Too bad the Pokemon game isn't included.

Re: Editorial: An Ode To The Wii U GamePad, Nintendo's Mad But Brilliant Controller

Like what so many others have said, off-tv play is its greatest asset, imo. My only complaint is needing the gamepad to access settings. Sometimes I consider boxing my gamepad up for protection out of fear of it getting damaged and trying to find another one. Maybe I'm just being paranoid, idk. The battery life is terrible too, but that is to be expected with the screen.

Re: Review: Tokyo Mirage Sessions #FE (Wii U)

Tabi_zmttns

I was really excited for this game when it was shown at 2015 E3. I love the art style/graphics and combat. I play Persona 4 Golden and Dancing All Night on my vita, so this was going to be a day one buy for me. However, I'm going to pass. I don't mind the lack of English dub, but they may update later (hopefully). And I'm not real thrilled with the lack of off screen play. The censorship doesn't bother me, but it doesn't help either knowing they cut DLC. I also read that the game suffered from horrible load times, don't know for sure. I wanted to play this, but will wait to buy.

Re: Poll: What Did You Think of Nintendo's E3 2016?

Tabi_zmttns

I actually liked last years E3 better. It was more exciting for me and I loved those adorable puppets. This year I'm excited for Zelda and it renewed my interest in Tokyo Mirage Sessions. I'm a little disappointed in Paper Mario Color Splash. While it looks beautiful, it just doesn't really look fun. I have been very excited for this game for months, now I'm having second thoughts. And I wish they would of announced a few surprise games for the Wii U. I also thought Pokemon Sun/Moon presentation went on forever.

Re: Video: Poor Old Sonic Can't Even Win in the Rio Olympics

Tabi_zmttns

I'm considering this. I was considering Mario/Sonic Sochi Winter Olympics, but read that is was somewhat of a barebones title. There are a few Wii U titles that seem incomplete or lacking gameplay modes/options that were included in the previous games. Hopefully, this game will include more than Sochi or Mario Tennis.

Re: Video: Learn More About Super Mario Galaxy 1 & 2

Tabi_zmttns

OMG! Super Mario Galaxy is my absolute favorite game! I bought it when I had a Wii and now play it on my Wii U. The use of motion controls work perfectly with this game. I was really hoping a third game would be released on the Wii U. Maybe, on the NX?

Re: Wii U "Disappointing To Everybody" But We're Excited About Nintendo NX, Says GameStop CEO

Tabi_zmttns

I'm not disappointed in the Wii U at all. In fact, I enjoy it more than my PS4. I was disappointed in a few of the titles that seemed lazy and/or rushed. Mario Tennis, Mario Party, Mario/Sonic Sochi. Bare bones games with minimal content. But like I said, I love my Wii U. Kinda wished its final year was stronger. Who knows, maybe they will announce a few more games at E3 as the Wii U sunsets.

Re: Review: Pinball Arcade (Wii U eShop)

Tabi_zmttns

I have the Arabian Knights table/demo. I can sit and play that for hours. I was going to purchase a few more tables until I realized it can only be played with the Gamepad. The article mentioned the Pro package that granted additional options. I don't know if it would allow other controllers in the operators options? I would love to play pinball with the ProController and Wiimote.

Re: Mighty No. 9 Has Gone Gold for a June Release

Tabi_zmttns

About time! LOL. I was super excited for this game last year. Now, I'm super excited again after not caring at the latest delay. I hope that the single player portion of the game is awesome. Great gameplay, HD graphics, storyline. I don't really care about multiplayer, but I hope it's great for those people who play it.

Re: Nintendo NX Will Be Launched Globally in March 2017

Tabi_zmttns

I'm alright with this. I love my Wii U and I still have a large backlog of games to play, Wii games included. Not sure about the E3 decision to not to reveal the NX though. I'm hoping there will be more Wii U/3DS games for the remainder of the year. Really looking forward to some more info on Paper Mario ^_^ And I can wait until 2017 for the new Zelda game, still playing WW and TPHD.
