Personally liked the shrines though a few less test of strength shrines would be nice, would be interesting if the next zelda brought back dungeons and used them as narrative would be cool to enter a dungeon and after two hours you re emerge to find that your actions have fundamentally changed the world itself, that would keep exploring fresh.
This sounds more like retrospective of the game, definitely a warm up to the dlc drop but I see the game awards as the date announcement, a japan only item doesn't feel right for something so big.
The fact Amazon uk has skyrim sold out (my pre order still is yet to be given an estimated delivery) wont help sales, Don't know what their stock issue is as doom had the same problem.
I need project zero on switch that franchise has such a air of dread and menace I wet myself with fear at the thought of it jump scare never really get me except those dog and the windows that one time, but still am intrigued enough to get this even with a four.
The doom download is optional not necessary to play the game out of the box, la noir is an old game, yes this is an updated port but the amount of work required would be much less than a full game so arguably should be ready at purchase. I buy physical to play games not to have some useless display case with a plastic cartride the serves no purpose once the patch is no longer available, I can blame publisher for being cheap I pre ordered the game ar 45 quid and would have paid it. Games should be finished before release I didn't need a day one patch to play mario so why should I part money for half a product, you dont buy a film with only 80 percent present then download the end in a update at a later date why should games be treated any less. Also as a consumer I must decide where my money goes I'd rather buy two games immediately rather than 1 and expanded memory just to play that.
Was looking forward to this until i saw the 14gb caveat so that was one pre order cancelled which is a major bummer as i wanted a physical copy, but on the plus side can now get bethesdas offerings instead.
Comparing 2D and 3D is tricky both have a different experience to offer. As for whether it is the greatest Mario to me that will be a no, with only two moons left (damn you jump rope and bounce bowl) There really isn't anything left to discover whereas with SMW on snes after firing it up after fifteen years I was still find secret levels I had never discovered on countless other playthroughs. Had Odyssey that I want to play that level again just to see what else I can discover factor it would have been hands down for me the greatest.
The mario twins?A tale of how two brothers from the east end of new donk city rise through the ranks of the local gangs, eventually toppling the top racketeer don' bowser and his hired goombas with their own brand of violent head stomping, or maybe grand theft Wario.
It's not a question of too many games but too little money that's the problem and unless I set up some kind of ponzy scheme, one that won't be going away anytime soon.
Agree wholeheartedly with this review, Haven't played the card game yet but the brave dungeon isn't that bad but no real challenge beyond the bosses but still fun, lets face it I'm watching rellik while playing it with no problems keeping track of the plot, also found buying it on the jap eshop cheaper than the uk with yen to spare from a 1000 card which is nice.
I remember getting the Nintendo sticker album in the ninties long before getting the NES itself and once completed the map for Zelda I would go over it saying I'd go here first then explore another part of the map, by the time I got the NES and zelda my own expectations of what I would do could never be met, but now with breath of the wild those imaginings I had all those years ago have been fulfilled and for me BOTW is the quintessential Zelda game albiet if only in the sense of the game as I always imagined should be.
Not that available in uk I drink it but most people turn their nose up at it, drinking something that smells and tastes of the pink goo your parents spread on any wound you got as a kid is kind of a shotgun to the kneecap for marketing.
Will get both day one without reviews just because stick it to the man was just so damn good, a port of that would be more than welcome when they have time I need that on the go.
Don't feel that I'm qualified to vote untill I've played them again or for the first time, never been a fan of this mario so that's overpriced for what it is, but now have real itch for a retro pinball game so do I buy this or fire up the old amstrad once more....Would kill for dizzy on switch.
As much as I love my vita it was only ever doomed to failure, Sony stopped supporting it about a day after release and unless Jrpgs are your thing you only have indies to play and indies don't sell consoles, the half baked AAA support was also idiocy. The comment has some fair points but I cannot help but feel he is missing the point of the switch in some way.
As much as I agree with the article and the fact not all triple A games would work on the switch, there a some glaring omissions of ports that should be on switch and Don't seem to be even planned as with the odd choices coming from Capcom, I applaud what they've announced but can see no logic in not releasing other games that are a no brainer for release on switch.
Final fantasy 9 would be prefered, my wallet is screaming spend me at my ps4 at the moment but I will prevail. A anthology of the snes ports would be nice though.
Haven't played much of the new game plus as yet but you basically get to replay all levels with more complex puzzles using all the mechanics unlocked during the initial playthrough.
Bit late on this review, got tired of waiting and bought weeks ago. Enjoyed the puzzles but they don't really ever present a challenge till the very last few worlds in the main story but then new game plus soon puts that right.
Looking forward to Doom and wolfenstein, will be great to play them on a console that doesn't turn into a huey every time i use it as anything more than a web browser rendering all dialogue superfluous.

Shenmue 1 and 2 would be nice what with the remaster rumours doing the rounds again and who doesn't want to cruise for sailors during a pub crawl.
