im in the single player vs multi camp as well, there is fun to be had in multi but i prefer single player as the main focus and mutli as a nice litte side addition
personally i probably wouldnt buy any faceplates, but they should have just found a way to have faceplates on the xl model and been done with it and phased out the smaller 3ds altogether.
oh, also forgot to mention on the fossil fighters frontier website they have printable AR cards which allow u to unlock some free dinos and a bone buggy. heres the link for those that havent seen it: http://fossilfightersfrontier.nintendo.com/ar-cards/
@DRL yea the dialogue is quite humorous and does make me chuckle and smile which i appreciate and enjoy in games but not often see. i too was a bit worried when i saw some of the really low scores it was getting but its a game anyone can pick up and play, doesnt matter if uve played any of the previous entries, and i quite like the addition of the bone buggies instead of walking around is a nice change. tho im am older game i find this quite charming, the exploring and battling is fun and i quite enjoy fossil digging part, some of which is a bit harder than before, some easier. im quite happy and am playing this more than steam which isnt something i expected.
