@Anti-Matter Star Wars was never my cup of tea either. However, the LEGO Star Games and the Genndy Tartakovsky Star War shorts got me into the franchise a bit. Also, Rogue One was pretty cool.
@Erigen I am not familiar with this game. I only know that this port was not the best. However, I am impressed by the developers trying again. As you said, usually developers call it a "loss" and leave. I am impressed by these guys.
@KayFiOS There we go!! I love the optimisim. I am hoping for a Metal Gear Collection, Batman Animated Series, Tiny Tunes, Animaniacs, Sparkster collection as well. Who knows? They might deliver.
This collection is equal to or above other great collections with multiple content. (Sonic Mega Collection Plus, Mega Man Collection, Castelvania Collection, etc).
@russell-marlow The details make them good (even if they are blocky). Also, being able to move around a huge city is awesome. LEGO games are becoming more on point with the source material than most other games.
However, the double edge sword is that most of the LEGO games start feeling similar.
@blindsquarel Definitely the best due to details (as with almost all LEGO comic games). However, Batman Vengeance and the Arkham games are excellent as well.
@Joeynator3000 I feel that Chrono Trigger is the big one that will definitely come out. I mean, it seems to be suspiciously out of mention from square for a few years now.
@Snatcher Raditz would have been good to round things off. I wonder how they make this game different if they are going for a sequel. I mean, the DLC themselves were pretty much what a sequel would have done (like the Street Fighter II games, those were all technically DLC for the original Street Fighter II).
@mowerdude That's how I feel on the Nintendo online overall. I'd rather own Super Mario World again and be portable on the Switch rather than rent it for a year. Especially if I am going to unlock all the levels.
@Gamer83 Yeah, Knight felt like an incredible story but game wise it was not all that great. City and Origins had a nice balance of story and gameplay overall. Arkham Asylum started it all and is always appreciated.
@IronMan30 I will say even better. They got the characters down and the lore seems to be good (Eggman tricking Knuckles). Also, the humans are likeable.
All Nintendo needs to do is to keep this model but better more advanced hardware for the future. Also, bring back the Virtual Console. People do not mind buying the software again.
This is a bit difficult to choose. I like how companies are not tied to bigger ones so that they can make different games for different consoles. However, I do like the idea of Mega Man, Castlevania, Sonic, and even Final Fantasy to be tied to Nintendo due to the long history. I don't know. But reading this article and comments really makes me appreciate how Smash Ultimate have brought so many together.
You know. I am not too angry because we have Legacy. If this was the only way to play YuGiOh then I would be furious. This also confirms my stand on the Virtual Console. Bring it BACK! And don't make Kingdom Hearts I and II cloud only!!!
@nessisonett Sounds like me and other games. This is why I have a hard time of approving of online service games over just downloading them for keeps. I don't like the time limit set on me even if it is a year.
@InkIdols The only good I can see in this is that the YouTubers will raise a stink about this and we can kick out NFTs. People have tried explaning them to me and I just can't see the practical use of them.
@wolvesboy Agreed. In truth I have been happy with games since the PS2 and Gamecube era. I felt 3D really gained great footing in terms of visuals from that point (it was rough transitioning from SNES and Genesis to N64 and PS1).
@Harmonie I think just like Sonic, Pokemon has two styles that people would like it in. The first being the classic blocky style (I would rather if they stuck with sprites) and the 3D style.
@AzzyC The only saving grace for sending a grass type to be burned is the intelligence factor. Pokemon seem to have way more intelligence than our ordinary animals. That's why when you train them it feels like you are training an actual person that wants to compete and battle.
If Pokemon had equal or less intelligence than our regular pets then the whole vibe would definitely feel like animal cruelty.
I think this will be a good game. We have to be sensible. There is a reason why they chose the past with nature. They don't have to worry about programming busy cities and people. They are probably using a form of the BOTW engine. This game is the stepping stone to future open world Pokemon games that will come in two versions.
My main question. Will the trainer face consequences for getting damaged to make it challenging? Or will the trainer just need to catch their breath and then move on like nothing happened?
@MegaVel91 I am hoping for miracle here. I want it on the Switch but as a cartridge or downloadable. Please don't be like Kingdom Hearts or I am going to ugly cry.
@IronMan30 I knew it would do great based on the advertisement. It showed young adults enjoying a sleak system. Now for the real question. What's next? Personally I would like more of the same with more power.
@thinkhector I feel it needs one more monster since there are a majority of rangers. Cyclopsis, Sphinx, or Divatox! Maybe Rito or Thrax! There is even Ivan Ooze!
@iLikeUrAttitude The annoying voice is totally part of her character. Having Zed, Rita, and evil Tommy really makes this game feel whole. One more monster should help to round it out. Maybe a mini version of Cyclopsis or the Sphinx!
@nessisonett Yeah, but Ian Flynn is the writer. We are sure to be in for a good time. (Ian Flynn is the equivalent of having Tyson Hesse working on Sonic).
@coleman83 I thought it was okay. There were some issues with some motions that made it hard though ( making the flowers bloom). But Wii also does not have the awesome end credits from the PS2.
My problem is that you don't own the License to download those games. You are pretty much dependent on online to be working. I think this was a huge miss for Nintendo.
There are people that own these games 20 different ways and they would gladly buy again in order to have them on the Switch. Just make the online store again and put them there. In fact, keep the NSO and offer the store as well so people can try them out and if they like it then they can buy them.
@johnvboy I don't know. There is something cool about the open, stitched up world of the second one. But yes, the second open world is not as involved as the first one.
So I beat this game on the Wii U and the missions are as exciting as the Open World. The music is epic (especially anything that has to do with the X-Men or Magneto).
Tip: Make sure to collect the students on the final boss level or the game might crash due to the many objects on the game at once. Just collect those studs to reduce character count and avoid the game freezing.

@NintendoJunkie Ditto. I saw him as a respectable equal to Ryu, especially in that Street Fighter II Animated movie.
Re: Sam & Max: Beyond Time And Space Gets Demo And Physical Release
Huh? This offer now makes the TMNT collection seem outrageous in price value.

Re: Random: Pokémon Whips Were Once Considered, But Game Freak Thought It Was "Too Cruel"
@Bobb Yes. When I saw a character with a whip then it gave the air of intmidation and villainy (which Sabrina was in the Pokemon Adventure series).
But I am glad that was dropped. This could have been a present day issue if whips were still used today.
