Re: Poll: What's The Best Batman Game On Nintendo Systems?

@russell-marlow The details make them good (even if they are blocky). Also, being able to move around a huge city is awesome. LEGO games are becoming more on point with the source material than most other games.

However, the double edge sword is that most of the LEGO games start feeling similar.

@Snatcher Raditz would have been good to round things off. I wonder how they make this game different if they are going for a sequel. I mean, the DLC themselves were pretty much what a sequel would have done (like the Street Fighter II games, those were all technically DLC for the original Street Fighter II).

Re: Talking Point: Who Is Nintendo Going To Buy? Don't Be Shocked If The Answer Is "Nobody"

This is a bit difficult to choose. I like how companies are not tied to bigger ones so that they can make different games for different consoles. However, I do like the idea of Mega Man, Castlevania, Sonic, and even Final Fantasy to be tied to Nintendo due to the long history. I don't know. But reading this article and comments really makes me appreciate how Smash Ultimate have brought so many together.

Re: Random: Pokémon Whips Were Once Considered, But Game Freak Thought It Was "Too Cruel"

@AzzyC The only saving grace for sending a grass type to be burned is the intelligence factor. Pokemon seem to have way more intelligence than our ordinary animals. That's why when you train them it feels like you are training an actual person that wants to compete and battle.

If Pokemon had equal or less intelligence than our regular pets then the whole vibe would definitely feel like animal cruelty.

I think this will be a good game. We have to be sensible. There is a reason why they chose the past with nature. They don't have to worry about programming busy cities and people. They are probably using a form of the BOTW engine. This game is the stepping stone to future open world Pokemon games that will come in two versions.

My main question. Will the trainer face consequences for getting damaged to make it challenging? Or will the trainer just need to catch their breath and then move on like nothing happened?

Re: Random: Nintendo's Switch Online 'Expansion Pack' Trailer Is Now Its Most Disliked YouTube Video Ever

My problem is that you don't own the License to download those games. You are pretty much dependent on online to be working. I think this was a huge miss for Nintendo.

There are people that own these games 20 different ways and they would gladly buy again in order to have them on the Switch. Just make the online store again and put them there. In fact, keep the NSO and offer the store as well so people can try them out and if they like it then they can buy them.

Re: Review: LEGO Marvel Super Heroes - Still One Of The Best Lego Games

So I beat this game on the Wii U and the missions are as exciting as the Open World. The music is epic (especially anything that has to do with the X-Men or Magneto).

Tip: Make sure to collect the students on the final boss level or the game might crash due to the many objects on the game at once. Just collect those studs to reduce character count and avoid the game freezing.
