Already placed my pre-order for this. Though I feel what would make this great, is giving you the option to play with original soundtrack, just like collection of mana. Maybe it's just me, but vgm on the snes is legendary. Would I also be asking to much for the original game as freebie?

I remember not even paying attention to the assets being reused. I was more more or less thinking about the spaceworld 2000 demo that I never got to play at the time. Still loved Wind waker though

A motorbike in winter is a killer (though i plan on buying one in the summer) . I normally drive but I get the trains during the cold months as I'm driving from the south coast to London. Always an excuse to play that way

I would love a portable version of this. The switch is so well suited to diablo 3. The 2 hour morning commute with that would be awesome!!

You know they could be doing this over in Japan to generate funding for a switch version (built from the ground up) of world's or a new switch exclusive version of monster hunter. I know I'm looking at it almost fantisful like, but it could be just that. The install Base is always a factor and Japan will go crazy for this. I don't think Capcom would that stupid and not give there fan Base a true on the go MH in the west. Even if world's might be heavily watered down

Looks like RE4 just given the green light, because all know Nintendo fans love a remake. "Hey nintendo fans, here's a port of the ps3 version which now you can take on the go! Don't worry if you've completed it a hundred times because this time we included a few more cut scenes and.......some unlock able artwork from the Gamecube development" "all that for 69.99!"

@ChessboardMan it played fairly decent on my android, they had a demo where the first 6 levels where free and then £9.49 after that. Even if they didn't upgrade the visual aspect I still think it's pretty cool game

I downloaded this on my galaxy note 3 and it played very and the game was great to play even on a smartphone. So I can imagine the switch version will be much much better

The osk goldeneye 4 player matches, the perfect dark matches, smash bros, mk64, the f-zero X, the mighty Rare ware games,Resident evil 2 on one cart!! Turok trilogy!! DK64!! OoT, loz MM!! Hybrid heaven. Seriously what a console, what a library of games, what fantastic memories

Wow ten years after corruption and 14 years since fusion. Metroid is one of most neglected nintendo ip's, after f-zero. There is so much potential for the metroid universe my brain can't even fathom it lol

At least there taking a unique spin on it, it's like a semi console exclusive. There's features you'll only get on switch...sooooooooooooooo you know try to take a positive view

I'd throw some beans at it, just for nostalgia reasons. Especially if they go on the hybrid console route

I'm just happy Metroid games are in development. Be interesting to see what engine they use for MP4 and wether or not it follows from the ending of MP3. I can feel the metroid theorists awakening lol

My only thing with Nintendos' E3 was that I expected a 3rd party sizzle reel of games coming to the system, yes I include call of duty in that. It may just be my own perception of how Nintendo marketed the system. I would like to make it clear I've wanted this selfishly every E3 since the Gamecube days, so I totally accept that this is me and not Nintendos' fault because to fair they always deliver with first party content. After nearly 10 years of waiting for a true installment of the metroid series they have delivered and I am thankful for that. I just wish Nintendo would rule the roost like they did with snes, again that's fanciful thinking and I love Nintendo till the end

@Amsterdamsters dude as we all know being a fan of nintendo (not a fan boy zealot type) is to always be annoyed at Nintendo not because there stupid, but because we buy into there mantra and when they fill us with joy and promise of parity for multi-plats, they do sometimes tend to piss in our cornflakes. Not that it's anybodies fault for the lack of online at launch...and not really one to care about in all honesty. It's just annoying to some and I get it

I really don't like the look of all the games nintendo has lined up. All seems to be first party of indie titles. This looks awesome though and alot of fun. Get Darksiders 3 nintendo!! Either that or get gta v and sell it as a bundle at Xmas. Boom sales sales sales. I realise gta v is an old game but the replay value of it is just nigh on infinite. They should do a skyrim bundle and take the hit on the financial side

Well switch is getting sonic forces. So I don't see why it wouldn't get this, as long as it sells well

So Xmas I'm getting a switch and a snes classic mini. My fiancee is going to love getting me these considering she Hates games lol. Thank you Nintendo.......just produce enough to go around please and don't be a scrooge ha ha.....poor joke
