I have played it before but its still crazy that Konami hasn’t released Castlevania: Requiem on Switch, especially with Ricther being in Smash. I would love this collection on Switch!!!!

This is super disheartening to hear. I was really looking forward to Guilty Gear since i don’t usually import games. I feel like they shouldn’t have opened pre orders like that. They really should have been more strict and say “sorry for all the one who didn’t get one.” That way they could’ve released a product.

This is awesome and i have one pre ordered but yeah it could have included way more games. On the NES side they could have given us Super Mario Bros. 2 and Super Mario Bros. 3. On the Game & Watch side they could have given us Super Mario Bros. And Mario’s Cement Factory (due to the type of Game & Watch this is). Still really excited for it but yeah, could have been something extra special.

Yeah Death Mark and NG are solid choices! Also now that i see Sea Bed, it makes me want to go and buy the physical copy from Play Asia. 2046: Read Only Memories is also an excellent cyberpunk visual novel.

I’m actually really hyped for this!!! I just recently became a fan of this series and while V-2 Remastered is a bit rough on Switch (mind you its totally playable) the rest of the series including Zombie Army Trilogy is super clean on Switch!!!! I can’t wait for this!!!! Maybe we’ll get Zombie Army 4 as well in the future.....

If this is true, then all they would need to do is add Ninja Gaiden II and III the NES app and the whole series would be playable on Switch!!!! I hope this does get released however i’m a bit sad that its the Sigma versions since those have less blood and gore and less enemies on screen, but i’m just happy to see these!!!!

This and the Arcade version of Super Contra are part of the Contra Anniversary Collection, so i’ll be skipping this. I know that they’ve been doing this with some titles that were part of the SNK 40th Anniversary Collection as well, so i’ll just stick to getting the Arcade Archives that aren’t part of collections.

These are the only games that have a real chance of coming to Switch. Star Fox Zero and NES Remix 1&2 would be awesome but least likely tbh.

I can only hope that Sega is letting them use more of their older franchises. I would love to see them tackle Shinobi, Golden Axe, or even Fantasy Zone!!!

Picked up Final Fantasy VIII Remastered since its the only main line game i didn’t own on Switch.

Oh man! This is super cool! I’m really hoping we get this in the states! Its a very specific type of Namco collection and i’m super for it!!!!

This is really great news!!!!!! I’d love it if they could bring Blood: Fresh Supply to Switch as well. I’m always down for more Old School FPS’s (i know Bladerunner isn’t one but that game is a great adventure, point and click game).

This is sad to hear, i’ve liked all of dispatch’s releases so far. The Game Paradise is a game i really want in my switch library so i’m really hoping it sees the light of day.

@infernogott i was gonna say the same thing. I bought all of them back then because of high praise from everyone. I beat Gunbird, Gunbird 2 and Strikers 1945, and i just thought these were just physical collections of those same ports. I still want these copies for preservations sake but man, thats sad to hear about that input lag.

This is a great SNK game, but i own the 40th Anniversary Collection. Hamster is killing it with all these releases!!! I’m still hoping to see Super Punch-Out!!, Double Dragon (Neo Geo) and SVC Chaos: SNK Vs. Capcom. My dream game would be Nintendo’s Popeye, but that seems like an impossible task. I hope Hamster is able to make it happen.

I’m honestly shocked it took a survey for them to realize how much demand here is for Atlus games on the Switch! The Persona series would be amazing on this system!!!!

Well yes. I have all 3 and thats because theres going to be some games that i can’t play on my Switch like Resident Evil 2, Gears 5 and Death Stranding. But my Switch is my main console through and through!

I really hope its more YS news!!! Switch could use more of that series, not that YS VIII is bad. I love that game!!!!

Oh no!!!!! This is bad news!!!!! I really hope they can resolve this issue, because Devil Engine is one hell of a shooter. Was also really hoping for a physical copy.

I beat Super Lucky’s Tale on Xbox One and it was really fun! Seeing as this is being built from the ground up, i need to play this again!!!

@sixrings thank you!!!! I’m not the only one that wants this!!!! Ultra Street Fighter IV on the Switch would be amazing!!!!! It ran 60 fps on PS3 and 360 so it should have no issues on Switch!!!!

Oh my god!!!! This is a dream come true! I’m usually very picky and love to play on original hardware but i can’t deny, a console that can play all those carts is a instant sell for me!!!

Terry is an amazing choice for the game!!!! Im a huge Neo Geo and SNK fan and while i would’ve preferred Kyo Kusanagi, Terry is most certainly welcome and i’m going to make him my top main next to Yoshi!!!

I really want to add this to the collection. Horror games are so much fun. Hopefully it will get a physical copy in the future but i might just buy it today tbh.

Im still waiting to pick this up. Curse of the Moon was absolutely fantastic, so im hoping they can make this just as good.

This makes me sad to hear, Nicalis has so many awesome physical copies and published games. I only blame the head of Nicalis, as im sure not everyone there are terrible people. I hope they can eventually get back to 100% because their releases are awesome. Hopefully theres good news for Ludosity as well.

I’ll try it out tonight. It doesn’t look like the worst thing in the world as others are saying. It looks a bit generic in some parts but it looks like it could be fun.

Oh man!!!!! The screen looks so much nicer now!!! Thats was one of my biggest complaints!!!! So happy to see them gone!!!! This makes me want to play these games much more often now!!!!!!!

@Paraka Just wanted to clarify, Rock is Geese’s son. In an earlier post you said he was Terry’s brother. Andy is Terry’s brother and Terry adopts Rock as his son. I just wanted to fix that, not trying to be rude. I love that Terry is in Smash! The King of Fighters is my favorite fighting game series of all time!!! I was hoping it was going to be Kyo, but Terry is equally deserving of the spot. I bought a lot of Neo Geo titles on Switch (in particular i bought all the Fatal Furies, all the KOF’s and all the Samurai Shodowns) this is a fantastic inclusion and i wouldn’t have it any other way.

Im so down for a SNK rep! My theory is that its most likely Terry Bogard but i really want Kyo Kusanagi. Kyo could be the character, his stage could be Esaka, and the music choices would be from most King of Fighters games. The music tracks is what makes me believe Samurai Shodown isn’t going to be the rep. Sam Sho has a lot of atmospheric music.

@FLEEBS DOOM 64 is a brand new game. Its much more of a horror game than it is action. Still plays like classic DOOM, but the music is atmospheric and visuals are spooky. It also does a lot with lighting effects. The art for the enemies are also different. Very good game. One of the gems of the N64.

Everyone seems to forget that Double Dragon IV is on Switch and that game is really cool! It even has the screen tearing from the PS4 version fixed! But i would get Double Dragon Neon in a heart beat!

Im really excited for this but the big question revolves around Aladdin. The SNES version is completely different to the Genesis one. I hope a trailer launches soon cause this is confusing me.

Oh man! Wrath looks amazing! Can’t believe i’ve been sleeping on this game. Still hoping some other ones get on the Switch. I know Ion Fury is coming, and i’m very excited for that too, but theres so many classic fps games i’d still want to see on Switch.

@Mr_Muscle thats not always true however. Some indie companies put all their money into making the game. They don’t have the funds to make physical copies. If we don’t invest in the digital versions, then they will never get the funds to release and preserve their work.
