@imgrowinglegs No, not really, PC/Switch here. That just means you've been paying for Indies on PS that you could've had on Switch

Also: no HAMSTER ACA discounts in US/EU, so just in JP? Edit: never mind, I see they are up in EU so will probably also come to US. I'll probably get Alpha Mission II with that 40% discount

@Ernest_The_Crab Well, NoE isn't all that. Except UK we didn't have any physical Nintendo point rewards. Plus years of neglect regarding 1st party (physical or not at all) releases that came out in Japan and NoA but skipping NoE.

Besides, Switch is region free, so although you aren't used to it, with a bit of effort you can still make use of these sales

Re: Hardware Review: Satisfye Pro Gaming Grip for Nintendo Switch

I got the Cyber Gadget grip for Switch more then a year ago, and it's awesome (just like its 3DS brother before it). Slides in the dock with the Joy-con attachments still on just fine. It was $30 from Amazon Japan, so perhaps a bit pricey. Though not as pricey as this one it seems, with $17 extra shipping to EU.

Re: Review: Okami HD (Switch eShop)

I still have the PS3 HD version unplayed on (imported) physical disc and Move controllers ready to use. I've not yet read anywhere how the controls compare to the Switch edition, if anyone can shine some light on that I'd be very curious to find out

Weird they let the New 3DS die so soon while it's the best of the series. A friend wanted to buy one for his nephew, but only saw inferior 2DS's in shops. Time for a New New 3DS.

Re: Nintendo UK Is Asking For As Much As £180 To Repair Cracked Switch Consoles

Just to be clear, a certain percentage of LAUNCH models such as mine seem to have this problem. I just put a bit of tape on it for now, but I must say it is disappointing being an early adopter once again.

ALSO: I've taken great care of my unit, never fell down and used it about 70% docked. Twitter is full of it, don't attack the consumer who has done nothing wrong, thanks.

Re: Review: Mario Tennis Aces (Switch)

@holygeez03 As seen in this IGN (yeah, I know) video the 4-person local multiplayer is NOT splitscreen, or is the 'party mode' the cause of that?

It seems that 2-player is splitscreen (in the Nintendo Treehouse videos), so you could get more tactical in gameplay. And 4-player is considered a party-mode, since that is not splitscreen. Anyway, I'll pre-order it right now on the eShop because that's fine by me

@Dethmunk Have you played Ultra Smash? One court (there was only one), many character models/move sets and basic gameplay are the same. I have no problems with it, since it now has a lot more gameplay, environments and actual bosses.

Re: Feature: Hollow Knight On Switch "At The Finish Line" Says Developer Team Cherry

"Nintendo has a philosophy and we’ve spoken to them a lot. The one thing is that there’s never been any pressure regarding dates, there’s been nothing but support."

That's one way of putting it I think the momentum for most sales has passed on for now on Switch, people have been wanting this since Switch's release while the developers have been making promises after promises to their fanbase. But who knows, we might've a new Stardew sales-wise on our hands after all.
