I would kill for a Golden Axe Arcade port by HAMSTER.

As a European, I would like a US SNES for its curiosity. Now if only shops would allow for overseas shipping, just like people on the other side of the pond made it happen for you

Somehow I think this is the reason Nintendo is delaying Stardew Valley, since it covers the same niche. Still excited for it though

@GrailUK Yea, I meant after Art of Fighting. They will probably mention the new games around the release next Thursday or hopefully earlier since I'm really curious haha. Also, pretty sure HAMSTER do their own thing next to other arcade releases (NAMCO, Strikers, etc). But yea, Nintendo sure has the power to temporarily stop them in favor of their own arcade stuff, but I don't think they will.

Great, Paypal just took £20 instead of £15.

Steps I took:

1) Change locality to UK in Nintendo account
2) Save Paypal deal to Paypal so it shows up in my offers
3) Authorize Nintendo to use Paypal on eShop
4) Add £20 credit in eShop with linked Paypal account

Offer is still in my Paypal account, unused.

I guess you'd have to change Paypal residence as well? Why would it save the offer in my account anyhow?

So many announcements for 2018, it's like they just discovered the Switch and wanted to see if it was a success first.

Stardew Valley, Owlboy and Hollow Knight are all I want for now. Hopefully before Dec 2017.

@ACK where did you hear or experience that? Was thinking of getting the Hori Arcade stick to use on all the glorious Neo Geo games, but that's wired as well.

Whats the best (and cheapest) choice when importing one of these delicious baby's? To Europe that is, plus a preference for stores that don't mind custom pricing for customs (we pay like one third of total here over 21 euro).

Probably none, since most Japanese stores are very rule abiding when it comes to custom declarations. Or maybe I should use Amazon.co.jp + outsourced shipping.

@AlphaElite Color Splash is a great game, but you could only play it with the gamepad. Maybe that's why it has a smaller chance to be ported as well.

Also, I'm now tempted to add the American account I created for my Switch, to use on my Wii U. Just to get the free DLC worth about 7 euro's here. After some research, first party DLC from outer regions seem to usually work on other regions main game as long as I don't delete the account. NEVER MIND, Wii U is region locked of course...

@Joeynator3000 be glad, Europe didn't even get the free Pikmin 3 DLC. Or would you rather have the short movies (which probably are really cute and entertaining though).

Can you attach the original NES Mini controller to a Wiimote and thus play wirelessly AND the way it was intended?

Oh, I just found out you need one kit per controller, so buying it for 2 players brings it up to the price of the NES Mini itself (60 euro) + shipping. Just a bit too steep for me, but a very nice option never the less. I do wonder if there is any input lag though!

@Pokefanmum82 Just be glad there are still games coming out for it, my Wii U was buried rather quickly by Nintendo while at the time I thought it could easily last a few more years.

@BensonUii Nice, but no I'm not actually from the Vatican Actually I bought it digitally, since it is a pick-up and play title just like Puyo Tetris, in the US eShop with third party cards that came out to be about 54 euro.

@BionicDodo it might be a bit of a grey area, I'm not sure, but I succesfully bought eShop US cards from offgamers.com before that work out to be quite a lot cheaper in euro's.

@BensonUii I thought that was only a one-time thing that Yacht Club did with Shovel Knight on the Mexican eShop, which they had to change very shortly thereafter because of mass abuse by other regions. Is for instance, Mario Kart 8 Deluxe, cheaper there atm?

@BionicDodo Yes, and yes. Make an extra US account and set it to non-tax state such as Delaware (19707) in the eShop when asked. Do NOT change the region of your current account, as you will lose all currency that was previously on that account.

Is there going to be a Switch review?

Was wishing for a release early June or maybe even end of May, but I knew that was wishfull thinking July is fine.. but not sure if I'll be playing it that much during that summer period.

Wow, grabbing Conquest and Revelation for 13,99 a pop since I got Birthright retail. Sold my Fates LE (with the advantage of having all of them on one cartridge) for a good price, so the game now basically paid for itself

I'd rather wait for Stardew Valley Switch, hope that gets released very soon and not extremely late like it now seems to be (xmas).

@Einherjar Yeah that is true. Full DLC will be ready in winter, right when I will probably take the plunge to Switch (if employed). So I might not even have to purchase it yet for Wii U. Thanks for that insight

I really hope the Zelda Wii U DLC are multiplatform so I don't have to pay twice when I eventually Switch over.
