So uhm... let me get this straight. We're still missing Banjo Tooie, DK64, Diddy Kong Racing and Smash Bros from the official first party lineup.. and we're getting these two obscure, random games instead? Yikes, yeah I'll pass. Maybe I'll play them.. one day.. but most certaintly not until at least one or two of these four titles are added.
Yikes, kind of garbage then. Glad I just bought Trails into Reverie so i'm all set (Though to be fair, that one doesn't run too smooth either.. so far anyway)
Neither, the game is complete and utter disaster and easily the worst game Nintendo has ever put out. If it wasn't for Sonic Forces, PM Sticker Star would definitely be my most disliked game of all time. Horrible, horrible experience.
Yeah.. I think not. Clyde was right in this though, FPS is far more important than slightly sharper graphics. There IS a major difference if this remake really does run slower than its original..
Not for me, personally. With the current.. climate here in Europe it just feels wrong to play any Fallout game. Not to mention that I personally prefer Elder Scrolls (far) more.
Meh. Not a big fan of indies at all, so will most likely skip this one. I wonder when the actual next Nintendo direct is..? Aside from Paper Mario, Endless Ocean and maybe Fantasy Life 2 there's nothing much going on this year :/
@EarthboundBenjy Yeah, I got that feeling from the game as well. It's tedious as all hell to exit the stage and then having to rewatch all the unskippable (mini) cutscenes.. Hella annoying. Will be trading it in soon
@JohnnyMind Good lord, and here I thought juggeling between three games (Zelda, Sonic and Kirby) was impressive.. here you come with 13 haha. Impressive!
Sonic Frontiers and Zelda Tears of the Kingdom for me. It's still impressive to me just how much fun TOTK is. Fusing things together, exploring creepy caves, going for the shrines etc. Not sure why this game has got me hooked so much where BotW just.. couldn't.
The whole video game market is on the brink of a massive collapse.. if this keeps going the way it is, I don't think alot of publishers/developers are going to survive.
Not that I care though, the best gaming days are FAR behind us anyway - though I'm certain Nintendo will easily survive the storm that is to come
@Croctopus Actually, didn't they already do this with that DLC "A Rift in Time?" Plus, they first announced that the game would become free to play eventually.. but they went back from that decision too :/
I 100% agree with you; Nintendo is the only decent company left these days, but even they could fall victim to greed if they're not careful. Retro gaming is where it's at.
Animal Crossing New Horizons saved me from going completely insane back in 2020 during that stupid lockdown. Yes, the villagers' dialogue was kind of disapponting, but I really enjoyed designing my island and looking for new villagers on the islands! Can't wait to officially start my ''reboot'' of ACNH next month on my secondary Switch!
Some of my favourite games are in here, lovely!
Here's my pick: Just take a ship and visit the lovely Isle of Seiren (YS VIII). The rumors about ships suddenly sinking or ancient monsters that harass the people visiting the island are pure nonsense, i'd say! Enjoy the lovely tropical weather, the local sea food.. and of course the awesome view from the top, where you can also spot some ruins along the way!
More Xenoblade Chronicles Definitive Edition for me! About to head into the Mechonis' Galahad Fortress! Also more Brilliant Diamond on the Lite as well.
That looks so good though!! I still really want another DK game; that, or DK64/Diddy Kong Racing on NSO. Nevertheless, it's great to see Nintendo still paying attention to the big ape. Easily my favourite Nintendo franchise, even more so than Mario or Pokémon
This actually looks super comfy and relaxing, I can definitely use something like this in my current situation. And it coming out right before my birthday is even better!
Perhaps, but nowhere near as now! At least, I think? I didn't pay much attention to it back in the day because I had too much fun playing Gravity Rush, Infamous and Uncharted (And Knack too, i'll admit!).. but nowadays, there's barely anything platform/adventure related on the PS5 unfortunately.. That's probably why i'm paying attention now, I think haha.
Sony feeling threatened. as they should.. They really no longer are the same company from way back when. They've become greedy, toxic and are just straightup tone deaf from the feedback from their fans. Shame, too, as I absolutely loved the PS3 and PS4 era's of Sony. But that's unfortunately a thing of the past..
Nintendo (and Xbox to some extend as well) is 100% the way to play games.

@Max_the_German
That's no excuse for them to be excluded though. Majora's Mask is mid AF but that one's already added to the service..

I'm finally getting Trails into Reverie for the Switch this weekend, so I'll be playing that and some more of Kirby.

Team Bunny for me, though I'd support Team Chick as well if I could choose one more side!

Can't wait to play Paper Mario TTYD again!! It's been far too long. Not sure about Endless Ocean though, it seems like it'd get boring very fast.

Brilliant Diamond and Celeste for me. Wonderful games
