Still loving Unicorn Overlord. That’s all I’m playing because I fear if I switch to something else might not come back to it. I’m bad at completing games. I’m really enjoying Unicorn Overlord so far and don’t want the good times to stop.

Unicorn Overlord. Super addictive. Love it. Haven’t even messed with tactics yet. About 18 hours in.

A $10 reward for the top 310 racers… that’s lousy! At least give more for the higher places.

@Tyranexx - thanks for the ideas. Before I read your reply I found a copy of Engage on sale from Best Buy for $39.99 so I ordered that.

@Tyranexx cool. I thought three houses was a RTS game (for the battle parts). I’d love to check both out eventually! Hard to find physical copies for either these days.

@Tyranexx since I’ve never played a FE game before would you recommend three houses or engage first? I like turn based strategy games so am leaning towards engage. What are your thoughts?

@Tyranexx Nice! I really want to check out both those FE games. I’m leaning towards FE Engage since it’s turn based strategy. I got Advance Wars for Christmas and like it a lot. I own Triangle Strategy but haven’t started playing yet. Having too many games to play is a good problem!

@Kaspari_Villalobos I’m playing Astral Chain right now for the first time and loving it! How does Factorio play on the Switch? I sunk a lot of hours into it on my computer and was wondering how it translates to the Switch.

Tried the demo and thought it was slow paced. Still interested in possibly playing more though! Glad it’s getting great reviews.

New F-Zero will launch with Switch 2.

35 hours since starting the evening of May 12th. Full time job and family obligations. Would like to play more because I’m having a blast so far. If you leave a game on in sleep mode that time isn’t added to the total. This isn’t Steam people, lol.

Tempting to try but whenever I try stuff like this my enjoyment for games plummets. Last night while playing I happened to by sky diving at night and caught a star fragment as it was falling down. Pretty sweet.

Bummer this isn’t available in the states.

I’m avoiding this at all costs unless I get really stuck.

An actual Final Fantasy Pixel Raster physical release to cover demand would have helped them. And don’t give me ‘you can buy from Play-Asia.’ I don’t give two hoots about that.

@PlasmaticSnake believe me I wish I still had my NES, SNES, N64, Game Boy, and all the games and accessories. Won’t be getting rid of my Switch games, that’s for sure! Crossing my fingers the new console is backwards compatible but I doubt it will be.

This came out Feb. 24th… more than a month ago, jeez. Great game. I had to stop to finish off BOTW in preparation for TOTK. Now that is done I’m going back to this. Love it! Would love to see a third entry in the series.

@BlackMayge awesome to hear! The LOCG community was extremely helpful to me when I started reading comics about seven years ago. Even now I see series old and new that I might never have learned about if it weren’t for some of the discussions and reviews.

Afterwards my four year old said it was ‘amazing.’ That’s made go seeing it worthwhile. If you don’t think about the plot too much it is a fun time. It’s nice the runtime isn’t bloated, which helps a lot.

Great article! I was hoping the recent TOTK gameplay video would sway me to preorder, it didn’t. Suppose I’m just waiting for more… something. I trust in Nintendo to deliver the goods though!

I know nothing about this publisher but so far I’m intrigued by what I’m seeing. Interested how the gameplay loop is going to work.

I really want a physical version. I slept on the preorder and then they sold out. Never played this game before so really excited to try my first Metroid 3D game! Hoping Amazon gets more in stock soon (free shipping with Prime). If not I’ll buy from Target or Best Buy.

I preordered Persona 5 Royal Steelbook edition because Amazon had it same price as the regular edition…. this will be my first Steelbook anything. I thought they were supposed to be more expensive?!

@Ladasta I haven’t played any other version but it runs and looks great on my OLED Switch. Haven’t noticed any frame rate drops even when there’s lot of action onscreen at once.

I made the mistake of starting Splatoon 3 (my first Splatoon experience) instead of sticking with Xenoblade 3. I’m about 55hrs into Xenoblade 3 and I want to keep playing it but Splatoon 3 is SO addictive!
