@impurekind Here's a novel idea for ya. How about instead of acting like an entitled freeloader, purchase said games that you desire from eBay, or download them from the Wii U or 3DS eShop, you know, like most people do when they want to play older games from the past. Nothing you say or do will make your actions or words sound right in the eyes or ears of those who understand how the law works and actually have a moral compass to them. I literally cannot stand individuals like yourself who think as you do. You're literally a cancer when it comes to the gaming industry, and you hurt the developers with your selfish actions and thoughts on the matter.
Stop being a low life and purchase the content you want legally, don't pretend you're owed or deserve anything you selfish little brat.

It boggles the mind that people still treat stuff like this as legit when it's more than likely a placeholder name and price. Come on people, think a little bit before posting your gloom and doom comments.
I find this article and it's comment section rather amusing. Nintendo fans clamour for F-Zero, Star Fox and Metroid, but when the dust settles, the sales for those games never truly match the hype or intensity from the fanbase. No wonder Nintendo doesn't know what to do with F-Zero and Metroid. Heck, even with a traditional Star Fox game in the form of Zero, the so called "demand" for these titles just does not match the sales for each game produced from their respective franchise. It's sad but true.
For me personally, the appeal of F-zero has always been overshadowed by Mario Kart, I never cared for Metroid and while I loved Star Fox 64, it's clear the formula we once enjoyed is rather outdated in this day and age. It's clear that these three franchises are not nearly as popular as people thought they were and the "hardcore" Nintendo fans are very much the minority.
I'd like to see Nintendo push the success of Fire Emblem to new heights on the NX and truly propel it past the aging popularity of F-Zero, Metroid and Star Fox. That's a franchise that both hardcore, core and even some casuals will get behind. And the sales for the last two Fire Emblem games show they're indeed more popular than any Metroid, F-Zero or Star Fox game to date. That's a franchise that deserves some love on the NX, not franchises that have lost their luster and popularity.
@yomanation I should preface what I mean when I say "quality control." I'm talking about the myriad of bugs and glitches present, not the gameplay, visuals are music. Those are all quite excellent in Skyrim.
Also, stop defending Ubisoft. They're a plague to gaming just as much as EA is. "Gamers" view them as AAA companies when in reality, they really just suck the life out of gaming with their shady practices, lack of quality control and constant DLC. It's quite revolting to see someone stick up for that sorry excuse for a company. They're merely a shell of their former selves now.
Sorry Ubisoft, but even if you release 2 games every year for the NX, I still won't buy them. I'm done supporting a company who's quality control rivals that of Bethesda in terms of bugs and glitches, and has become the French EA in my eyes. Regardless of what you say, I'm not touching a single Ubisoft game after all the crap you've pulled.
@Xaessya You know a review is crap the moment they bring sexism into it and remove points from the overall score because of so called "sexist" characters and demons. How sad and pathetic.
@yomanation Actually it does change the fact. Deciding if a game is AAA or not based on budget alone is really silly. The quality of almost all of those games on that list, especially Smash Bros and Xenoblade Chronicles X, prove without a doubt that they're AAA titles. To me, it's far more than just a budget thing, but the quality and care put into the game is equally just as important, if not more so.
I gotta say though, you're one snobby gamer to say that none of the games I mentioned aren't AAA titles. It's both sad and pathetic, and it really shows how far gone of a "gamer" you are if you simply look at the budget of a game. Which, by the way, you have no knowledge that from any of the games I listed. Their quality alone proves they're AAA games.
You're more than welcome to live in your delusional world where all those games I mentioned don't meet your high standards, but just know you sound like an absolute, arrogant tool by suggesting something so asinine. Absolutely disgusting in every single way.
@yomanation Xenoblade Chronicles X, Super Mario 3D World, Splatoon, Smash Bros Wii U, Yoshi's Wooly World, Super Mario Maker and Mario Kart 8 all say hi to that ridiculous notion that there's no AAA on the Wii U. That's YOUR opinion, and it's a lousy one at that. I'm not sure what you consider to be a AAA title, but you have to pretty snobby to suggest that none of the titles I listed above aren't AAA titles.
Considering the method that triggers this is one that most players won't even encounter, it's incredibly easy to forgive Altus for not only being too good at the game, but for this small overlook in text. Not a big deal at all as far as I see it.
@-DEMISE- Whenever I see your comments on an article, I just know that I won't be disappointed. The retorts, the knowledge, not being afraid to say it as it is. It's just marvellous stuff! Just thought you should know.
@Damo It doesn't matter what his reasons for coming to the park were. Be he looking for Pokestops or texting while walking through the park, it doesn't matter. The criminal didn't rob him and take his phone cause he was playing Pokemon GO, he robbed him cause he was alone, with expensive equipment, at night, and he didn't look like he could physically fight back. Thus, the criminal robbed him. It would have happened to anyone else, regardless of what they're doing on their phone.
Playing Pokémon GO and looking for Pokestops in a park at night, alone, isn't the cause of what happened to the victim. Him having a lack of awareness, in a dangerous position where we could easily be mugged, alone, in a well known place full of crime that occurs at night, without any protection or company, that is what made him a likely target for the criminal, Pokémon GO or not.
@Damo This would have happened to anyone who was carrying around expensive equipment late at night in a place known to have muggings. Pokémon GO had little to do with what happened here and was more the result of the someone looking like a very easy target for the mugger. He was by himself, in a park known to have muggings, using his expensive equipment openly, and looked to be a fairly skinny individual. Of course he would be a prime target for criminals.
It's unfortunate that this happened to him, but people really should take greater precautions when travelling alone at night in a park that is full of criminal activity. Again, this had little to do with Pokémon GO and was merely the unfortunate result of being easy prey for a mugger. It sucks that this happened to him, and I hope they catch the guy who mugged him, but in the future, he really should be more careful to ensure this doesn't happen again. Carrying mace or even walking in groups will deter most criminals. Heck, playing the game in the daylight would have been far more advisable.
Regardless, I hope he makes a swift recovery, is able to be a bit smarter if he decides to go out in Central Park at night playing Pokemon GO, and I truly hope the one responsible gets what's coming to him.
It's interesting. I own a PS4, Wii U and 3DS. I have a ton of games for all three systems, but the system that keeps me coming back for more is my 3DS. I constantly return to that superb system due to the high quality library of games it offers and just the huge variety that awaits me. While I enjoy my Wii U and PS4 quite a bit, they don't keep my attention nearly as much as my 3DS does. The majority of my gaming time is spent on my 3DS for three main reasons. A constant stream of high quality games, variety and portability.
@Ikramali They're games for everyone, of course. But just because the narrator sounds super cheesy doesn't mean it's a bad ad and kids won't care. Nintendo, when making ads or trailers, generally is kinda cheesy, but in a fun, quirky way. I personally think people took the narration of this video a little too serious and started ragging on Nintendo for being too kiddy. It's one video out of many that they've released thus far for Colour Splash. They've already tried to appeal to everyone with those Toad Ranger videos. One video won't affect how others view it, especially if they're concentrating on the content that is being shown.
Regardless of how the narrator came across or who Nintendo was trying to appeal with this video, there's really no need to rag on the cheesiness of this narrator given how light hearted Paper Mario games are. I think people need to lighten up and focus on what really matters. That's mainly what I'm trying to get across.
And honestly, ya, I def misunderstood you cause of the way it was worded, but I understand now. Apologies for being rather aggressive.
@Ninten-san Good for you. You're probably above the age of 12 and hence the trailer won't appeal to you. But a younger audience will resonate with the way the narrator is speaking, and it's really not a surprise bad as everyone is making it out to be. As usual, the Internet loves to complain about the smallest of things. The video did its job. It got more people interested and engaged and that's good enough.
@Ikramali You're correct. It's an Internet forum where opinions can be shared. As such, I have ever right to crap on your condescending tone towards those who enjoy games that are family friendly or are meant for kids. And I'm not upset, I'm just bothered by people like you actually exist with this mindset of, "If it ain't a "mature" game, it ain't worth playing it." Or "This ad is clearly targeted towards a younger audience, but I feel the need to attack it despite the fact that it seems not intended for me."
If you're going to talk trash to others, you better stand your ground when others confront you instead of backing off with weak comments and backpeddling. Just a suggestion.
@Ikramali Nintendo has been targeting kids since the 1980's. Just because a trailer is focused on a certain audience does not mean an adult can't play it or can't see the appeal as well. See, most mature adults don't care about how a game is presented. As long as it's fun, they'll play it, regardless of the target audience or how it's presented in trailers. Just because you haven't matured and are still stuck on trying to appear "mature," does not mean you are. Your immaturity and lack of confidence in your own maturity is noted.
Have fun with continually trying to be "mature" and act like your above fun games with a colourful art style or whimisical trailer. I'm sure that will get you far in life and you won't come out as some cynical tool who belittles others from enjoying content that's targeted towards kids. Absolutely disgusting behaviour and downright immature.
@Ninten-san "The announcer is so annoying, he sounds like he's trying to make a kid excited or something."
It's almost like Nintendo is trying to appeal to kids in this trailer. Of course it sounds awful to you. You're not a kid and this video is probably not targeted towards you. To every other person who commented on the narrators voice, stop being so uptight. The trailer is obviously aimed at kids given the narration. It sounds annoying to you cause more than likely, you aren't a kid.
I honestly don't get why people constantly have to point that out in certain Nintendo videos or trailers. You gotta realize, Nintendo is a family friendly company that is catered towards children for the most part. Of course their trailers and videos may have undertones of some narrator that sounds annoying to you but appeals to kids. The target demographic for said trailer or video is not you but for those under 12.
I swear, people love to complain about everything these days and throw common sense to the wind. It's really not necessary to attack the narrator who is trying to appeal to a certain audience. Not everything Nintendo makes or does has to appeal to you.
@FierceRagnar And what exactly does complaining about them in a comment section accomplish exactly? I don't think Nintendo gives a crap about your inceset whining, nor should they given the amount of money they've made off of Awakening, Fates and Sticker Star. So in reality, your whining does absolutely nothing but vent some steam and make you sound like an entitled brat who needs to grow up. You're accomplishing literally nothing. And even worse, you're ignoring games that are actually good due to your intense hatred and bias.
I don't pray to Naga. I just don't swear, thus I substitute God with Naga. I also find it rather amusing. And I'm not silencing you. Im trying to bring you back to reality here from the delusional world you've created in which you treat everything so bloody seriously. But nice try in making me look like the one who has issues. A common trait for one who knows they're in the fault.
Anyways, I'm done conversing with you, if you can even call it that. If you want to continue to treat video games so seriously and complain to your hearts content, be my guest. But just realize it changes nothing. You're literally wasting your time by doing so, and so I have by engaging with you. So I'm going to do something else with my time than waste it on someone so far gone, so prideful and so delusional, that they're literally making their life worse by treating video games, a hobby mind you, too seriously. It's beyond pathetic. Truly pathetic.
And with that, I leave you to continue to complain, whine and waste time on something will never change with the way you're currently going about it. It's a futile effort with no end in sight and plenty of unnecessary anger and sadness.
@FierceRagnar Ladies and gentleman, this individual right here is the result of someone who takes video games WAY too seriously. Get off your high horse and come back to reality, for the love of Naga. You're the same sorry excuse for a gamer who claimed that Fire Emblem was dead thanks to Awakening and Fates. You must live an abysmal life if all you do is complain on the Internet about freaking video games. There's nothing truly more sadder than someone who takes a hobby or a piece of entertainment WAY too seriously, and treats games that are bad in "your" eyes as an offence to your very being.
How about you do yourself a favour and go play some video games that you do enjoy instead of acting like a spoiled little brat who can't get exactly what you want. And for Naga's sake, leave the rest of us in peace to enjoying something you don't, you uptight, arrogant try hard.
@XCWarrior That's completely unreasonable. There's no way you can expect any console with the power of at least the PS4 to be between $150-200. They'd be selling the console at a loss, which is not only bad for them as a company but equally just as bad for consumers as diminishing returns for Nintendo mean less games for us and less new IP's. Quit being stingy and be somewhat realistic here. $300 sounds a lot more reasonable and it's still adorable in the day and age.
"To me Sticker Star was quite charming. What I wanted to say is that I will get this game and enjoy it for what it is. And if I won't enjoy it, then so be it."
My thoughts exactly, hence why I'll give Colour Splash a chance as Sticker Star was hardly bad, but rather, misunderstood. That and change is a difficult thing for most gamers, especially when ones judgement is clouded by nostalgia.
@FierceRagnar Or maybe we don't treat games like we're some arrogant snob and prefer to enjoy them for what they are, not what they aren't. Cause it's hobby and the whole point of playing video games is to have fun. So most normal people who aren't having fun move on instead of whining about it on the Internet to massage their egos and their opinion.
It's less defending and more like there's an actual good game there. And if you remove the nostogia, the bias and the pompous attitude, you too will find a fun, decent game there as well.
@CrazedCavalier "Everything that you've said has made things clear: you are taking this very personally and feel betrayed.
And considering it's about entertainment, I find it disturbing."
I too find it deeply disturbing when others take things very personally when it comes to a form of entertainment and a company's decision. What happened to just playing games for fun instead of critizing everything a company does. Some games aren't for everybody. It happens. Instead of complaining about it constantly, move on and play games that get released that do interest you or that you may enjoy. If people put half the amount of energy they put into being negative or super critical about video games into actually playing more video games and enjoying them for what they are, they'd be FAR more happier and content.
It is very dangerous to treat any hobby or form of entertainment too seriously or are constantly too critical about it. It's not healthy and it's disturbing to see so much effort put into explaining their negativity over something that's truly not worth getting upset about.
I've never really enjoyed mobile gaming. I usually prefer handhelds for my portable gaming experience. That being said, Super Mario Run looks like a great deal of fun and I can see myself spending hours upon hours trying to get new high scores for courses and trying to beat my friends and family's high scores.
Seems like a fun, action-adventure game to me. I haven't played a Paper Mario game I didn't enjoy thus far, including Sticker Star, so I'm certain I'll enjoy Colour Splash as well.
@Savino I was wondering when somebody would give a "Nintendo is the only one at fault here," kinda of comment. Lo and behold, here you are.
Hate to burst your Nintendo hating bubble here, but no, Nintendo is not the only one at fault here. Are they perhaps too lax when it comes to reviewing games, sure, but the developer of said games is just as much at fault, usually more so. They used lazy and scummy tactics to create a game and make a quick buck. I think the developer is more at fault here than Nintendo being too lax when giving games like these the "O.K."
@Frosty_09 I would recommend Bravely Second, Shin Megami Tensei IV, Xenoblade Chronicles 3D, Kirby's Triple Deluxe and Kirby Planet Robobot, Smash Bros, Luigi's Mansion Dark Moon, Mario and Luigi Dream Team and Paper Jam, Super Mario 3D Land, Hyrule Warriors Legends, Animal Crossing New Leaf, Codename S.T.E.A.M, Monster Hunter Generations, and Rhythm Heaven MegaMix.
@faint Oh really? I had no idea. Perhaps I should give them shot. Thanks for letting me know and for backing me up with the amount of good games the 3DS has gotten since 2014, excluding RPG's.
@Bolt_Strike By YOUR standards, but not by mine, and certainly but many other 3DS owners. There's plenty of big IP's there already, you're just cherry picking what you consider to be big IP's. And once again, there were many RPG's and JRPG's that were big IP's that I never mentioned, just to show that there clearly is diversity still. Many of the games I've listed are FAR from mediocre and are very fun games to play.
But my apologizes. Clearly, your standards are equivilant of a rich snob, and all these "lesser" games didn't warrent your attention because their predigree wasn't up to snuff to your lofty standards.
@faint My apologizes. I did say Azran Legacy and the crossover game with Phoenix Wright. I thought the previous Layton game out before 2014, so I didn't include it. As for Stories of Season, I've never played or heard much about said games, so I honestly couldn't say whether they're good or not. I suspect they're, but I've never personally played them.
2014: Super Smash Bros 3DS, Kirby's Triple Deluxe, Yoshi's New Island, Mario Golf World Tour, Theatrerhythm Final Fantasy Curtain Call, Fantasy Life, Tomodachi Life, Professor Layton vs Phoenix Wright, Professor Layton and the Azran Legacy.
2015: Majora's Mask 3D, Hatsune Miku Project Diva DX, Triforce Heroes, Puzzle and Dragons Super Mario Bros Editions, Codename S.T.E.A.M, Pokemon Super Myster Dungeon.
2016: Rhythm Heaven Megamix, Zero Time Dilemma, Phoenix Wright: Spirit of Justice, Mega Man Legacy Collection, Hyrule Warriors Legends, Kirby Planet Robobot.
Keep in mind, I exempted any RPG or JRPG to show you that there is still a great amount diversity and quality on the 3DS that isn't an RPG or JRPG. And if I had added the list of RPG's and JRPG's to the list, it would have created an even bigger library of high quality games for all three years.
So, as you can clearly see, the lineup for the 3DS for the past three years has been anything but mediocre. And once more, I excluded RPG's and JRPG's just to prove yet another point.
@Bolt_Strike "Sick of hearing about the 3DS at this point. The lineup's been mediocre for the last 3 years. I have no problem letting it die out. NX or bust."
@SBandy @BinaryFragger Glad to see some people get why Nintendo has to do this. Honestly, why couldn't they have taken the Axion Verge or Fast Racing Neo route instead of copy and pasting assets more or less. This isn't rocket science, people. If somebody creates a game based on your IP's and they're not authorized by you, and you've copyrighted said IP, you better pounce on that game otherwise it will spark a precedent for others and you might as well not have even created a copyright for that IP if you just allow anyone to use its assets whenever they want. It's someone's creation. Someone's property, and if you steal it in any shape or form, you're basically asking them to use legal actions to take you down at that point. I know I wouldn't like if it someone stole a piece of property from me, modified it, and called it their own.
If they aren't creative enough to come up with alternatives like with Axiom Verge and Fast Racing Neo, then perhaps you should use your skills for something else that doesn't infringe on someone else's intellectual property.
@Lzeon Yeah, I feel the same way in regards to Super Mario Maker 3D. Considering there's over 6 million levels to play from and the majority will most likely be playable in Super Mario Maker 3D, I'm pleased with the end product. Sure it would be nice to upload your creations online or search for ID's, but I suspect there's a fairly good reason as to why they choose not to add that. Either hardware limitations or perhaps server issues, I'm not 100% sure. I primarily play Mario Maker for the content these days. I use to create courses but ultimately I prefer to play them than make them.
As a HUGE fan of the 3DS, and someone who considers it the best Nintendo system since the SNES in terms of quality and quantity, the 3DS Nintendo Direct was truly superb! It gave me pertinent details about upcoming games, released content the day of the Direct, gave us surprises with SMM and YWW ports, and of course a 2D Pikmin game. There was something for everyone, and the diversity was quite astounding. It was fast paced, funny, informative and chalk full of great content that excites me as a 3DS owner.
Holy Naga! Just when I thought the 3DS's superb library couldn't get any better, Nintendo reveals ports for Super Mario Maker and Yoshi's Wooly World, and a 2D Pikmin game. And then there's the crap ton of games coming out this year like Phoenix Wright: Spirit of Justice, SMTIV Apocalypse, Hyrule Warriors Legends DLC, Dragon Quest VII, Pokemon Sun and Moon, and SO much more!
I freaking love the 3DS and I'm super excited to see so much support for this amazing handheld. I know the Wii U isn't getting a lot of love right now, but hopefully the NX will be worth it and alleviate this drought.
@Ninten-san I too loved Skyward Sword as well! The 1:1 motion controls, combined with the unique art style and dungeons within a dungeon style gameplay is what truly hooked me. I hope gamers take advantage of it being on the Wii U VC and give it a second chance, or even experience it for the first time. It's a fantastic Zelda experience!

Re: Nintendo NX Will "Change The Concept" Of Home Console And Handheld Gaming, Says Pokémon Company President
Re: Atlus Issues Apology for SMTIV:A Translation Error
Considering the method that triggers this is one that most players won't even encounter, it's incredibly easy to forgive Altus for not only being too good at the game, but for this small overlook in text. Not a big deal at all as far as I see it.
Re: Livestreamed Mugging Highlights The Dangers Of Playing Pokémon GO Late At Night
@-DEMISE- Whenever I see your comments on an article, I just know that I won't be disappointed. The retorts, the knowledge, not being afraid to say it as it is. It's just marvellous stuff! Just thought you should know.
Re: Livestreamed Mugging Highlights The Dangers Of Playing Pokémon GO Late At Night
Re: Livestreamed Mugging Highlights The Dangers Of Playing Pokémon GO Late At Night
Re: Talking Point: Nintendo Now Battles for Our Time, Not Just Loyalty
It's interesting. I own a PS4, Wii U and 3DS. I have a ton of games for all three systems, but the system that keeps me coming back for more is my 3DS. I constantly return to that superb system due to the high quality library of games it offers and just the huge variety that awaits me. While I enjoy my Wii U and PS4 quite a bit, they don't keep my attention nearly as much as my 3DS does. The majority of my gaming time is spent on my 3DS for three main reasons. A constant stream of high quality games, variety and portability.
Re: Video: Nintendo Releases Showcase Video for Paper Mario: Color Splash
Re: Video: Nintendo Releases Showcase Video for Paper Mario: Color Splash
@Ninten-san Good for you. You're probably above the age of 12 and hence the trailer won't appeal to you. But a younger audience will resonate with the way the narrator is speaking, and it's really not a surprise bad as everyone is making it out to be. As usual, the Internet loves to complain about the smallest of things. The video did its job. It got more people interested and engaged and that's good enough.
Re: Video: Nintendo Releases Showcase Video for Paper Mario: Color Splash
Re: Video: Nintendo Releases Showcase Video for Paper Mario: Color Splash
Re: Video: Nintendo Releases Showcase Video for Paper Mario: Color Splash
Re: Video: Nintendo Minute Shows Off a New Area of Paper Mario: Color Splash
Re: Video: Nintendo Minute Shows Off a New Area of Paper Mario: Color Splash
Re: Talking Point: Unique and Affordable - Nintendo's NX Needs to Avoid Direct Competition With PlayStation and Xbox
Re: Video: Nintendo Minute Shows Off a New Area of Paper Mario: Color Splash
@Rin-go You're quite welcome!
Re: Video: Nintendo Minute Shows Off a New Area of Paper Mario: Color Splash
@FierceRagnar Or maybe we don't treat games like we're some arrogant snob and prefer to enjoy them for what they are, not what they aren't. Cause it's hobby and the whole point of playing video games is to have fun. So most normal people who aren't having fun move on instead of whining about it on the Internet to massage their egos and their opinion.
It's less defending and more like there's an actual good game there. And if you remove the nostogia, the bias and the pompous attitude, you too will find a fun, decent game there as well.
Re: Review: Phoenix Wright: Ace Attorney - Spirit of Justice (3DS eShop)
The verdict is clear. I am to play this game the moment it becomes available. No objections here, your honour.
Re: Nintendo Appears at Apple Conference to Announce Super Mario Run
Re: Nintendo Appears at Apple Conference to Announce Super Mario Run
I've never really enjoyed mobile gaming. I usually prefer handhelds for my portable gaming experience. That being said, Super Mario Run looks like a great deal of fun and I can see myself spending hours upon hours trying to get new high scores for courses and trying to beat my friends and family's high scores.
I can't wait to play it!
Re: Risa Tabata Talks Paper Mario's New Focus on Puzzle-Solving
Seems like a fun, action-adventure game to me. I haven't played a Paper Mario game I didn't enjoy thus far, including Sticker Star, so I'm certain I'll enjoy Colour Splash as well.
Re: Feature: Exploring the Licensed Content in RCMADIAX Games on the Wii U and New 3DS eShop
Re: Talking Point: The 2017 Role of the 3DS Was Established in its Nintendo Direct
@Frosty_09 I would recommend Bravely Second, Shin Megami Tensei IV, Xenoblade Chronicles 3D, Kirby's Triple Deluxe and Kirby Planet Robobot, Smash Bros, Luigi's Mansion Dark Moon, Mario and Luigi Dream Team and Paper Jam, Super Mario 3D Land, Hyrule Warriors Legends, Animal Crossing New Leaf, Codename S.T.E.A.M, Monster Hunter Generations, and Rhythm Heaven MegaMix.
Re: Talking Point: The 2017 Role of the 3DS Was Established in its Nintendo Direct
@Frosty_09 What 3DS games do you currently own, if any?
Re: Talking Point: The 2017 Role of the 3DS Was Established in its Nintendo Direct
@faint Oh really? I had no idea. Perhaps I should give them shot. Thanks for letting me know and for backing me up with the amount of good games the 3DS has gotten since 2014, excluding RPG's.
Re: Talking Point: The 2017 Role of the 3DS Was Established in its Nintendo Direct
Re: Talking Point: The 2017 Role of the 3DS Was Established in its Nintendo Direct
Re: Talking Point: The 2017 Role of the 3DS Was Established in its Nintendo Direct
@Bolt_Strike And I shall easily prove you wrong.
I rest my case.
Re: Talking Point: The 2017 Role of the 3DS Was Established in its Nintendo Direct
@Bolt_Strike And my response to that is.....
Re: Talking Point: The 2017 Role of the 3DS Was Established in its Nintendo Direct
@Bolt_Strike "Sick of hearing about the 3DS at this point. The lineup's been mediocre for the last 3 years. I have no problem letting it die out. NX or bust."
Re: Nintendo of America Issues Takedown Request on AM2R, Ending the Project
Re: Poll: Did the 3DS Nintendo Direct Boost Your Hype for the Portable's Line-Up?
@Lzeon Yeah, I feel the same way in regards to Super Mario Maker 3D. Considering there's over 6 million levels to play from and the majority will most likely be playable in Super Mario Maker 3D, I'm pleased with the end product. Sure it would be nice to upload your creations online or search for ID's, but I suspect there's a fairly good reason as to why they choose not to add that. Either hardware limitations or perhaps server issues, I'm not 100% sure. I primarily play Mario Maker for the content these days. I use to create courses but ultimately I prefer to play them than make them.
Re: Poll: Did the 3DS Nintendo Direct Boost Your Hype for the Portable's Line-Up?
As a HUGE fan of the 3DS, and someone who considers it the best Nintendo system since the SNES in terms of quality and quantity, the 3DS Nintendo Direct was truly superb! It gave me pertinent details about upcoming games, released content the day of the Direct, gave us surprises with SMM and YWW ports, and of course a 2D Pikmin game. There was something for everyone, and the diversity was quite astounding. It was fast paced, funny, informative and chalk full of great content that excites me as a 3DS owner.
10/10 for that amazing Direct, Nintendo!
Re: Feature: The Big Nintendo Direct Summary - 1st September
Re: The Legend of Zelda: Skyward Sword is Out Today on the Wii U eShop
@Ninten-san I too loved Skyward Sword as well! The 1:1 motion controls, combined with the unique art style and dungeons within a dungeon style gameplay is what truly hooked me. I hope gamers take advantage of it being on the Wii U VC and give it a second chance, or even experience it for the first time. It's a fantastic Zelda experience!
