Is there any new single player content, or is it exclusively for multiplayer?

Does anyone know what is special about the "Limited Early Purchase Edition"?

@fpcreator2000 That's part of the 3.0 update.

I am not sure how some can call Nintendo greedy for charging $5 for the Switch 2 upgrade, when they gave us both the 2.0 and 3.0 updates for free. They could have easily charged $20 for those and most people would have bought them, myself included.

Anyway, I am giving the content of the Switch 2 upgrade a 7. It gave me what I wanted most, faster loading times and better graphics, but impatient old me would still like the loading times to be even faster. 🙂

@FaroreAbhorsen I know what you mean. In the case of Fantasy Life i specifically, while what on the cart would be great, the game has improved so much since launch that buying a physical copy is buying just half of the game.

I pre-ordered the Digital Deluxe Edition, because I loved the 3DS Fantasy Life, and I wasn't aware of the Japanese physical copy, but I don't have any regrets. Fantasy Life i is one of my all time favorite games.

@Rhaoulos Right now the physical release of Fantasy Life is missing so much content and quality of life features that have been added since launch, I don't think it would be worth having. Fantasy Life i is definitely worth having, I have played over 300 hours already, and haven't done everything yet.

@SuperWeird They have an extra mode, so it would only be better if that mode interests you.

I only buy my controllers digitally nowadays, so I am going to have to pass. 🙂

I haven't seen this before, but I'm sure it has happened before. There is a supporter pack for $2.99 which gives you a choice of two different dogs to add to your boat. This is to hopefully fund some DLC so there will be more fish to catch.

There is also DLC that turns most of the fruit into planets. I believe the watermelon is still a watermelon though.

@silver-crescent There have been so many additions and improvements since release that I don't think the current physical copy would be worth getting.

Went for the expensive plastic version. I never got to play a Virtual Boy, so I am looking forward to this.

I still wish they would have released the Virtual Boy games on 3DS instead.

@Dang_69 The game card has both the Switch 1 and 2 versions on it. Pretty cool in my opinion.

@PeterTomlan86 I personally like the story and gameplay of Ninja Gaiden 2 better. I don't think you will be disappointed if you like the first game.

I bought it on my Wii U right before the shop closed, but I haven't played it yet.

I don't have the game yet, but I listed it as a highest priority item on my Amazon wishlist. It seems like these new Amiibos that are extra expensive go on sale a lot quicker than you would expect, so if I get the game, I will keep a lookout for a cheaper price on these Amiibos.

@rjejr The City is still Apple exclusive at the moment, but I saw it is coming to Switch sometime in 2026.

I bought this brand new for $10 at either Walmart or Best Buy, I can't remember. I wanted the Amiibos, so it was a no brainer.

Still haven't tried the game. Maybe someday.

@Ooccoo_Jr Good to know. Currently the only quest I have in my objectives is to beat the second Lace, but I can't say for sure if I have found all the side quests.

Wow, I have been an avid reader here for 17 years!

I had finally gotten a Wii and was trying to find reviews for Wii games when I stumbled on NintendoLife. Glad I did!

I am glad Wii Sports made it, but Wii Sports Resort should also be here. It is a much better game.

I would also add Final Fantasy, Zelda II, Mega Man 3, Fire Emblem Fates and probably several others that are escaping me at the moment.

Amazon should be delivering mine tomorrow!

Can't wait! Keep the games coming!

Hopefully this sells really well so we can get Switch 2 versions of the previous games.

Normally frame rate doesn't bother me much, but it makes a big difference in games like this.
