Edit: I just watched a video going through the alternate route. Since you don't have the double jump yet, I am wondering if I could get through all that. It is tough enough with the double jump.

@Kiz3000 Believe it or not, a lot of Act 2 is easier than Act 1. The problem is that you have to beat the Last Judge to get to Act 2. Probably took me 5+ hours to beat her. I recommend not using any tools at first. Just keep practicing until you memorize the whole fight, then when you got that down, add tools (tacks worked great for me) and destroy!

@Metazoxan Is the "Search" ability supposed to help you find Pokemon? I thought it was just for buried treasure.

My wife just told me that I am a waste of money and resources.

@tblal The cross isn't the traditional style d-pad?

I understand that you feel that way, but you have the power to not let it be an issue. Once you get over this hurdle, you can get back to enjoying the games.

@Anachronism I don't understand how this is a marketing strategy, since this is free content that isn't even necessary to the story.

You also wouldn't have to schedule your life to acquire this content since building a habitat for a Pokemon only takes a minute or two. If you know that you are going to buy a game and not play it for a few minutes during the two week time period of the event, then I would question why this would bother you so much. It would appear that you don't like the game itself.

@Anachronism If you want it to stay exactly the same as when you purchased it, why not just not participate in the events?

@Switching Don't you think it should be a monthly subscription plan? $15 a month to have access the events seems fair. 😄

I am always excited to see what Indie World has to show. A lot of my favorites have gotten previews here.

If anyone doesn't own the game yet, buy the Switch 1 version and then get the free Switch 2 upgrade.

You will then have both versions!

@anoyonmus Go to the eShop using the Switch 2. That's how I got it.

@Kiz3000 Once you know all of the Boss Blinds, you can start preparing for the difficult ones when you first start.

I also prepare my deck for certain jokers. For instance, the Blackboard Joker give you a X3 multiplier if you only have black cards remaining in your hand, so I start changing the hearts and diamonds to spades and clubs as soon as I can pretty much every game.

It also just depends on what cards and jokers you get. Some games you are just going to lose no matter what you do.

I would like to get a Steam Deck someday. It would be cool to play Heroes of Might and Magic III in handheld mode.

@rjejr I think the other apps you use either L + R or ZL + ZR (I can't remember which). You might try that.

Very glad they added Dark Dragon weapons and tools. That Dark Dragon sword by Dark Don has been taunting me by not being available until now.

@JJtheTexan I've played it a little bit, I didn't notice any lag.

I did notice how my skills have diminished. I used to be good at this game, and I am awful right now. 😄

I can confirm that Ninja Gaiden II also includes the Japanese version.

Makes me hope they bring Ninja Gaiden III to Console Archives so I can play the Japanese version since it has unlimited continues.

There is button customization, screen options, and save & load features, so that is pretty cool.

I am curious if the Console Archives series will include any extra modes like the Arcade Archives series.

I wish they would at least make the upgrades free for a month so we could see if it was something we wanted to purchase.

Somehow I feel like I have already played Diver, Catch and Cook Simulator...

This could be a brilliant marketing campaign by AdHoc.

This is obviously a way to protect Nintendo from being sued.

Based on some of the comments on the articles on NintendoLife, it appears to be a very smart decision.
