Just read a few reviews and this seems really interesting. If the price is right I would definitely pick this up day 1.

I was really hoping this was going to be a slightly more forgiving Darkest Dungeon with more story.

It actually looks kind of fun to me, but cmon devs. There are other months in the year BESIDES September.

If they can fine tune it in that amount of time, more power too them. I just get the feeling we’re watching another Bloodstained unfold. I truly hope I’m wrong though, as I was interested in getting this down the road at some point.

September is now my least favorite month ever. I feel like I’ll have to take out a second mortgage to keep up with the releases and create a time machine to actually play them all.

It will be an announcement for the next story arc, “The Death Of Pikachu” followed by “Pyre for a Pokémon” followed by “Reign of Team Rocket” and finally the conclusion “Rise from Ash”.

More like “Hey! Here’s some new Pokémon for Pokémon Go!”

Amen to that. If anything, this year has had TOO much. Which is a great problem to have.

And missing out on an MMO (an average one at that) is no big loss. Would love to see an updated Morrowind, Oblivion and Fallout 3 and New Vegas though.

I soooooo wish this was coming out rather than Link’s Awakening. A Link to the Past is still one of my top 3 LoZ titles of all time.

After 11 hours of exploring and leveling I finally finished the demo.....and then I went and played another hour of just leveling. I didn’t realize how much I missed the classic JRPG format. I can’t wait for this to arrive. I was already pretty excited, but the demo put me over the top. If I knew where the game was being housed right now, I would consider breaking in and getting an early copy.

The freakin Witcher 3 is coming to the switch, we’ve had Warframe, Doom and Wolfenstein and they can’t do a competent in house port of a soccer game?! Seriously wth?

Suuuuuuure....they love the Switch though.🙄

Finally going to get my copy this Sunday. So excited to jump into it! Between this, DQ 11 next month and Witcher the month after I think I’m set for a while. No idea how I’m going to squeeze in Pokémon.

I’m going to double dip just to support it. I loved it on the PS4, but I really want to send a message to 3rd parties that the Switch is a welcoming home for quality ports. The gameplay on YouTube looked really good.

However, this port brings up the question “ How did ARK go so wrong?” 😆

Translation : We are saying this so you don’t get your hopes up so that when we finally reveal something you’ll be appropriately excited.

You bring a few minor exclusives to the Switch and it makes you money. Why WOULDN'T you keep doing that? Especially considering this is an easy way to get into the Japanese market since they have zero market share here.

I get it, but don’t forget there have been games that were never have to supposed to run on the Switch at ALL that have been very good. The fact they are even attempting this makes me think they’re confident in the results.
As long as know one thinks we’re getting PC level graphics, I don’t think we’ll be disappointed.

It’s a stupid thing to complain about....but I’m going to anyway. There are just too many games coming out that I want. Just bought Mario Maker, but God Eater and Dragon Quest Builders just came out. Now this and Fire Emblem are arriving. Astral Chain next month followed by Pokémon, Daemon X and Dragon Quest 11 the month after and Luigi’s Mansion the month after that!

You’re killing me Nintendo! You’re just....KIIIILLLLLIIINNNGG MEEEEEEEEEEEEE!

Just need to add this one to the ever growing list. My kids and I are all Marvel fans so it’ll be fun to have some couch co-op action.

@JaxonH I’m with ya. I’ll be playing it, but I’m just a filthy casual (lol) who just likes collecting Pokémon and trading with my son.

I just think GF is going about it the wrong way. They aren’t going to change anyone’s mind at this point so it seems counterproductive to keep mentioning what sets people off.

Regardless, I think there’s a lot of anger without even seeing the final product GF is offering. Sun and Moon weren’t my favorite by a long shot, but I still enjoyed “catching em all”, so to speak.

There is literally nothing they can do to make the unhappy people happy except delaying it for at least a year and and adding every Pokémon with all new models. Even then I’m sure someone would complain. It’s just pointless This close to release to try and put out the fire. It only stirs everyone up again.

Just release the game Game Freak and let the people buy it who want it. Just stop with the damage control. It won’t work.

Im still looking forward to it and will enjoy playing it with my son.

Though you’d think they’d wait for a week when another highly anticipated crafting game (Mario Maker 2) wasn’t coming out. Kinda shooting yourself in the foot there guys.

A few months late, no big deal. At least it’s not another Metroid Prime 4. There’s other stuff to play in the mean time.

@suikoden So true...lol. Payed $80 for my Final Fantasy 3 (actually 6 in timeline) on the snes and $70 for Turok on the N64. I’m totally fine with paying $60 nowadays for games.

Ever since this got announced on other platforms I’ve been wanting it. So stoked this is coming to the Switch. Love the Cthulhu genre.

What about Nintendo’s right to reveal the game that THEY'RE paying for in the way they want? Don’t they have any rights over their product? It’s not like Nintendo is hiding government secrets. Let them do their show with the reveals they want and actually give their fans some surprises. E3 is just once a year.

Streaming service with a case? Doesn’t sound right. But then again..a game with these graphics AND open world on the Switch doesn’t sound right either.

That being said, IF this is true, this will set a whole new standard for the Switch.

Got it day one and have loved it. The stuff listed on the patch, just makes me want to play it more. Keep the updates coming.

Love Voez and still have tons of fun with it and have been anxiously awaiting this one, but the price is definitely a bit of a punch to the gut. I have no doubt I’ll get it on sale at some point though.

After watching the switch gameplay, even with the “awful” load times, it didn’t put me off at all. Better load times is just icing on the cake for me. Been really eager to sink my teeth into this one. Pre-ordered it as soon as it was available.

Though that Undertaker “StardewValley-ish” one also has my interest piqued.

Meh...no big deal. I’m just happy us Switch owners are getting 3rd party support. Keep ‘em coming Bethesda!

Price and games....that’s what it will always come down to. I have enough of a backlog on the Switch right now though, I don’t see me giving too much consideration to this.

I love Directs, but I actually hope this isn’t true so that they can save any surprises to make their E3 presentation even better.

That is, of course, unless they have so much to announce that E3 can’t contain all the awesomeness and an early Direct is needed to spread out the announcements.
