Other than a HD lick of paint and resolution. They don't really seem to have done anything else to this. A bit more detail in the graphics would have been nice.

@CharlieZee the very best starting Pokemon games on the Switch would probably be Let's go Pikachu / Let's go Evee. Although moat games in the series are fine to start with as they build up quite slowly.

@CharlieZee Super Mario 3D Land and New Suwr Mario Bros 2 are worth a play. A few good Pokemon games on the 3DS. Pokemon Sun & Moon being the most affordable currently.

@CharlieZee Soo many great games for the 3DS. If you still have it, it's worth getting back into it.

@NintendoEternity I can maybe see your point on the wiiU to a certain extent. What didn't you like about the 3DS. It had a solid library

Still need to get. Nintendo Pocket Football, Mario vs DK Tipping Stars and maybe Pokemom Blue for the nostalgia. I think I'm good for the Wii U though. Maybe Metroid Prime Trilogy as the physical release its crazy expensive now.

First game may not look all that pretty. Got some PS2 vibe about it. But it's a pretty deep brawler. I enjoyed it.

@TryToBeHopeful Yeh the original 2017 release. I didn't realise they were separate things. I thought maybe the online version was just a lower key release of it they were putting out as free to play.

So can i still play my physical copy of the game online after december?

@Not_Soos a little yes. He probably doesn't have a lot of time for gaming in his career right now.

Yeh the Swirch should really put out a Nintendo Selects range for the Switch now. Rake in a ton more sales for their first party games that are 3 to 5 years old now.

I think Tesco had a clearance sale of some of its evergreen titles. Gutted i missed it to be honest, still to dive into any of the recent Pokemon games since the 3DS X & Y games

Not daily. I'm limited with gaming time thewe days but it is a lot of fun. I used to love the old games on the PS1 and 2.

@BlueOcean I guess if they did you'd have people moaning they don't look the same as they did. Stick to handheld play if it does bother you too much i guess. I'm sure once you've played for a while you'll not notice it too much.
