I voted for Jack Baker and Heisenberg(not gonna lie, he's the only villain in Village that stuck with me, much thanks to his fantastic voice actor) due to not having played most of the games in the series but I did play through the remakes of 2 and 3 aswell as 7 and Village.

I guess I would give it a 4 based on what I tried at a friend's place.
I wasn't a fan of Dragon Quest Builders and I think I dislike this one even more.

But to be fair, I don't even like playing Animal Crossing that much so this subgenre of games is clearly not my cup of tea
I like digesting stuff related to how Animal Crossing was made and programmed though as that's really fascinating stuff.
Back on-topic:
Pokopia is definitely not a game I would pay money for, that's for sure.

Japanese one definitely is more eye-catching to me so I say that one.

After having played LeafGreen for like an hour(first time in 20 years I think), I can confidently I'm happy to be playing a legit consistently good Pokémon game for once.

Like sure, Pokémon Scarlet might be the best modern Pokémon game out there but it's still not anywhere near the quality of the GBA era games.
And I'm not talking about nostalgia either.
I simply do think that the GBA games are peak mainline Pokémon.

Gen 2 is the correct answer for me, not just because of the lovely art but because Gen 2 are the best Pokémon games, forever.

Black 2 and White 2 are literal sequels to Black and White, taking place like 2 years later in the same region which has undergone changes, meaning new Pokémon, new gyms, a different starting town, etc.

Will obviously not pick any of them as I won't touch these games.

I would have gladly paid money for a remake, remaster or even a straight up Switch port of this as I would love to replay it.
Sure, it's far from the best game out there but for what it is, it's decent enough.

I'll get LeafGreen as that's the one I played on my old GBA SP a lot.
Don't care much for version exclusives.

I'm happy that they release these two as standalone purchases instead of simply confining them to NSO jail and I'm even happier that they cost barely anything.

Amazing game, amazing soundtrack.
Game itself was my favorite game of 2020.
In my opinion, it's even on par with the Thousand-Year Door remake.

That's wild, seeing how they closed down completely here in Sweden a decade ago.

During 2025 I played a total of 381 hours across 91 games on Switch 1.

My top three played games are as follows:
Balatro: 90 hours
Final Fantasy VI Pixel Remaster: 49 hours
Lunar Remastered Collection: 22 hours.

I played through 3 games from beginning to end:
Final Fantasy VI Pixel Remaster
Risk of Rain Returns
Mario + Rabbids: Kingdom Battle

Hopefully 2026 will be a way more active year for me.

At least it's not Zestiria.
Here's hoping they let that one stay where it is.

Based on what I've tried, I might buy the Switch 1 version as it felt very comfy.
While I could get the PS5 version or the Series X version, I feel like those are a bit overkill for this game.
That and the very high resolution of those versions kinda made the game look too realistic and...I guess...ugly to me.

Anyway, who even cares that some random game gets its art censored on Switch?

I would give Super Robot Wars Y(released this year) a 10 out of 10 and Ys vs. Trails in the Sky: Alternative Saga(it got released in the west for the first time ever back in October) a 9 out of 10 but neither game is included in the list.
Oh and the remaster of Fate/hollow ataraxia would get a 10 out of 10 but that one is missing from the list too.

I recall playing through it when it released on PS4, went for the platinum too and had a decent time with it but I will probably never replay it.
The soundtrack is probably the single best thing about the game.

The last one was really good and probably one of the best Pokémon games never made.

My most wanted Switch 2 game is Bravely Default HD and maybe Cyberpunk 2077, just for the novelty of it.

The first game I'm gonna get for the Switch 2(whenever I get one) though is Xenoblade Chronicles X: Definitive Edition.

I have not seen any other revealed Switch 2 game that looks interesting to me.

The obvious answer for me here is the Metroid Prime 4 boxart because of the nice combo of colors and the simplistic design overall.

Worst for me is the new boxart for the Kirby game aswell as that new Mario Kart game or whatever it's supposed to be.
I dunno why, something about both of those just rubs me the wrong way.

Looks nice, at least when comparing it to the dumpsterfire that Arceus was.
If it's more like Scarlet/Violet(best Pokémon experience I've had since Omega Ruby), I'll be very happy.

1. Trails of Cold Steel III(131 hours)

2. Monster Hunter Stories 2: Wings of Ruin(76 hours, haven't beaten it yet)

3. Tales of Vesperia(56 hours)

Shin Megami Tensei V: Vengeance is the only correct answer on Switch.

Played through the main game back when it released and have never touched it again.

It had some cool mechanics(albeit pretty half-baked ones) and interesting concepts but was ultimately pretty disappointing.
