I hate watching gameplay videos but I recently caught myself watching 10 minutes of Shovel Knight on Wii U. It is THAT good.

I've set up one once and pretty much followed the guidelines... had around 9 people in. While the clique thing is true I'm a bit of a clown myself so it helped breaking the ice and getting people to interact.

Some hints:

• Make sure you have enough wall plugs, extension cords, etc, because people ARE going to need it. (and remind them to bring their chargers)
• Remind people to UPDATE their 3DS before leaving home because some features like Download Play might not work if they are using (very) outdated firmware. (It happened with two people on my experience and we had to use our mobiles as hotspots... messy...)
• If you don't have a tournment thing in mind, run a poll asking people what they want to play. And bring Mario Kart 7 as it never fails.

Got ZombiU for $14.99 on the Canadian eShop. Does anyone knows why it's even cheaper on Canada?

I don't know if this was reported but ZombiU is just $19.99 on the Canadian eShop. Same goes for Assassin's Creed III. I remember reading here they were slashed to $29.99 but I checked last night and it says $19.99 (and doesn't mention it's a sale so I believe it's permanent)

Never beaten the Granny levels but looking forward to try the Ghost ones!

I'm not a major fan of online play but I'm hugely interested in this title. I really hope Nintendo adds a Mario Kart level of replayabilty on it and that co-op works smoothly offline too!

Mixed feelings as I'm all digital when it comes to Wii U games and I can already see exclusive figurines being bundled with deluxe physical copies meaning you'll be even more ripped for going digital.

People need to realize that almost all DLC that's out there is actually "day one DLC" even when they're not made available to the public on "day one", they are always ready before the games are released and then put out there a couple of months later with a lame afterthought press story.

The 1983-2010 copyright info means it's the tweaked "Donkey Kong – Original Edition" NES ROM released as a Club Nintendo reward.
