I wasn't trying to prove you wrong @JohnnyC. I just noticed when i was ordering me the Lego Saturn 5 Rocket that some of their stuff was kinda expensive $400 and some of their stuff was insanely expensive $15,000+. But you are correct on Legos holding / increasing their value over time.

Doom is the first game i've ever bought digitally on launch day. And the first digital game in over a year that i've bought that wasn't on sell.

I don't know @JohnnyC Legos can be pretty expensive too. As Lego has a Harry Potter Castle for $399.99 on their website which is only like $24 cheaper than these. And if you want one of the sold out Star Wars Sets brand new that'll set you back over $15,000.

No i don't have the links @HalBailman because the comments were from Nintendo, Sony, Microsoft back in the Wii U, PS3, and Xbox 360 days. So it would of been 12+ years ago or so. But it went something like this. We believe digital games will be the future of the gaming industry as it will make consumers gaming library accessible anywhere there's a game system and internet connection without having to take physical games with you. And it will be better for the environment and cost less on the production side of things which will be passed on to the consumer. It's basically a win win for everybody and something we think our customers will be very excited about.

Your forgetting the B.S they told us years ago @HalBailman. They said that going digital would save on production cost which would be passed on to the consumer. Yea how's that working out for everybody but the game companies who don't have to make game cases and carts anymore and they make sure you can't sell your games to others anymore?

Your absolutely right @thesilverbrick i buy all my games at my local Walmart. Where every Switch game is $49.94 or less even on launch day.

Oh well guess i'll go back to buying slightly used games for crazy low prices again. Where Nintendo & Others get absolutely no money out of the sell. I don't do this to hurt Nintendo & Others but to save money. And Nintendo & Others kinda did this to themselves.

This is really smart IMO because the only reason i bought Dragon Quest Builders 2 was because i enjoyed the demo so much.

It's not bad for me @nessisonett as i only have a $1,525 max copay deductible a year. So only $1,525 a year for all my meds. But sadly there is no way people without insurance or good insurance can afford medication here in the U.S as just the meds i listed above are over $3,000 a month or $36,000 a year. It truly is greedy and wrong and no that is not IMO just a fact.

I agree with everyone else as i've seen the pros & cons list on other sites and i'm glad to see them here too and even more cleaver calling them Joys & Cons.

I glad these Doom games have reviewed well so far because i jump the gun and bought them on day one. Here's hoping Doom 3 reviews well too.

You think it's fine @Coalescence because like you said you only played it for a few hours. The real problems don't show up until the 2nd half of the game, when they ran out of time for optimization. The first half of the game runs 1,000% better than the 2nd half.

Yes Limited Run Games is based only in the U.S.A @sandman89. But they ship worldwide. And yes as far as i know this is the only way to get a physical copy of these games in the whole world.

Who cares about new hardware if the don't also start reproducing the old game cartridges again. As some of the good games cost around $500! And who can afford that?

Are you talking about the Sega Genesis 32X version @nukatha? Because i looked for a Genesis non 32X version of Doom but only things i could find where Duke Nukem 3D and Wolfenstein 3D for the Genesis.

I literally bought Doom for the SNES the day before this was released on Switch. Needles to say i bought it for Switch too because it looks like crap on SNES IMO.

Considering i had no idea this game even existed i guess i can wait.

Edit: And these two games are my most anticipated known LRG releases of the year.

Although i posted this in an article about leaks @nhSnork. For me i believed 100% that their would be a smaller and better performing Switch coming out the day i made my day 1 purchase of my Switch. So when the rumors started i felt like yea it only makes since since this is what i believed from day 1. Then i thought how can people not believe this. But that was just me.

I've already spent $115+ for the Hori Dragon Quest Slime controller. So spending $160 on another controller is sadly out of the question for me at the moment.

Literally just got downloading this about 5 minutes ago. I'm excited to be able to play this game for the first time with the DLC as it been in my backlog since it's very first Eshop sell.

I'm really not that excited about Iga's Back Pack unless his Backpack is full of performance updates.

I really like the new games demo and graphics. I also liked the original game but the originals games graphics where kind ugly IMO.

The New Switch Lite Is unnecessary IMO. Why???
1. They already sell a dock less Switchs in Japan for $226. Which is only $26 more than the Lite. So just pay the $26 more and you have the option to replace sticky buttons and joysticks AKA you get joycons and the option to add a dock later if you want.
2. The lite is compatible with joycons but you have to buy them separate bringing the price to $269.99. So only $30 less than the Switch and you don't get the dock included or the ability to replace worn out button and joysticks AKA joycons.
3. It's really not that more portable it's about the same size and has analog sticks sticking out so your not going to be putting it in your pocket. Your going to be putting it in a case or backpack just like the original Switch.

Nintendo has been using the term New Hardware for years. As you should know by now Nintendo doesn't consider revisions of existing hardware to be New Hardware.

I have a power bank that charges while playing so battery life really isn't an issue.
