@PlywoodStick I actually highly doubt it would be delayed. Odyssey has probably been in the works for just as long as Zelda probably. They've even made mention that the new Mario was being worked on a ways back but hinted it would be on next gen hardware. I obviously could be wrong but I have an incredibly good feeling about Mario's release date.

I hate to be negative here, but I don't think Snakepass and RMX are good examples. Visually, they are on par, but there are other games that XB1 and PS4 run that require a ton of resources due to more than just graphical fidelity. Consoles now are more powerful to push a solid frame rate for games with a lot being processed in the background. Idk, I'm no game designer, but the smaller gap in graphical power this console cycle shows that there is more to play than just graphics.

You would think a charismatic, light-hearted company like Nintendo could pull off a "more funny" or a "more surreal" type of prank. At the same time though, Pokémon Go came to fruition because of an Aprils Fools joke, correct? I think companies are AF day just to test the waters! 🤣

I mean, I love the Witcher 3, but the game is filled with technical hiccups here and there. If we can praise TW3 then we should allow Zelda the same standard. I actually think, so far, that BoTW is way more polished.

I didn't realize how bad offset the left control stick on the right joy-con was until I saw the picture for article. That looks so uncomfortable. I hope I'm wrong about that though.

@BLM That is already happening. My wife and I have bought one each. We want to be able to play multiplayer on the go with a screen each and online with each other when we're not together. I personally don't think Nintendo has marketed that idea enough! The super bowl ad touches on it though.

@thesilverbrick it's really not overloaded compared to the Mario and Pokémon series, so another FE character wouldn't bother me. It's the fact that it could go to another representative or a new IP

I'm confused.... Why not just buy the Switch and never play it on the TV? Leaving out the dock in the packaging will not lower the price that much. It's literally just a dock. No processing power or anything. If you want to be mobile, just buy the console and not worry about playing on the TV.

I'm actually all for everyone of these designs. I want to know what the deal is with ultrabeasts. They don't seem to be considered Pokemon and there designs are missing that humanizing factor that Pokemon usually have. Definitely seems different.
