Yoshi's Safari (SNES/ Wii Zapper support) Wrecking Crew '98 (SNES/import) Earthbound (SNES) (if America gives problems about the soundtrack, just release the US Import in Europe then ) Earthbound Zero (NES) (or Mother, but it would be hard without Japanese knowledge) Hogan's Alley (NES/ Wii Zapper)
Popeye (VCA) Excitebike: Bun Bun Mario Battle Stadium (SNES/Import) Excitebike 64 (N64) Pokémon Stadium 0-2 (N64) Mario Party 1-3
Star Fox 2 (I know but still, I can want it can't I?)
I know Otto and his Ottifants, a great german comedian, but I really can't see why he uses them on everything. Ottifantenpinball, Karate Phants etc. Looks to me as if those gaming companies knew their games were bad and asked Otto to allow them to use those Elephants to at least sell something to Otto fans. In fact they are just desktop-decó. You could have put stones in too.
At least they don't ask for full-price as they did with the GBA games
No need forr adical changes, just make a game like OoT and improve what you can and add wiimotion+. I know TP should have done that, but imo it didn't, mainly because not so deep characters as in OoT and close-to-zero difficulty
My true opinion. Started following your sites (not on twitter) since your early vc-reviews times. Because of you I experienced great games like Star Parodier and Sin&Punishment, which I wouldn't have realized without your reviews (and hypers in the comments).
I think 8/10 is just right. TP has a great story and graphics, but despite from the great cutscenes and their mimics, all the other games had far more character depths and the difficulty was too easy. I mean, why did they give us 5 Heart Pieces for one heart and then throw them technically away? This is the first Zelda I completed with all hearts. Also: Why are there keys? Room->chest with key-> next to it locked door. I don't say TP is horrible, I just say it's generally overrated, and 8/10 is totally justified.
Too less argumetation in his sayings. I he says he hates the Wii because of too much non-gamers or too bad graphics, okay. But throwing all Wii-owners (no, not only fanboys, not only gamers, but just owning one is a crime for him), makes him just another fundamentalistic fanboy, who made a big mistake, because many of his fans, who play Wii, won't buy the Transformers game anymore.
You should watch out what you're saying in public, especially with fanboys. Just ask John Lenon.
Starfox and Factor 5 would be great, but are they still in the position to make a good Starfox: Rogue Squadron? Then: F-Zero Wii-X and Sega (not a Wiimake!) Donkey Kong Country and Retro Studios+other ex-Rare developers
Super Smash Bros. Xtreme Beach Volleyball by Team ninja
Oh damn, Sometimes I had being European. I'll get it anyway, the first Stafy game I understand! (it will always be Stafy for me, but I spell it Stuffy, not like Staify or so)
I don't expect them to do great today, because they don't have the same casual-friendly image Nintendo already has, they would have had a chance in 2006...
Whatthe? TP's difficulty was ridiculius, especially the bosses, PH was abit better, but the dungeons were a bit easier. I hope they add at least some hard and rewarding side-quests for the older age-groups
Many games have amazing stories that are as good or better than books, but in some cases you can't deliver the thrill of the game in a book. For example in BioShock: You know as much as the hero, and you control the hero. In fact you are exactly the hero, because everything he does is directed by you (or Atlas). In a book you would be a 3rd person, even if it is written like in "I went to the computer room".
I don't believe in Kid Icarus. A Wii Zelda is more likely, however, I guess their top title will only be LoZ:ST.
Sorry if I sound pessimistic, but I don't expect too much from them on an E³, TGS is a better festival to expect Nintendo to release good Core games...
Actually there are only simple VCA games on the list for now, but I hope they'll add game swith higher resolution later, like Spin Masters or House of The Dead or, if the the storage wouldn't be a problem, Mario Kart Arcade GP1+3 or F-Zero AX
Hey, I just realized, that those news aren't listed at vc-reviews...
@Bass X0: There are two options: 1.) Make a wireless connectivity from DSi to Wii. MG GBC could have its own menue to transfer Characters, However, this would mean, that you'll have to this all the time at MG64.
and the easier option 2.) DSi uses SD cards, Wii uses SD cards. Logical conclusion: Insert a SD Card with a MG GBC save into a Wii and it will automatically load the characters to MG64 when inserted. This way however, has to be made fool proof, for people who have the desire to remove the SD Card while playing (but the same was with teh Transfer Pak).

Re: Talking Point: Bit Boy!! Took 50 Times More Work Than Bit.Trip?
I actually liked Sonic 06, it was just very glitched, especially in the beginning where it counts most
Re: Super Mario Galaxy Shines in 720p
I only see in the Star and the Piranha pic enough difference, but I don't know that much about HD
Re: Review: Pulseman (Virtual Console / Sega Mega Drive)
How much is it a Mega Man clone? I might check it out if it's very similiar
Man, I should play through my X3-X8 before getting clones
Re: New Wii Zelda Won't Be Radically Different, Says Miyamoto

Interesting, Nintendo gets the graphically better version...
Re: E3: New Wii Mario Game In The Works?
Mario Party 9!
Re: Nintendo To Stop Taking Brawl User Content
Come on, it was available for just a year (seeing it from Europe's side)!
But I have to admit that it wasn't the best feature...
Re: Legendary Starfy 101
Thanks for that!
I haven't played three yet, but I liked 4 more than 2, but maybe just because it was my first

Not even the German is correct on that sign. It's full of typos...

Re: Review: Crystal Defenders R1 (WiiWare)
Does the game feature any extras that justify triple the price of XBLA? (Every Chapter costs ~10€ while all three on XBLA and iPod cost only ~10€)
Re: Starfy Finally Coming to North America!
I'll always call him Stafy, but in america everyone would say Stayfy or so, that's why they called him Starfy, allthough it looks strange

"Important" for launch sales won't be core games at the wii

Re: Review: Kirby Super Star Ultra (DS)
I played this game single card and me and my friend had to share the DS screen of mine (although you need 2 DS). Does it work the same for multi-card?
Btw, what does this game take so long to realease in Europe?!!!!?
Re: Konami Announces Driift for WiiWare

Re: Squibs Arcade - LCD Madness From Alten8
Yeah, Demakes ftw!
I still hope for EC on Wiiware. Can't wait
Re: Crystal Defenders R1 and R2 Coming to Europe Soon As Well!
So those two games are the XBLA game split up in two, right? So why does it cost twice as much?

Re: Capcom Mum Regarding Virtual Console Arcade Plans
They are not from Capcom, but I hope for Spin Masters and Puzzle Bobble (doesn't matter if Arcade, neo Geo or SNES).
Mario kart Arcade GP 1&2 or F-Zero AX would also be cool, but I guess those games are too big

I wonder if Mario Golf GBC will be one of the first DSiVC titles and if it will have a connectivity to the Wii one...

How long will this offer last? It might influence how soon I get mine (wanted to wait for a monthly -10% offer at COSMOS)
