at this point it's honestly better and future proof to just buy a Super NT and load it with the games. It is around 160 pounds but you get the retro experience, has built in scaler and you buy it once.

@johnvboy you still don't get it...i would pay 100 a year if the equivalent value was present, but it ain't. And yeah it was free and they were profitable but they still decided to be like the rest and charge us. Here it is boys the game changer! Chrono Trigger 2, new Castlevania, Final Fantasy 7 , GTA 6, Cyberpunk 2077, new Mother game, {{insert another unrealistic fantasy game here}}. Sorry but i couldn't help myself:))

From a pure marketing point of view this is great, update the artwork and add a bit of extra stuff. But this is a tactic that would work only for Nintendo as their games keep their value in time

Why should it be cheaper than usual when there are hordes of people lining up to defend it and buy it? It's a new release, don't buy it if you don't like it, you know the usual 1 cent answer... that's how people justify their impulse buys. The sad thing is it will also affect you and me because if enough people buy at this price a trend will be formed, if it already isn't here.

@Zeraki exactly, and they had some serious updates in the past so it kind of defeats the purpose. In 4 years the differences between the game on the card and the up to date patched one are probably gonna be huge.

the game is really nice but no, it will not hinder smash bros in any way even if smash bros would be really bad, we are talking about some of the biggest fanboys in the world here that drink the nintendo cool aid every day so yeah:P

@shani well no not really, again you missed the point, if you don't like it then it's not for you. These are old characters from the 70's and 80' and to the people who watched and loved them the graphics are spot on. It was done on purpose so using the term outdated isn't quite correct
