@Yorumi Yes, but that's the difference. You collect high quality figures, these toys are intended for children whose parents don't want to spend that much money. Believe me, I'd love to spend more to get higher quality figures, but that's not the audience they're going for with this.

Take a look at the Kid Icarus: Uprising community please. Screens are disabled there as well, due to people posting screenshots from the AR Camera feature of the game.

I don't know all the details about it, but a YouTube channel named Akfamilyhome has a video explaining it.

Also, screenshots from the Kid Icarus: Uprising Community are now disabled.
Something about some guy taking inapropriate pictures with the AR mode and posting them to Miiverse...

I'd love to get it, but this is seriously the worst possible timing to release a third-party game on Wii U. Maybe if Nintendo's endless stream of 2015 games ends someday, but not for now.

@JusticeColde It's not even necessarily the tournaments for me, everything single player (and online play) feels much more frustrating than the other games. Local multiplayer is as much fun as ever though. ☺

Link Between Worlds for me. That game is awesome from the very beginning to the very end. Gameplay, music, graphics (dat 60fps ), I love it.

Is it me, or is the item balance in this game much worse than in the previous ones? You get hit with 20 items in a row, but then don't get any items to catch up.
I hate to say it, but the more I play this game, the more I dislike it.

I still hope they'll change the home menu to make organising the icons more Iike the DSi, where you could place icons in between others instead of replacing them. That worked just so much better than the current system.

The Dutch company Online Prepaid Services (which has been selling eShop, PSN, Xbox etc. prepaid cards for years) recently started selling MK8 codes as well, so it looks like that exclusivity is really over.

Or just spend your money on the original Threes. I'm not a fan of smartphone gaming, but there are so many fun little animations in Threes (and there's the fact that it's the original game), which convinced me to buy it.

Well, at least he shows that UbiSoft still has faith in Wii U's future. From a business perspective, it would make sense to wait until a console has a wide audience if you want your game to do well on it.

I get what you mean though, and like I said, I really like Sonic Lost World. Mastering Lost World and Sonic Transformed feels more satisfying than mastering SM3DW and MK8, simply because there's more to it. For newcomers however, it could be better for games to be easy to learn. That's basically what I was trying to say.

@umegames I really enjoyed Lost World as well, but I don't think it's one of the Wii U's best games. It's pretty hard to get into and I can definetly understand that quite a lot of people don't really like it.

I do think Sonic Racing Transformed deserves a slightly higher spot, but that's just my opinion.

I liked playing Tennis online, but the WiiMotion Plus kept glitching... (The Mii would hold his racket in a really awkard position while I was just holding my Wii Remote normally, pointed at the screen.) Bowling was fun, but online was just a little bit too much of a waiting game for my taste. Haven't tried out Golf yet, but I'll probably give Baseball a shot. The GamePad addition sounds pretty cool.

Of course my delivery is ready for shipping now. Of course tomorrow is a national day off. Of course the game arrives Friday. Of course I'm not home from Thursday evening to Sunday afternoon.

I'm still really looking forward to playing Watch Dogs. I don't own any Xbox or PlayStation systems (aside from the Vita), and my pc probably has around 2% of the power needed for Watch Dogs, so yeah... Wii U version for me.

Mario Kart DS was my first online game, but I didn't play it nearly as much as MK Wii. I also played Animal Crossing: Let's Go to the City a lot with my friend. Good times.

I honestly don't really mind the lack of GamePad features. Sure, they could have done more, but it's Mario Kart, keep it simple. Sonic Transformed had some pretty cool GamePad features, but I found myself switching to the Pro Controller pretty quickly, because it's more comfortable. The only big missed opportunity is 5 player local multiplayer, but that would probably harm the graphics even more.

@rjejr Some levels can give you a lot more points than others, but I might have remembered it wrong.

@rjejr The Yoshi level unlocked again every time you get a certain amount of points in the game. It's odd, but playing one other level should give you enough points to unlock the level again.

Wow, it sure has been an amazing time. So many great games, and so many more to come (hopefully ).

He definitely has a point when he says that Nintendo isn't sure what their audience is. The GamePad is a nice piece of hardware though. I'd they made that thing PS Vita build quality it would only increase the price. Still, a multi touchscreen wouldn't have been a bad idea...

The only one that starts bothering me more and more is Amy, to be honest. I'm afraid she gets a little too independent. I thought they had a perfect combination of strong and dependent in the tv-show Sonic X. She relied on Sonic quite a bit, but went absolutely insane with her hammer when she was angry. I just hope they don't make her too mature, if that's the right word.

@Diddy_kong I don't know when you last played the Wii U version, but a system update (I believe the big summer 2013 one) solved most problems with the game. Still, EA was just too lazy to update the game or even the price. It's still the full launch price on the eShop (same for Fifa 13 btw).

Dang, could he please calm down before answering questions? Nintendo never really does marketing for 3rd party games. Nintendo of Europe was also supposed to do the distribution and marketing for Sonic Lost World. And not a single ad was seen... So I don't see why Nintendo would market this one. It's a great game, but that doesn't give it more rights than others.

And not a single Dutch retailer updated that day...

Not into sports at all, but it sure looks interesting. I'll definetly be keeping an aye on this guy.
