@dres lol calm down bud. I'm not fooling anyone and am aware of the pros and cons of both as I've used them quite extremely last couple months. Yes, strictly from a technical standpoint Stadia is ahead but in many other ways Xcloud is better even at this point. Games selection, achievements, controller options, confidence of knowing that I won't be abandoned in a couple years, as well as others. Personally there was input lag initially when I tried xcloud but haven't noticed it at all recently. Looking at what both offer at this point in time I personally would recommend X over Stadia. In addition naming conventions aside, realistically speaking one would be hard pressed not to call Stadia in its current form a beta as well with so many missing features.

And I'm replying from my Pixel phone so no, I don't hate Google

@Joekun Xcloud is really great so far, I'd rate it much higher than Stadia for quite a few reasons

Although cloud gaming works almost flawlessly for me and is honestly indistinguishable from dedicated hardware, I do think he's right in that I don't think it will ever replace it. It's definitely viable and is a great option for those that can take advantage though!

Good for them! My kids have moved on from it mostly but still pop in on occasion to play with their buds. They had a lot of fun with it and definitely got their (my) money's worth!

Only a few of those are must have for me, hope they have some surprises in the pipeline for 2020!

Our sub lapsed in October and I haven't really been compelled to renew. Really hope they make some strides in 2020.

@Antraxx777 yes, them adding more games is a good thing but I realize not everything they add I will be a fan of. I've played Starfox 2 and Kirby, not really my cup of tea and Crystalis just doesn't look appealing imo. I hope you enjoy them though!

I'm glad they're adding more games, however I probably won't touch any of these at all. Hopefully the next drop isn't another 3 months from now :/

My youngest is so excited for this game! He still plays pocket camp pretty regularly and I can't wait to get this for him! Hopefully there will be a LE Lite or at least some Joycons when it releases.

Bought a whole closet full of games and consoles this year. Really we're some fantastic deals if you were patient and knew where to look. Spent a bit more than I was planning to but should make a healthy profit this year

@Kang81 that's more a function of just getting a new one almost every year that's why. For example holiday bundle is $200, gamestop is giving $150 credit for a ps4 slim + $50 bunus. So trade in a ps4 get a brand new one (new controller, new warranty etc) for free! Done that the last few years.

As far as the ds4, I really only had problems with the first 2 I got a launch, rest have been good and we've probably been thru a dozen on those by now lol

@Kang81 ouch, yeah that did slip my mind! I'm on my 8th ps4 but that's by choice not failures. Can't imagine how frustrating that must've been for you.

@JR150 both the 360 and Ps3 ended up in the high 80 millions so the wii definitely didn't outsell them combined.

While I agree to some extent, honestly Nintendo is the king of "too many sequels" imo.
