Just picked up a C64 mini. I love it! Joystick feels, a little weird, but 64 games, and hopefully with future updates, we can add more than one.

This is great news, glad N64 games run well. I'll give it another year or so and then hack my second backup Switch that I have boxed away. I'm BUYING too many switch games ATM (4 new physical games yesterday) so I'm good for a while.

Love collecting all my physical games but also LOVE hacking all my systems that I personally own.

Where's the 'nothing for me this week' button?

E3 is so important. Nintendo need to come back around for next year and do a huge blow out. If it means only 2 Directs a year then so be it. Otherwise their stock will go down and up like this.

It nothing to worry about at the end of the day really. But still. It's where people who don't follow video game news like us all year round tend to pay attention to E3. Nothing wrong with that.

I went for the paperback this time round. £27 to post to Ireland.

@GrailUK I want all GameCube games to get a hd remake on the switch. Someone on Reddit the other day, suggested Star Fox Assault HD. I would JUMP on that!

I would preorder in a HEATH BEAT!!! I'd also got an N64 mini. I know the games just look, bad now, not all of them. But would be so nice set up in my games room.

Would Ninty go so far as to do a Wii Mini in a few years? Or is it way too soon?

@JJ286 actually the same for me too. Have way more 3rd party and indie games on cart for the Switch than any other Ninty system in a long long time. Love them!

@JJ286 lol yeah there's actually a crazy amount of 3rd party games doming in the next month or so that I'm looking forward to and will prob get more out of than Ace's

I NEARLY bought this on Friday but decided to wait till it's on sale as I'm not a big fan of mario tennis. And I have a massive back catalogue to get through so it would be a waste of €55

Start with 4 1st party GameCube games, and 4 3rd party GameCube games at the launch of the online services. Then work in games from different systems each week.

Starting with NES games, 30odd year old games now is not interesting tbh. And I BET it'll take them a year or two to get to even N64 games.

Keep the directs for the rest of the year, but yes, get back on that live stage and bring back the fun, excitement, and embarrassment too.

Let's get E3 back to its roots.

I'd say 3rd party games have been scrambling to get their games on the switch since last summer to now, so by Xmas there might be a flood of old ports, not a bad thing tbh. But hopefully Devs will have figured out how to port much quicker by now so we don't have to wait as long. Day in date release is always the dream though!

@JayJ I remember my first one years ago was terrible to get it to connect properly to anything. The original Famicom one, but after an update and since then I've never had a problem with any of the 9 controllers I have since.

@Damo I of course understand, everyone should have a weekend. But it's odd, since last year, this place becomes a ghost town at weekends, wasn't like that before. I'm sure there are loads of talented folk out there that would jump at the chance to write articles for NL, even some fine commenters on here would be up for it. Not me though, I can't write articles to save my life.

@Stargazer hmm, I'll keep an eye out for the review, but to be honest, I'd never heard of this game until they delayed it due to what happened in Canada, so, yeah, it's on my radar, because if it, sadly.

I had a quick glance over their Instagram posts, they go back to the start of 2015, 'technically' this company came up with it 2 full years before Nintendo announced and released the Switch.

BUT, couldn't come at a better time for Nintendo, I'm sure with the switch being completely hackable now, Nintendo are on their way to speed out a revised version of the switch. Might as well change the joycons while at it.

People move on with their lives, terrible things happen all over the world, we don't hear about most of them.

It's good marketing (in a very morbid way) for them though.

I still have to play both games. Have them for, 360, pc, WiiU and Switch. Lol
