I purchased the deluxe edition but I suspect I might for the very first time keep a game sealed for future selling. I don't think this is the type of game I would enjoy haha

the remake of the first one was so barebones. I can't believe they take so long to make a 30m long game and can't add any extra content to it.

I liked the demo and I loved DK94 when I played it on the 3DS. I think I'm picking this up when I have the money for it... but I would have preferred if they remade DK94 first. Idk why they skipped it

these guys can improve performance this many times in just a couple months, meanwhile a certain franchise that sells in the dozens of millions can't do a single performance update in a whole year.

definitely expensive for what it is... I would still love to play the second one since that remaster for the 3DS was canned. honestly this guy or company or whatever... haven't cared much for them since they didn't care for their European fans back then, if I'm not mistaken it was Moon Chronicles that I sat waiting for months and it never came.

usually I wouldn't really say I need an upgrade... but after Pokémon SV were so incredibly terrible I started saying otherwise... TOTK runs really well but when it gets framedrops I notice it a lot. hope the Switch successor is backwards compatible and Nintendo releases patches for older games to run better.

I didn't want to be negative and I wasn't going to comment at all but after reading the comments I see I'm not the only one with a bad impression of this guy. I also remember him not wanting to release a game in Europe in the 3DS era, while he did release it in America, I was really sad about it because it was one of the decent ones. liked Mutant Mudds and Dementium but I didn't enjoy the Xeodrifter one much

I was excited about this until I found out WayForward was developing it... don't get me wrong, they're talented enough for budget titles... I guess. but their games never feel polished enough. there's always something missing... something not just right with them. I will be on the lookout for reviews and might end up getting it if it's good though

@OthmaneAD buy it on the eshop first so you can emulate it legally, it's not hard to dump from the 3ds to your pc

never got to play it on the Wii so anyway this is a brand new Kirby game for me and I've heard it's very good 🤓 super excited to try it. been on pre-order for months now ahahah

I thought some quests on Golf Story were confusing enough... if this has even more confusing quests then it's definitely a skip for me

oh no. big mistake trying it with Zelda 🤣 the first game might be a classic but from my perspective never having played it I just couldn't get into it at all.

this is very imaginary but what I wish Nintendo would do now is release a NEW New 3DS model, could cost around 150, make a few improvements, make it skinnier, more portable, better buttons/circle pads, etc. make it a limited edition with some cool designs, take advantage of the new interest in it to keep the 3DS eShop open for a while longer, offer high discounts on digital games and maybe some buy 2 get 3 promotions or something. I already have a couple 3DS and I know I'd buy a new model if there was one. I'd buy many more games if they had their prices lowered significantly. I still love that console and I didn't buy half the games I have on my list, and if the store disappears I'm gonna have to pirate them

@Jeronan you're definitely not the only one. I didn't enjoy my time with it at all... I played for about 5 hours before I just gave up trying to force myself to like it. Sword and Shield were miles better. Legends added a fun mechanic but took everything else away, not worth it. looks really bad to me, so large but so empty.

all I want right now is that Village DLC, would also be really happy with a RE classics collection 1, 2, 3 and Code Veronica on the Switch MMMM GIMMEH! or a Resident Evil Revelations 3 would also be pretty awesome

kind of off topic but I saw some people mention it. and yeah Nintendo really needs to buy up Sega and Bandai, those two companies make so much sense for them. their IPs are great fits for Nintendo consoles and fans. I also dream of them buying Capcom which would be pretty nice as well but I don't see that happening tbh. it'd be nice tho. I just think it's time Nintendo starts snatching up some of these before it's too late.

definitely more impressed than I expected. the price is unsurprising. I'll be getting it anyway, the only thing that I'm truly disappointed about is that the side story spin offs aren't included. hell they should have included all classic games on this and not just this Trilogy, then I really would be happy paying full price.

I'm super thankful and excited to jump back in the game. I was so disappointed on release, and I was so disappointed by how little the updates added to the game. but with this one the game finally has a decent amount of content. I hope they still add a few things here and there bc it still doesn't feel as content rich as New Leaf to me honestly... I can't tell you how many times I have wanted to just come back to New Leaf instead of playing this game.

no. absolutely not. not ever. I will only ever get a cloud version of a game if it's the ONLY way to play it. I'd rather get a PlayStation or PC version, I'd rather get a less than average inferior Switch port than a cloud version. I repeat, I will never get a cloud version of any game unless I have no choice! and even then I won't be happy with it.

horrible decision on their part. I'm not often disappointed but I am now, I really wanted these games on the Switch but this is like not having them at all and losing all hope of ever having them. if I can't take it outside with me what's the point.

I was playing the Mass Effect Legendary Edition but sadly bc life I have time to play an hour every week... at this rate I will finish it next year lol

@Real_Obsi Nintendo has done this for a few generations now and we've always been fine so I don't think you should start worrying this time.

I tried this on the DS and then again the demo on Switch but for some reason I didn't enjoy the controls, I might actually buy it and try to play longer. sometimes I only start to enjoy games a longer bit into them but Idk. what makes me want to is all the great reviews.

@MS7000 people didn't want new games because they hadn't played the old ones. hell some of these games sold more copies than the Wii U did consoles in it's entire life span. it's not surprising and it's not a bad thing, you want the most people enjoying those games. people like me who didn't end up getting a Wii U.

I hate this tbh it's a trend I don't want to see continue. if cloud gaming takes off soon most devs just won't put in the effort to make a good native port and just take this easy road.

my problem isn't the updates. it's that they obviously held content back to slowly add it later. it was absolutely not a complete game at launch and it still isn't today. I love the idea of releasing new content every now and then but only IF it's to supplement the game not to slowly transform it J to the full product. I love the game but it feels like a beta, or an alpha build. I can only compare this to New Leaf and it's post launch update, now that's how you do it.

I personally think those levels are fine and should be allowed but it's Nintendo's game you can't blame them for removing things that aren't supposed to be there
