Re: Review: Super Mario Galaxy 2 (Wii)

mariokirby485

I saw. I just cannot believe this. 5 years, 5 years. They could not do this sooner? Also, I can’t believe the switch 2 games and switch 2 console are expensive as an overhaul. Not to mention not all switch 1 games work on the console for some bizarre reasons, which makes NO SENSE. The switch 1 was loaded, but they decided to throw it aside for just a bulkier console, with more space and more clear graphics, console that overheats a bit more and has less battery life. I don’t get where they went wrong. I just wish they could upgrade the switch 1 to have more space, why could they not just do that!? The same things go down the drain like Nickelodeon, Disney, Cartoon Network, Warner bros, HBO and MAX, Public Domain, and to top it all off POLITICS AND THE WORLD. As much as I look forward to this, I hope the world will be ok. Thanks.

Re: SNK Announces ACA NEOGEO Selection Vol. 3 And Vol. 4 For Switch

mariokirby485

For so long back then, I wished for the games such as ragnagard and world heroes perfect to come to Switch physically. However, when I learned about the controls of some of the games and that the boss characters in both games need to be unlocked by game codes, maybe it was not quite worth the wait. Sometimes people wish for things, they get them and it is not always the way you would expect it. Still, I am surprised it has happened as well as many other things. CAPCOM seems to get this collection thing down better with Practice modes, gems, memories, superheroes and supervillains, stories, monsters, demons, angels, creatures of urban and mythos, etc.

Re: SNK vs. Capcom: SVC Chaos

To be honest. The game would have been a lot more fun if ALL the characters would be available from the start and not required to be unlocked through a button combo code.

Re: Marvel vs. Capcom Fighting Collection For Switch Confirmed As "Code In Box" Release (Europe)

mariokirby485

@HammerGalladeBro, Ok, I see. I just could not see a clear answer before, but I can see why now. I just assumed you did because it raised some concerns to me about Disney. But this makes in more clear manner. Sorry, if I offended you, I could tell before if what you said before was truly an exaggeration or not. It just struck concern to me about plausibility when you said ("Of course I'm exaggerating (at least I want to believe I am"). Again. Sorry. Thank you.

Re: Marvel vs. Capcom Fighting Collection For Switch Confirmed As "Code In Box" Release (Europe)

mariokirby485

@HammerGalladeBro. How come you never answered my question about you saying that Disney will take this game down? People like @MirrorFate2 told me they cannot 99% of the time. So why did you say that Disney will take them down. Their license cannot expire this year, especially with the physical US cartridge copy coming this year. Also, they cannot just come in and take the physical copy away over thousands of people preordered it already. Not to mention the developer and publisher is Capcom (info via Wikipedia).

Re: Marvel vs. Capcom Fighting Collection For Switch Confirmed As "Code In Box" Release (Europe)

mariokirby485

Code in the box, what is that!? What is it? Nothing, nothing! Eshop does it better, not some wasted plastic with a piece of paper with just extra steps than just a simple quick download from the eshop. For years this has happened and nothing has changed. Maybe a poll from around the world should be made on whether this should happen anymore. Not physical is having no cartridge. I much prefer a cartridge than paper. The corporation better get their mindsets right or this could lead to a world disaster of pollution itself.

Re: Poll: Marvel vs. Capcom Fighting Collection Is Out Today, Will You Be Getting It?

mariokirby485

@Lanmanna. Well, I am serious about this. I try not to think about it too much, but around the world, there have been conflicts and harm. I just have a nagging concern that the same might happen to the country of USA. If that were to happen, it would probably mean the end of video games of the Nintendo corporation, as well as physical publishers around the world like Limited Run Games, Super Rare Games, Pix N' Love Games, Red Art Games, ETC.

Re: Poll: Marvel vs. Capcom Fighting Collection Is Out Today, Will You Be Getting It?

mariokirby485

@HammerGalladeBro. Mainly, you mean if they pull it from Eshop, right? Disney would not just shut it down this year would they? I get that there is some license problems, but Capcom said that they have contacted them for a couple years to make this happen and it did. They cannot just remove it from systems permanently if already downloaded and just barge in to take the physical copies away from people, that's illegal. Wikipedia says Capcom is both developer and publisher of the game. People would cancel Disney back and forth if the physical copy of the game was delisted. Thousands want it.

Re: Poll: Marvel vs. Capcom Fighting Collection Is Out Today, Will You Be Getting It?

mariokirby485

I thank you, but I do not mean anything regarding the e-shop version. I am mainly worried if the physical version’s publishers were attacked or if any country were attacked regarding the events going on around the world right now. Either that or if Disney were to shut it down. I really hope they do not. You don’t think they could, could they? I mean that would tick A LOT of people off if they did it. I cannot tell if it is a rumor or not. I mean Capcom did say they contacted them for years to make it happen with support from many. Capcom is the publisher and developer of it, according to Wikipedia. Still, thanks.

Re: SNK Announces ACA NEOGEO Selection Vol. 1 And Vol. 2 For Switch

mariokirby485

This is an odd set of SNK games and they are not even the good ones. There are good NEO GEO and SNK games that should reintroduced to the world. Capcom is cooking way faster by reintroducing games in the collections of Marvel vs Capcom coming this year and the Power Stone duo in a new fighting compilation in 2025. Why can’t SNK bring good and average charmed games like King of the Monsters 1+2, Waku Waku 7, Ragnagard, world heroes 1+2, and galaxy fight: universal warriors?

Re: Marvel vs. Capcom Fighting Collection Punches Up September Release

mariokirby485

Finally the physical release date. Though I wish it would come earlier in October. Oh well. I just hope the USA, Ukraine, all of Europe, France, Taiwan, Palestine, Japan, and Taiwan will be ok for years to come. Also, hoping for a physical switch release on fighting collection too. To have both power stone games, playing Dino dragon in fighting evolution, and many others, this is bliss. Thank you Capcom.

Re: Video: Marvel vs. Capcom: Fighting Collection 'Clash Of Super Heroes' Trailer

mariokirby485

Maybe they will show it at Pax 2024 between August 30th and September 2nd. Thank you @Jackomorgan for the information. The game collection gets a trailer for each game. So far 3 have been shown. Next week and part of the week after will probably be the big reveal. There may have been a release date for the UK on Shopto.net for November 22nd, but that is just one website. I just hope it will come at soon or during PAX 2024

Re: House Of The Dead 2: Remake Gets Rated For Switch By The ESRB

mariokirby485

No way. I never thought this would happen. The first one did not bode well. An option for infinite ammo like they have in those Light-gun shooter, Shoot 'em up, Rail shooter games like Let's go jungle: lost on the island of spice, Transformers human alliance, dead storm pirates, let's go island: lost on the island of tropics, Haunted museum/ssh.. welcome to to fright fear land (haunted museum 2), jurassic park arcade, etc.

Re: Review: Gargoyles Remastered (Switch) - One For Cult Disney Die-Hards Only

mariokirby485

I was so happy to have a game of the Gargoyles show for so long and I finally had it. However, when I played it, my faith in the game was instantly destroyed. I mean when on a ledge or hanging on a moving object just to progress through a stage just takes one hit to ruin it. I get the game is not impossible, but that does not make it fun either. The robot gargoyles are the easiest with the rewind feature out of all the rest of the bosses in the game. Hit detection or platform detection is worse. It gets hard to tell what to stand on and what not to. I just wish the game had some errors fixed like some obstacles in some stages to be simpler like swinging through the forge, crawling on the bucket, dodging obstacles on the train, hitting enemies while crawling or gliding, and maybe giving hints for the game. A level up system, an invincibility mode, or a way to replay levels without restarting everything would hav been more rewarding, but hey, who am I to judge, it is a remake of an old genesis game with just a few minor features.

Re: Review: Jump Force Deluxe Edition - A Textbook Example Of Style Over Substance

mariokirby485

To be honest, I am not too fond of a fighting game that is a bit talkative and slow. Also, why do you need to to talk to four key characters of the first three sectors and the main chamber to unlock the whole base roster of characters in the game to begin with? Who would make that an Idea? Games would have a whole set of characters ready without needing to be talking to anyone just to unlock them like Naruto Shippuden: Ultimate Ninja Storm 4, My Hero One's Justice Series, Street Fighter series, Mortal Kombat series, Injustice Series, Tekken series, King of Fighters series , DNF DUEL, Blazeblue seriesseries, Guilty Gear series, Soulcailbur series. etc. I just don't get it. Also, why would they put a gauge just for dodging, I get special attacks and shields are fair and all with limited amount and times, but the dodging part is a rather, unfair choice for playing in fighting games. It just makes it easier for the AI to beat you.

Re: Review: Super Mario Galaxy 2 (Wii)

mariokirby485

I wish this game would come to Switch in a physical edition. Does not matter the lore. I just wish this blissful, colorful, and extraordinary game came to Switch. I remember playing it back when the Wii was in motion back then. Oh well, I guess I hope the next 3D Mario will be a knockout (I do not mean Mario odyssey, 3D All Stars, 3D world remastered with Bowser's Fury).
